Great work, got a custom muffler delete and resonator setup on my mazdaspeed3 and happy that they got all the details right with great looking welding. Would definitely recommend!

Being a single woman (knowing nothing about vehicle problems) trying to get your car fixed can be a frightening experience. Vehicle maintenance & repairs can be extremely costly. So, having to worry about being up-charged b/c you look like a young, wide-eyed doe only adds to the frustration of knowing who to trust. When BMC was referred to me by someone that I trust, I decided to give it a try. If you have "muffler" issues, go see Billy at Brooks Muffler Center. I've got to give him kudos for the professional, and amazingly fast & efficient service that he provides. Since COVID, my experience, (especially regarding car repairs) has been a painstakingly slow process. Not so at BMC! I was also pleased with his price transparency. The amount that I was initially quoted was the amount that I paid (no hidden costs!) And I've been told that the cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. So, if you need repairs on your muffler & don't know where to go or who to trust, Brooks Muffler Center is your easy answer for fast & friendly, (not to mention cost-efficient) service!

I had a very good experience at Brooks Muffler. Billy was very cordial with me and remembered our conversation about my 2004 F150 and the muffler system I wanted. I was offered a ride home and the young lady that took me home was very kind and friendly to talk to. Dropped it off at 930 and picked it up at 130. I was very pleased with the work and the Stainless Tips they put on were more than I expected. I was also very pleased with the 1 year warranty that was given to me.I would recommend there service to anyone I know. I brought my van in at 9:00 am for a muffler and tailpipe replacement. Barely had time to get home when they called to say my vehicle was ready (9:45). Thought the price was very fair and on the low side.The waiting area was basically closed down and being used for storage. Everyone was very friendly.Service: Exhaust

Was recommended to this place by my regular mechanic as they don't do welding. Had a crack at where the pipe meets the muffler, these guys had cut and welded a new muffler in 15 min i was in at 10:06 and done and out before 11 a.m. im very impressed with these guys and can't see how others gave this place a bad review. The job only cost 200$ vs buying a whole new exhaust from the dealer since nobody had any after market exhaust for a 2014 charger. The rest of the system was fine and really no need to replace everything. Thanks Brooks saved me a ton of money on this job and not having to get a rental was even better

I had my exhaust system replaced at Brooks. They charged a very fair price for the labor, and did the work quickly while I waited. A few months later one of the hangers came loose due to hitting a pothole and they fixed the hanger LABOR FREE! This is definitely a very honest, fair business. Will return.

I went in to get an estimate on replacing my whole exhaust system on my '02 Mustang. The lady at the counter told me to come back the next day because they were closing in 30 minutes. I told her that I wouldn't be able to come in any earlier tomorrow as I'm working far away at the moment, she rolled her eyes and walked in the back room. She gave me a fairly high price for a base model system and when I asked if they offered any higher end systems she bluntly told me no. In my experience if you say you close at a certain time you should offer good customer service until you lock your doors. First and last time I will be going to them for a repair.

Needed to rework my custom exhaust to something quieter. The tech was knowledgeable, helpful and did a nice job but I believed they overcharged me $100+ for the new muffler and labor. I should have negotiated the price, but buyer make sure you can haggle before agreeing to anything.

The work done on the vehicle is great, the issue I had is with management.My husband had to pick me up from work, our GPS said we would arrive at 5:35. We called at 4:50 to let them know that we would be FIVE minutes late (They close at 5:30) and they said NO. There was no way to pay over the phone and they would not stay open an extra FIVE minutes.Mind you, this is a family owned business. We are paying customers and the fact that they wouldn t stay open five minutes is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous.After driving there and getting closer, our GPS said 5:33 and the manager said fine, but I will not be here much longer after that That to me just says a lot about a business and how they treat their customers. They are NOT open on the weekends and as this being a Friday, my husband wouldn t be able to go to work Monday. I worked at a large dealership that would always stay open for customers because they are the most important. Obviously not here.We have a lot of people we know that would be interested in getting work done at this shop and we will be sure to let them know to go somewhere else.If you ever want to go to a place that you can feel welcomed and friendly, DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in to have some work done on my muffler. They walked me through the job and my options. Also saw a bolt that had gone through my tire and removed it with no damage sustained. My entire trip took less than an hour. Really enjoyed talking to Kevin. Will be back for future service for sure!

These guys are amazing , billy is super nice and open to what you have to say and actually listens to your ideas, his mechanic is dedicated and takes pride in his work , and they always do an above and beyond job . Thank you billy and big thanks to your mechanic for making my civic rumble

Horrible customer service towards black people. The guy behind the desk saw me approach through the window, and assumed he couldn't fix my issue without even taking an up close look at it. He wouldn't even turn around to make eye contact with me before telling me he couldn't help me. Fortunately, I then drove down to White Marsh Muffler where I was treated like a valued customer and got my issue fixed right away.

Took my truck in for a muffler job since my current one had rusted out. They put a nice stainless steel unit on for a very good price. It was done very quickly too. Thanks!

I called to have my camper inspected and talked to the service department. When I asked if I could drop it off after they were closed he said no because they need to get information from me. I asked if there was any other way like take the information over the phone because I have a very busy schedule during the week. He said no and then proceeded to say, and I quote "you'll figure it out". What an A$$.

Went there for front struts. After the installation I started to hear a loud clicking noise coming from my steering wheel when turning it either way. The mechanic said it was a normal noise coming from the steering column and not the struts and even new cars make it.. Bull****.. I took it to another shop and he put it on the lift to show me the horrible job that was done on the struts.. I took pictures and went back to Brooks ( I mean Crooks) and the mechanic stood by what he said and silly ass Billy trying to play dumb gonna give me a new estimate for repair of struts. I left before I let things get outta hand and snatched Billy remaining 5 pieces of hair off.. They robbed me and they gonna rob you to if you go there..

Good work, horrible price gouging. Will never return or recommend to friends. $1,000 for an old jeep exhaust? When you bring the majority of the parts? Simply unacceptable.

Very nice people! I ve dealt with other auto shops that try to turn a profit off of uninformed people in desperate situations, but these guys are nothing like that. Fair and helpful!

Took 15 minutes to replace the whole system except for the manifolds in a 2004 pt cruiser and offer a lifetime warranty on their work. Very pleased

Kevin the service tech was very rude questioned me who owned the vechile then when giving the estimated did not explain his pricing other shops are charging a third of their pricing here and giving good service I'm let down by my experience at this shop
