Hands down the best place to take your Subaru WRX or STI! They always take great care of me and are very knowledgeable! Tuner is one of the best around non contest! Very friendly and always go above and beyond and trust me I m not an easy customer to deal with I m sure. Great service! Mechanic was quick with the job (just some fluid changes). Melanie was amazing. You can tell she is passionate about cars and providing customers with as much information as possible. She let me talk her ear off for 30 minutes, and taught me how to keep my car healthy. I will be doing all of my maintenance and upgrades here.

Ordered an intake and tune from Melanie for our 23 WRX. Hit a few bumps on our end (nothing to do with Felix issue with our computer). Melanie made calls and helped us troubleshoot. Finally got it all worked out and the results are even better than we expected! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Mannnn! I freaking love this place. I thank Melanie , James, and Bryan (Hope thats your name) for the quality work, service , customer service etc! They did my maintenance, walnut blasted the valves, and installed my new cobb AOS. They forever have my business. Honest and integrity goes long ways. Its worth every two hours of a drive for me . Thank you to Felix Performance and the amazing staff. You guys rock!!! Cant be thankful enough.PS. They also diagnosed an issue on my car that no one else was able to diagnose. Left for vacation and they took my car in . Figured the problem in no time . While other shops were quoting me thousands of dollars to fix the issue without looking at it . They took care of me in the most honest fashion . I also would like to thank you for this.

Absolute Amazing Service!I bought my car a few months ago and have been to several shops in an attempt to have the problems fixed (6-speed manual running lean, stalling all the time, and huge lack of power). None of them know what was wrong and/or was looking in the wrong spot. A coworker recommended Felix Performance and so I bit the bullet for the long drive and went. They had all my car issues diagnosed, fixed, and the car tuned from 8 am to 1 pm (I had told them I had to be out by 2). They were very professional, helpful, and made sure my car was well taken care of. I have never had this car run so well! The price tag to have my car running again was tough to swallow, but 100% worth it! Absolutely in love with my car again and I will be coming back to Felix Performance for all my applicable car needs.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

Felix is a long time friend of mine and when I purchased my Subaru I knew that he would take care of me from the start. He was honest and professional with what my car truly needed to be running right. We did a full motor build and tuned the hatch to be a fun daily driver. Never gave me any issues. He built it to my exact needs. This is exactly what any Subaru enthusiastist needs. Someone would can build their car the right way from the start.Plus Melanie is the biggest help and always going to bat for the customer. She goes above and beyond to get what the customer needs.Felix is a tremendous builder and has mastered the EJ platform. Iv have my 2021 sti as well as my 2022 wrx worked on,modified and tuned at Felix. James (Felix) is the man! So far we have pushed the sti to 509 whp and the car rans PERFECT since it was modded! Honestly this is the reason I got a 22 wrx as well.James is doing a lot of cool things with the 22s (check out YouTube) and I m very excited to see where the platform goes.They have told me the reasons why to do something,why not to do something and everything in between. I found James not only because he s local but because Dmann was the guy I wanted to tune my sti and when I saw he was working with James that made me move forward and trust them with the sti build! The dude is just on point,I can t say enough good things about Felix performance

I am recently getting into cars/tuning and there s a lot of information out there but Melanie answered all my questions and helped me understand some of the basics in regards to tuning subarus. She is so helpful and worked with my schedule.Also Anthony Berry (drunkmann tuning) is an awesome guy and his reputation is the reason I came here. No doubt that he is talented and I trust him with my ride. Looking forward to coming back in the future for flex fuel.Service: Auto engine tuning

I ve made purchases from pretty much every Subie shop online, and I have to say the service I received at Felix Performance was top of the class!! Super quick response from Melanie, after a few emails had my new tune ready for my car in less than 45 minutes from time of purchase! The tune is great and the service I received was even better! Had my 08 wrx engine build here in 2020. Car still runs great and they are always willing to answer and questions for advice all these years later. They were great to work with in 2020 as well, very knowledgeable and cool.

I went to have a flex fuel tune done. The tuner Anthony did an amazing job. The car feels great and made great power. Felix, Anthony, Melanie were all very thorough and patient. They went above and beyond and fixed the slightest issues that were not even caused by them. I dropped my vehicle off close to 11am and they were done by 2. Quick, quality, and affordable service. I will always come to this shop for my 2016 Subaru WRX whether it may be minor or major maintenance. 5/5 I would recommend this shop. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable. Melanie was extremely responsive and helpful with any and all questions I had being new to the Subaru world. I trust the shop with my car any day of the week and will definitely be bringing my car back. It's hard to give a good or bad review for this place. James was very polite and even drove to meet me once when my car broke down. I've had multiple jobs done here that didn't have an issue but too many that did. Had all fluids changed, tgv replaced, axel replaced without issue. But my rack and pinion has been an ongoing issue since it was installed. I believe a steering sensor was damaged during installation. Car was returned n i was told I have a "caster issue" that I didnt have before. My brakes were done and the front rotors each feel off after a week and in the back pins were not all the way inserted. I had my coilovers adjusted and they were put to a negative preload which caused damaged to other brand new parts. I've since had to have all of these things fixed by a different shop. Big waste of my money unfortunately. I would give a 2 but they were willing to at least take the car back and try to fix the rack issue but it never actually got fixed. I feel like they over schedule and rush through jobs. Most people swear by them but unfortunately they ended up costing me a lot of extra money on things that I just replaced.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Felix Performance gives you the experience you've always wanted when getting your car serviced. I've been through the ringer with my 2017 WRX and after visiting Felix, it's been an extremely stress free process to finally get it fixed properly. Melanie had helped me with a few questions and concerns that I had. I have purchased my first Fa20 subie I am not familiar with the Fa20 style motors and wanted info on what to do and how to approach HP safely. I feel confident in the knowledge and experience that this shop offers. As well as no credit finance options. A+ customer service coming from a car salesman!!! Terrible experience. Bad communication. Was going to buy from a different company and heard the seller tell me a sob story about how they are a little shop and trying to make money to get by and blah blah. I bought into this pitty story. I bought a pricey "brand new" exhaust from here. Arrived damaged and taped up. They admitted it was them that retaped it up. Terrible communication. They would read my messages and ignore me. Stay far away. They do not stand behind the products they sell.

I bought my 2015 WRX here to fix it and it was done quickly. They're very communicative. They know Subarus very well and how to fix things. I would definitely recommend if you have any issues with your Subarus.

Melanie is the best. Have worked with her over the last several months on my car project. She is very informative and customer friendly. Finally got tuned by DrunkMann and could not be happier. I will definitely go to Felix for future projects I can't handle myself.

My son brought his car to Felix Performance to have parts installed-Invidia downpipe, Catback Exhaust, Cobb Intake, Cobb Boost Control Solenoid & have it pro-tuned. A pre-dyno inspection, including compression test & boost leak test was done after the parts were installed. He was told cylinder 2 & cylinder 4 were low & it would be put on a base map for now. He was told to take his car & get the oil changed. He could bring it back & they would pro-tune if it ran okay. It was not running okay. He attempted to reach out to them & they just stopped responding. We took it to another well known high rated performance shop in the area. We were told it would need a short block. Two of the pistons had significant damage & it would cost $7000 to put a new engine in. I went to the shop myself & talked to James. He said there was no way the damage happened in their shop, & my son also signed a waiver. I talked to the other performance shop, and he said the damage was atypical. It was foreign particle damage & said it was most likely from a nut or bolt possibly left during the assembly. He proceeded to tell me it is a closed system, and the part protecting the engine was not damaged. He believes it happened when the intake was installed when the intercooler came off, & he said they knew about it and were trying to cover it up. He said there were brand new performance spark plugs installed that we were not charged for or told about. I reached out to James asking if they would take accountability & I received no response. I emailed again saying I would be filing a small claim unless I heard back. I received an email from his lawyer. Not wanting to go to court, I reached out again stating we could have someone do the work for $5000 & asked if he would do half of the expenses or offer to fix it. I got an email saying any further correspondence should be directed to his lawyer. Just to give you a history of the car, it was a 2007 Subaru WRX completely stock. It was purchased from our local Subaru dealer brand new & serviced through them regularly. We purchased it two years ago from our local dealer. The woman that owned it traded it for a Crosstrek. I drove the car regularly, and it ran great. It never even burned oil. The other performance shop said we would have known if it had this kind of damage. If you do decide to bring your vehicle to this shop, have a compression test done prior to having anything done. Accidents happen and it is an unfortunate situation, but any decent business would try to make things right without covering it up. They offered no services to make things right.
