I cannot believe how awesome this Volvo service place is. My car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their location. I am not from the white marsh area and was trying to make it home for an event for my mom. I had my dog with me and had no idea how I was going to get home in time. Thankfully the service center took care of everything. They luckily had the parts in stock and were able to get me back on the road in a matter of hours. They were so kind and thoughtful to me and my dog. Shout out to Larry for being so kind and talking me through the issue and being so communicative throughout the whole process. And thank you Sharon for giving my dog some peanut butter! I cannot recommend this service location enough. It is because of their professionalism and understanding that I made it home in time for my moms event.

VIP; they picked up my vehicle from my home, was willing to provide a loaner car I got a call saying we have your vehicle and we will email you with any service information. also gave me a phone number to contact them Direct whether it was over the phone or text message my vehicle was ready in 3 hour and they call me letting me know they were about drop off my vehicle that simple!

This is my second time having my Volvo serviced at Koons and yet again, they friggin crushed it. The first time was for a "haunted mirror" that research showed many people were experiencing. But unlike a lot of their experiences Koons brought in a regional specialist instead of just throwing parts at it. Today's experience was for a creaky liftgate strut. I called service at 11am, I had an appointment for 1pm that day, and the car was fixed and cleaned by 2:30pm. Not a quick grease job or arguing about whether or not it needed replacement, just a hot cup of coffee, a short wait, and a chat with Larry Bond, the best service writer I've had the pleasure to work with. I've referred a bunch of friends and family to Koons Volvo and this just makes it easier to feel good doing so.

I always have a great experience whenever my car needs service! Koons Volvo usually gets me in same day or next day at the latest. My service advisor, Jim, is great! Funny, informative, helpful and takes the time to explain the work he s recommending and goes over everything before I get my car back. Maybe that s why his beard is so big it s full of all the answers! Koons Volvo is the only service center that will ever work on my Volvos.

I had a flat tire last week and when we went to change the tire the tongs were missing and the spare was flat. I just got this Volvo 7-8 months ago so we never used the dummy tire yet. When I told them at the dealership what happened they were not sorry one bit. They were going to pass on this information to the GM (whom I saw twice) but he nor anyone ever came to me to say anything about the situation I experienced. As I was waiting for the oil change. As a certified vehicle this seems odd it wasn t noticed before it was sold.

I know that when I first bought my Volvo, the old Volvo crew made us feel like we weren t just a number. Now it s different, every time nearly $1,000 of services recommended every time. Not to mention, loaner services how can I leave the vehicle with 200+ miles till empty and get it back with 10 miles till empty but be expected to refill their loaner vehicle at a higher fuel cost if not the car wasn t at the same full level. The fact that it was okay to leave a car at 10 miles till empty is completely unacceptable and the whole experience changed since I got my Volvo within the last 5 years nothing beats the service Talia and Dean provided. Could of re-sold my car for a cheaper one since I work from home now but their service made it worth the higher cost! I didn t know if I would have enough fuel to even make it to the gas station! Like WTH!

Let me preface my review by saying that I love Koons Volvo. I've been taking my vehicle here since they relocated to White Marsh and with one exception, there have been no problems. The staff is exceptional and they are very accommodating. Having said that, my last service visit has left me feeling confused - I took it in for a diagnostic service, to determine the cause of the problem. Dropped it off on a Monday morning and when I called on Tuesday afternoon to check the status, I was told that they need more time, 2 hours, at the $190/hr labor rate, to determine the cause. (AWD not working) I ended up paying the $175 diagnostic fee and driving home because I needed my car for Wednesday. When my husband asked me what did they determine was the problem, I honestly didn't know. Apparently I spent $175 for them to tell me that I need new brakes and an exhaust system, because I still don't know what's causing the issue I experience when driving. It's probably the AWD not working, but no one could give me an estimate on what it will cost to fix because they have to do further diagnostics. I didn't realize that automobile diagnostic services were tiered. I wasn't informed of this on any of my previous service visits. - Confused in White Marsh

I enjoy being serviced by Koons Volvo Cars in White Marsh. They are very attentive and always provide explanations on what is wrong. I love the convenience of having my car being picked up while I am working. A separate note related to Volvo - I am having issues with syncing the app with my car.

Always a good experience at Koons Volvo White Marsh. The Concierge organizes pick up and drop off of your car to your home for no fee and a loaner car if you need one. Larry Bond my service contact is the greatest. Keeps you informed and offers details of the needs of your car. He is clear , and straight forward which what I like. Another reason I am glad I bought a Volvo!

KOONS Volvo was truly a pleasant experience. I called to make an appointment for a recall on my car and worked with Larry. He was nothing but professional,friendly, and got me scheduled for the next day.The dealership itself is really nice inside and was comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced. I was kept informed and everything was done in a timely manner. I definitely will return for future services.

Able to get my car right in, get the tire that I had a problem with fixed and also do the routine maintenance at the same time. All while making sure I got to work and dropped the car off at my job after it was done. Best volvo dealership in the Mid Atlantic area!!!

Outstanding service and a highly professional staff. Recently took my V90 CC for its 60k miles service. Koons Volvo inspected, changed the oil, transmission fluid, rotated tires and washed my vehicle while I waited in their comfortable lobby. Visited service center for maintenance check on Volvo S60. Agents were friendly and very knowledgeable. Provided suggestions for additives to add to oil for better performance. Overall team had me in and out quickly and feeling confident with my vehicles over all performance.

Took my wife's car in for service and it was somewhat unpleasant.I pulled into the service lane at my appointment time. There was another customer receiving help at the time. That representative just walked pass me and didn't even acknowledge me. No, eye contact or anything. Not even a we will be right with you. After a couple of minutes, another representative comes out and asked me what I needed. I stated that I was there for my wife's car to be servied. I was told that there was no appointment. My wife scheduled an appointment through the app and received a confirmation. Not sure what happened or even why there was nothing in the system.The vehicle was then checked in and I expressed a couple of m wife's concerns.About an hour passes and the representative comes over to where I was sitting to show me a few additional services he recommended. I reviewed the recommendations and then asked, is any of this covered by the warranty and service agreements that we purchased at the time we bought the vehicle? To my surprise the answe was no. I was surprised because at the time we purchased the vehicle, we were told that the only things we would have to come out of pocket for were tires and brakes, all other things would be covered.Totally disappointed in this as we would not have purchased the vehicle without those warranty and service agreements as they were to prevent the possible expensive repairs that can come along with owning this luxury vehicle.I left the dealership with a tire rotation, oil change, and complimentary wash. Thus was not the experience I expected considering the cost of the vehicle and the dealership.This was Truly an Unexceptional visit.

Took my car there for service. Everybody was cool got a loaner car Larry Bond was my service manager. He text about what needed to be done called to make sure I was good with it explained what was wrong and approximately how long it would take and the price of repairs.

Service called for wasn t due or necessary so opted for later. I informed them that I always have low tire pressure sign on in vehicle. They said they d check to see if it s a sensor issue and also wash vehicle. I left with low tire pressure sign still on and my car mats soak and wet. Definitely not confident or satisfied in Service or lack of.

We have been using Koons Volvo since 2021 and our Service Technician Charlie is the absolute BEST. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service and the level of care that they always provide anytime we have to bring our cars in for service - whether we are waiting for the service or need a loaner vehicle they have always been great about keeping us informed of the service, things that need to be done and cost estimates for any work. They have made vehicle maintenance painless.

I had a great experience at Koons. Gary Harris was a very professional and polite sale person. I did not have ride to the dealership, so he surprised me by arriving to my house with the car I purchased. The finance team secured me with a great deal. I recommend this dealership for your next car.

The dealership is a nice and clean space where youre greeted nicely by the sales reps and never hounded like other dealerships.I recently had a misunderstanding at the service center that made me a bit sour, I was later contacted by Sharon in customer relations who was very genuine, and professional and got to the bottom of things.Most companies don't bother after they've been paid but I appreciate that Koons Volvo took time to iron out and resolve my issue.

I ve been using Koons Volvo service for many years. It never disappoints. My latest service call was for an issue with my 2015 XC70. Suspicions were a faulty CEM, but Koons were able to identify and resolve the issue with a software update. All good now.

Easy to schedule near term service appts. Multiple options for rides or loaner cars. Good service Department with knowledgeable service advisors. My salesman has been very supportive months after my purchase. We really like our xc 40 mild hybrid. We also liked our previous xc60!
