Don t go there to purchase a bike. I found something I like and my first stop in, no one acknowledge me nor said hold on or anything. Walked around the entire store twice. So I left. I was excited to see something I wanted and brought my wife the second time and again the same thing happened. My wife asked, Are they going to say anything to us. This not like the Harley dealership we just left. When she said this we were sitting on the Can Am s and I know for a fact the two people sitting at the desk heard her. They female and male never even looked up or our way. I looked right at them took a picture of them while I was standing next to a jet ski and they kind of turned their heads away not to look at us. One man who desk was in front of the Honda gold wings looked me dead in my eyes and I said hello and he only replied, what s up. We walked the entire store. Why would I buy from these guys? We drove to VA (Coleman s) the following Saturday and I purchased what I wanted.

Great place! With their selection, I couldn't help but buy a bike. As a new rider I appreciated the time they took with me and had everything I needed to go with it. Very professional, helpful and answered all my questions.

I wanted to look at 4 wheelers I talked to a woman in the front end to ask where the bathroom was. And she was rude and being smart mouthed. I wouldn t shop here.

My daughter went to buy a new jet ski. They told her the interest rate would be 10.24 % which is outrageous especially with someone with really good credit. So she went someplace else and got an interest rate of 2.64 from the same loan company yet different dealership. Sounds fishy to me seems like someone tried to cheat / steal from my daughter. Good thing my girl isn t an idiot. Won t Ever Go to Atlantic Cycle Again.

Today was my first visit to Atlantic Cycle & Power and I had a great experience. I brought my motorcycle in for a state inspection and the service team at the service counter was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Same with the customer service team in the parts department. The dealership has a huge showroom with something for everyone. I m very happy I found this place and will definitely be back.

DO NOT GO HERE. Their sales rep was very rude. I was shopping for my 2nd bike and I asked him for prices for their used and new liter bikes. Straight up, he told me I can't afford it and look online yadayada . . I told him I own a R1 and I have cash with me to shop for a 2nd bike. Just because I look young, it doesn't mean I can't afford it.

Normally this place is amazing always has best customer service and will solve any questions but at services they will charge u for inner tubes u don t need when u go to get just new tires put on ur rims when ur inner tubes are perfectly fine then Diane at the service desk gets mad when u tell her ur stuff was good and didn t need to be changed

The only reason I use these guys is because they are the only service/parts place around.Tried to order a part, asked if I could get the part number to make sure it was right, and was told that its policy to not give out part numbers. Tried to call back later after doing my own research and was told they can't order parts over the phone.I get that they don't want to lose money by someone ordering a cheaper part online, but they actually had the best price on the part...they just lost a customer because of their selfish policies that make life easy on them at the expense of the customer. I'll pay extra to not use thier services because it's clear that they value an extra 10$ on a part over assisting the customer.Maybe try to have better service if you're so concerned about missing out on a sale?...that would actually be a competitive advantage

Friendly staff doesn't make up for crappy service. I was told it would take a couple of days to get a diagnostic when I dropped my bike off, but went a week with no word from the service dept. I called the following week and was told the same thing. Many phone calls and a month later, I showed up to get a status. The dance began again once I simply asked for my bike back. The service manager told me they don't have time to call people and give a status, things get backed up and its not there fault, if I leave it the job will be done in "a couple of days". These by definition are customer service! Long story short, the bike looked as if it hadn't been touched, the battery was dead, and they charged me for an hour of labor that I intend to fight. I would hope that no one else would be duped by this crew of uncertified mechanics who seem to want to get you in the door then offer the terrible customer service. Especially when there is a great shop less than a mile away. A whole month of the riding season gone! Don't make the same mistake!

Great showroom with plenty of cycles. Personnel very professional, polite, and great temperament. Base prices average - final price usually about $2K higher than base. They try their best to put their best foot forward and provide solutions to support you. However, once you purchase the bike, the service department doesn't match up in support. Personnel are still extremely nice and supportive; however, the shop is extremely small in comparison to showroom, the most basic and common parts are never in stock and always have to be ordered. Each order adds a minimum of one week to the timeline estimate which can throw repair timeline estimates off from two weeks to up to six weeks in reality. Service appointments can be scheduled but that is no guarantee they will actually start work on or about your appointment date if there are other bikes still in the shop ahead of yours being worked on. Again, this will throw off your pick-up date expectations. Great for purchasing but recommend locating a different, larger repair shop for service if you need the bike back within a set time limit.

John and the service crew are OUTSTANDING!! Extremely quick and very professional!! If you need service, don't hesitate to give John a call and schedule your appointment, you won't be sorry. Only glanced around the showroom going to/from the service desk, but could see that it had every style of motorcycle should you be in the market for one this spring. Stop by and see if they have something for you!

I have been going to GRD cycle for a few years now. Never had a bad experience. The service department is exceptional. Anytime I call to see if it's a good time to come they always let me know. I've had a couple of my bikes MD inspected and they were completely honest. Highly recommend them.

I walked in to purchase 2 Dirtbikes this morning. Nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. I walked around for 10 minutes and all employees avoided eye contact nobody said anything to me. So I just left. Why would I spend THOUSANDS of dollars in an establishment that won't even ACKNOWLEDGE Me . I don't know if it was a race thing because I'm black. But that was the vibe. Avoid this place. Spend your money some place where they value new and return customers.

Been buying my talon, brute force, and kingquad parts there for over a year now. Parts are usually always there. My talon went there for a recall dropped off and picked up same day. Dropped my brute force off for an insurance estimate on Wednesday, Thursday afternoon estimate was at my insurance company. Always friendly and helpful in parts and service. Talked with sales department and seemed helpful. Can't complain

Service. I'll start by saying I spent thousands of dollars in this store. I was with my son and I was having an issue with my Pioneer UTV making a pinging noise and I made a video to bring in thinking I might be able to speak with a mechanic to look at the video and point me in the right direction maybe even bringing it in in for service. The guy looked at me like I was trying to get something for free he said know if I want it fixed I need to bring it in to get it fixed but he's not going to let me talk to one of his mechanics. I've always thought this is one of the nicest stores as far as the sales person Jennifer and the parts department but I was really taken back by this gentleman at the service department unless you got money and they know you're they're going to get your money they don't want to talk to you or help you.

The pleasure of having a local motorcycle shop! The staffs was incredibly nice and helpful. I needed some small mechanical work done and a lot of shops would have turn me away because they operate more like a car dealership. But not GRD, they took care my issues gave me a small discount. Coming back for sure. The only down size is they are a small shop, so if you are looking for something they not carry it and you might have to wait a few days.

I took my bike to get an oil change, brake pads change, coolant change installed mirrors, installed rear taillight, and inspection. I took it home, rode it, and the bike started having problems starting and would die on low RPMs. The next time I started the bike, I heard a piston pop. I took it to the shop, and they claimed that oil or anything they did had nothing to do with why it has the current issue, and the guy at the service desk accused me of revving the bike to the limiter for that issue to happen. I am a new rider and just took it through my neighborhood. Their customer service skills are terrible, and they are very rude, this is coming from myself who worked in customer service for years. He checked the oil with the bike on the side to see if it had oil. I'm not the most knowledgeable on bikes which is why I didn't realize to tell him to stand the bike up to check the oil. Once I took the bike home, my friend looked at the oil level with the bike tilted upright correctly, and the oil was filled up way past the full line. I also noticed my taillight was bent off like how it originally was before when I asked them to replace it. They charged me for a new taillight but just taped it instead and it somehow passed inspection. Shadiest shop I've been to and wasted my time as well as money. All of my friends had bad experiences here. I thought mine would be different but, I was wrong. I was talking to a customer who was having a bad experience just like I was when I took my bike in. Now I am liable for buying a new engine because of their mistake. How does a mechanic overfill oil? I Don't recommend this place for service at all.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

Quality motorcycle service. I went in for a seasonal oil change and gas stabilizer treatment. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. I used to travel an hour to get my motorcycle serviced and I have to say this business is by far closer and better than expected. Thank you to the wonderful staff for you hospitality and looking forward to using your company in the near future.

*Update*After working with Jeff I decided to give Atlantic another star. Jeff spoke to me about the situation and explained what was going on. He addressed my concerns and even threw in a discount. While the entire repair took a while, I do appreciate the staff's attempt to address the issues.*Original*Just bought my first used motorcycle and brought it to Atlantic for an inspection. I figured there'd be some work that needed to be done, no problem. They tell me what I need and say my bike will be done in a couple of weeks. One month and 10 days later I'm still waiting on them to complete the repairs on my motorcycle. My temporary registration expired a few days ago, so I can't even drive the thing off the lot now. The service department claimed a part they needed "grew legs and walked away, or someone stole it." This was after me calling multiple times to simply be told "we should be done with it today or tomorrow." The service here is no good. I was looking for a nice shop I could rely on to keep me on the road as I get the hang of motorcycle life, but I definitely did not find that here at Atlantic. I gave two stars because the staff was at least friendly.

This is absolutely the best place to go if you need any repairs on any kind of Recreational vehicle four wheelers motorcycles dirt bikes jet skis side by sides.I myself have a sport touring bike and they just recently put new tires on it and I am so happy with their service.I got there 45 minutes before they were closing and they still took me in and put new tires on my bike for the weekend. That to me is exceptional work manship

Always great service when I go. Today's visit was very quick and the service rep was very helpful. My husband's clutch lever broke on his motorbike as he was coming home from work and since I have an identical motorbike, I loaned him mine to get it home. I thought it would be a good idea to purchase a spare until the new set he ordered online came in next week. Atlantic had the one I wanted in stock and for a reasonable price. Even though it is being used for one or two days for him to commute, it will come in handy if it happens to either of us. THANKS ATLANTIC!!!
