First off let me say it s rare I give a full 5 star review this place definitely deserves it. All State sent me a list of shops to choose from so after reading the reviews I thought I d give lords a try. Being a smaller body shop I didn t expect much but let me tell you Jack lords is the man. Very honest up front told me out the gate bring the car by he can do an estimate and go from there I took the van to him took about 5 min to look it over told me he was a little booked up bring it back in 2 weeks and he can start on it. This was 4/3. 4/20 Jack was calling me for pick up. Not only was the minor damages repaired (small dent in hood and bumper) This is the first body shop I ve been to where they clean the heck out of your car. I work at a landfill so this thing was beyond filthy. Lords crew had this thing looking almost new again in and out . Hopefully I won t need them but this place has gained a customer for life thanks again Jack and the lords crew

Have to give at least 3 stars because my car repair was fine. However, the rest of my experience was horrible. Went through Allstate (not my insurance, someone hit me), they made me an appointment for an estimate. When I showed up the estimator was on vacation, which was okay I guess. They told me to bring my car in the following Monday. I had a conflict so I asked if I could do later in the week and they said any day was fine. When I dropped my car off they were rude and seemed to not remember me at all. With the owner i believe telling me no one had said that? I guess that's fine too, just didn't leave a good feeling. He said they would get to my car started the following Monday, I said no problem and I had a car to use in the meantime. They kept my car for a total of 6 weeks. Yes 6. For a small dent in the rear panel , like less than 6 inches. Every week when I called to check the status it was, oh your car is being painted today, it will be ready Thursday. Every week for 4 weeks they said this. Not to mention how rude everyone was on the phone. Based on the extreme lack of communication, rudeness and how long it took for the repair (which again was alright but no one EVER mentioned that it could take that long) I would never use this shop again.

Gotta Thank Jake at Lords Collision Experts at White Marsh for doing a Great job Color Matching and Painting the Front Bumper on my Sons car.Just installed the New M style bumper on his Car and the Color match is Excellent! We will definitely be back to get the other parts painted. Great job guys, Thank You!

My car was at lords for about two weeks (we were waiting on my car insurance). They were all super professional, updating me every chance they got on what was happening. Sandra was absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel like family. She went above and beyond. I m thankful for her and all the help she gave me as well as everyone in the shop who were always friendly every time I went in. They explained things in terms that I was able to understand. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here. They would get 10 If I was able to give it.Service: Vehicle maintenance

We had two cars worked on by Lord's. They are great to work with. They are a direct repair shop for State Farm. They picked up our cars and worked directly with the insurance company. Fast and Professional. The staff are friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with the entire process. I highly recommend them.

I was involved in a terrible accident with a driver who was under the influence of a very strong substance. The team here was very nice, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Sandra handled my case, and she was very honest about everything up front. Communication was great, she contacted me during each step of the process to keep me informed of what was going on. Jake was fun to talk to, and while they don t realize it, talking to them helped me make decisions in finding a new car. My experience here was amazing, and I truly felt like I put my car in the Lord s Hands! You can trust the awesome team at Lord s to take care of you like family.

Sandra and her crew there knocked out a great repair/ replacement..the paint work alone was perfectly matched and their attention to detail was unmatched!We drove from York pa just because of the caliper of quality work they do!.I wouldn't have anyone else or their team, but these guys do any of my work moving forward. Extremely satisfied with the whole process from 1st call..

I just went to pick up my Kia Rio this morning and I can say they did an amazing job on the body of my Vehicle. Looks brand new. And they also cleaned my car. The workmanship was outstanding. My car looks as if it's brand new. I'm truly appreciative about how nice they were coordinating Enterprise rental cars picking me up and setting me up in a rental. Truly wonderful service!!�I would come back if I had to in the future so I definitely recommend Lord's Collisions to family and friends!!

Lord's did an amazing job on our truck. The office staff and estimators were great from start to finish. They walked us through every step of the process and kept us in the loop at all times. The repairs looked wonderful, basically flawless! We will definitely use them again in the future and we will recommend Lord's to our family and friends.

I have a 2016 Honda Accord and had a head-on collision with a woman that ran a stop sign.I went into Lords Collision Experts to sign paperwork and speak to Jacob Lord (the owner). He went over in detail the work he was going to do to my car. He told me that if I had any questions to ask. I didn't have any questions at the time, but when I called him on the phone a few days later, he answered my all my questions to my satisfaction. He also told me that if I needed anything from my car, that he had an "open-door" policy and to stop by to pick up those items. I felt like a valued customer. At no time did I feel rushed or made to feel unimportant.I must admit that Lords Collision Experts was not my first choice to have my car repaired because the place I wanted to take my car was booked solid for weeks. HOWEVER....I had a wonderful experience at Lords. I was very pleased with the communication I received from Jacob Lord and the work that was done on my car. The car looked like it rolled off the show room floor. Lords did an amazing job! They even cleaned my inside dash and had paper floor mats down over my mats which I thought was a nice touch.Jacob Lord said if I have any problem with the repairs, to return it and he would fix it. I waited for several weeks before writing this review and I have not had any problems.In conclusion....If you had a collision and you are looking for a place, I highly recommend going to Lords Collision Experts at White Marsh. You won't be disappointed!

This place is absolutely fabulous. My husband rear ended someone and our car was taken to a chop body shop. I called a few people and Lords was suggested highly to us. We made one phone call to them and they went out and picked it up from there and handled everything. They are friendly and fast and do awesome work. Our car looked brand new! The owner is very personal with you and up front. Wonderful wonderful service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Thanks for the wonderful service!

I brought my vehicle to Lord s Collision Experts at White Marsh because it was rear-ended recently. �After examining it, they determined that work performed by a different body shop several years earlier was done improperly and the vehicle would be unsafe to drive again if those problems were not addressed as well. �They immediately notified me and worked daily with the previous insurance company and body shop to come to a quick and successful resolution. �Everyone from the owner to the support staff had my safety and well-being in mind. ��I can t thank them enough for their dedication and integrity. �I highly recommend the company and its staff.

I recently brought my car to Lords Collision for multiple repairs. From the day my car entered this location until the time up pick I had the most respectful, pleasurable, & professional experience. I have never taken my vehicle to a place I didn t have to hassle for an answer or update & the service here went above & beyond meeting all needs. Highly recommended!

When I wrecked my 2018 Silverado truck . I contacted Lords. They picked up my truck and took it to their shop. I spoke with Sandra. At the time my nerves were a little rattled and she was able to ease my nerves and explain everything from the truck repair to the insurance process. Unfortunately, my insurance company totalled my truck. Without me even asking, Sandra made a few calls to the sales and finance departments at Koons in White Marsh and explained I was a repeat customer and to take good care of me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was treated very well and and greeted by the sales manager . I bought a new Silverado truck that evening and I am very Happy with the whole process thanks to Sandra.

I took my car to Lords as they were the only shop that could repair it in the time frame I was working with. They did an excellent job. I had a problem about 3 weeks after with a front axle. They repaired it with no charge and my car is like new. Even though Lords was not my first choice for repairs I would recommend them without reservation.

Jake and his staff are absolutely FANTASTIC! A rock from an overpass cracked my moonroof, which was a total bummer. All of the other shops I spoke to said the replacement would take 4-5 days but Jake got it done in ONE so I wouldn t have to get a rental. Not only that, he was so easy to work with and really went out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule! The repair looks GREAT and I couldn t have asked for better service. Hopefully I won t require collision repairs again, but if I ever do there s no question on where I will go!

They do good work but if they say 1- week, expect 2. They could improve their communication with their customers; I had to keep calling for updates. I also wanted some additional work done but never got a call with another estimate. I didn't even bother asking, at that point I just wanted my car back. They are short staffed I guess.

I selected Lords because of the reviews. I was rear ended and required work on my car. After being scheduled for an appt,I dropped my car off and Jake provided a timeline of when to expect a status update which he honored.The shop is clean,they have coffee,tea and a popcorn machine. The lounge area has a tv to watch while you wait.My car estimated 1 week for repair and it was ready by the exact time. When I received my car,I couldn't tell anything was ever wrong. The hood and grill were replaced which was discussed prior.The car was cleaned inside and out.I would have liked for my car to be brought to me instead walking to get it (it wasnt far,about 3 cars down from the main entrance).I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

My experience with the Lord s collision was feeling great Sandra is a true rockstar and really looks out for for customers and their well-being. This is the perfect place to get your car fix if you are looking for a trust worthy and very professional collision shop.

The repair was fine, but I had new scratches and a dent I didn't have before. They even had picture evidence that the scratches were new but wouldn't admit fault. Inspect your car very closely when you drop it off and take some pictures yourself of your entire vehicle. Plus it took nearly 2 weeks to get my vehicle back.

I am so happy I took my jeep to Lords after I was rear ended. Very nice very responsive. Took my car in on a Monday picked it up Friday!!! Car came back clean and shiny!!! Will definitely recommend Lords, very pleasant experience!!

***ZERO STARS*** Stopped in to get a very simple estimate and instead got a terrible attitude. Lord's is supposed to be a preferred provider for my insurance company, so I decided to give them a try. My insurance company notified Lord's earlier in the day and told me to just show up for an estimate. After I showed up, I was informed (very rudely and very disrespectfully) by the "biker guy" that I needed an appointment for the estimate. This guy showed nearly zero people skills. Showing equally bad people skills, was the lady who worked in the office -- she walked out on me while I was wrapping up another phone call with my insurance adjuster (who apologized for Lord's rude behavior). I intend to use every bit of influence that I have with my insurance company to ensure that Lord's is removed from their list of preferred providers. If you are considering using Lord's, I would advise you not to. It's 2018 Lord's: customer service (including treating your customers with dignity and respect) is every bit as important as quality work.

Highly recommend this body shop. They actually had to fix work that I got done at Bel Air Auto and did an awesome job. If you want your car fixed right bring it to Lords. Car comes out looking like new!

Great customer service and work! There was a discrepancy between the information provided to me and to Lord's Collision Experts from my insurance company. They stayed long past closing on a Friday to make sure it was corrected in my favor.

Our Sante fe suffered a Collison with a sign that scratched the front end. Lords Collision did an excellent job repairing the scratches and repainting the front end! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
