I just bought my Altima there and love my car. I love the 30 day statute that you can return the car if unhappy and get all your money back.

They get you in a car at a good deal. BUT when it comes to scheduling a service repair. They never have availability, even if you have their own warranty. Been waiting for a year to get service for the car I purchased there, and they still refuse to work on the car I purchased from them.

Dropped the car off to have it serviced. I was attended to in a prompt and professional manner. They gave me a very nice "loaner" to drive as my car gets the service it needs.

Absolutely terrible service. The easiest thing takes hours to complete. I sitting in thr waiting room, 1.5 hours after my appointment so that they can give me a loaner car since I dropped my car off. This CarMax does not care about your time. I have waited 4 hours on two different occasions just to be told that my appointment was setup when the right people weren't here to fix the issue. I hate coming here and regret purchasing my car from here as well.

Edited to revise 1/9/2022 - They have not been accepting cars bought from them with extended warranties for several months. I am very disappointed that my business is being farmed out to other repair shops where if I take my car to a dealer I am charged a $100.00 deductible instead of only $50.00. Yes I could take it to one of Carmax s approved repair shops but I prefer a dealership. Additionally, I have left a couple of messages for a manager regarding some questions I have with no return call. The dealership I have been using in place of CarMax for my warranty work (a very large dealership in Bel Air) has been doing an amazing job with my Hyundai and may very well earn have earned my business for any future car purchases I make.Amazing customer service. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure you are completely satisfied. I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Horrible and very slow service. I came in for a car inspection. The lady told me that the inspection was done but that I didn t pass. Which is fine but the real kicker is that after the inspection was over I had to wait another hour just for someone to bring my car back out to the lot. I bought this car from carmax, but this establishment won t be getting my service ever in the future.

I saw a small chip in the windshield after my purchase. . Call the Service department, and was given a date for repairs with no cost to me. No long discussions , they just fix the windshield. Super service.

Horrible service department process. In most cases you are forced to leave a message because no one answers the phone and calls are returned quickly. When your speaking to someone, the customer service is great but getting to that point is a challenge.

Love the fact that you can bring in any car from anywhere for a free test drive. You can buy a car car and drive it out on the same day!

What is wrong with this picture? Went to CarMax today to have a blinker light replaced....TWO WEEKS for an appointment! What the hell??? TWO WEEKS. Shame on you Car Max...the last 6 cars we've bought were from them...this will stop any more business with them. I was told that some technicians are out...blah blah...hire more people! SHAME SHAME SHAME! I'm going to post this everywhere!

Didn't have the parts I needed for the repair, therefore, I have to take another vacation day to have the car repaired. Not happy with that!
