We broke down in Delaware last Labor Day and had to have our RV towed to Maryland for repairs. While dealing with trying to get the repairs done, the RV ended up being down there longer than anticipated and into the winter months. Tim not only helped us with winterizing the RV, checking in on snow accumulations, battery statuses, and monitoring any water seepage, but also communications with the mechanic since we were several states away. Out of everyone we have dealt with in both Delaware and Maryland, Tim was the only one who religiously returned our calls every time. His service was great and his pricing was very fair. It made an extremely stressful situation more manageable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for your normal maintenance needs or emergency services. Thanks again Tim!

Tim is literally a dream. 5 star service at the best price. My RV is a new to me 2017 Winnebago and initially called because of a small leak in my bathroom ceiling. Tim was very accommodating and sincere from the very first phone call. Even with his busy holiday schedule, he managed to squeeze me in. He assessed the issue and patched it up very quickly also addressing a few other things he noticed while answering as many of my questions as he could in our short time together. He even took time to look at some of my other concerns and provide suggestions. Best customer service ever and will definitely call again.

Tim of Admiral Services just worked on my RV to repair.the Gear Box for are bedroom slide, called him on Monday called back that night and came over on Wednesday morning at 8:00amrepair it in 1.5 hours so we could take grandkids camping!very fast service and very good price for parts and service.

We had our large slide that wouldn t retract .of course the morning we were leaving for a 6-week adventure. We called Tim and he said he was working at the state fair and couldn t be there till mid-afternoon. True to his word he was there at 3pm, solved our issue in about an hour. He came from Timonium, MD to Shady Side without hesitation. Not only is our rig on the road . on a Saturday emergency call, Admiral RV came thru and is the most reasonably priced RV Repair EVER! Admiral Services totally lives up to "Admiral" status. It was a Saturday and we couldn't find a mobile RV company. I did an answer from one call that recommended Tim at Admiral Services. He arrived as planned, was professional and friendly. He totally understood we needed to get back on the road ASAP. He solved our problem and his rate was more than fair. Tim winterized my converted Promaster for me. It was so convenient to have him come to me for the work, and he was extremely reasonably priced. He even recommended a simple upgrade to my van that would allow me to winterize it myself and use it on and off throughout the winter. I couldn t be happier with the job he did and will certainly reach out to him again for future work.

After driving to our camp site, and hooking up the water we found we had a pretty decent leak. I thought the trip was over. I called and talk to Tim and he was amazing. He came over first thing in the morning, and was able to get us working right away. He also took time to look at the whole water system fix a few other things and give helpful advice concerning all sorts of things. Highly recommend his service!

Tim came out yesterday to install a new black water pull cable, he soon figured out that I needed a new valve witch he had one in his truck. He didn t hesitate to replace the valve and even stayed here until I filled the tank nearly halfway full to make sure I had no leaks, all at a reasonable price. If you need RV services don t hesitate to call him! I know I will use him in the future

Tim was so helpful. I had power issues with my camper since the day I got it, and Tim found the problem right away. Not only did he fix the problem, he also gave me (a newbie camper owner) some tips which I greatly appreciate. I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever need another fix on the camper.

We happened to see Tim s repair van at a campground when we were having problems with our furnace. Tim located the problem while we were camping but advised he would have to remove the furnace to clean it and check for damage. A few days after our trip, Tim responded to where our camper was stored, where he removed and repaired the furnace. He then responded back out to reinstall it in the camper. The repairs were made quickly and the charge for the service was very reasonable. We will be recommending Tim to our camping friends and he will be our first call if we need help in the future!Service: Electrical

We had a microwave go out in our 2019 Reflection! Tim worked with our warranty company. Tim always answered his phone. Kept us informed of the process! He definitely is knowledgeable and professional! We will use him again with no problems.

I had several repairs to be completed on my older class b rv. Tim was able to quickly diagnose and repair issues with my dometic refrigerator. He also repaired a "frozen" house battery tray (due to corrosion) and installed a new battery. Additionally, he checked the broken awning and noted the part needed for repair once obtained. Once the initial contact was made with Tim, he responded quickly to address my repair needs. He also charged a very fair price for the services rendered. He definitely deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. Do not hesitate to contact him for any rv repairs.

Memorial Day Weekend! Let s start with that.Tim came out on the holiday and started working on our electric problems, some outlets weren t working. He explained Everest he was taking (at my request) to help me understand why I couldn t fix the issue myself. He found the problem and all electrical now works perfectly.THEN he worked on our stove, I was getting ready to replace it, and made short work of that issue. It, too, works perfectly now.THEN I mentioned that our fridge was leaking and he told me step by step how to fix it and prevent further problems.This guy is better than good. He is punctual, kind, funny, happy to give advice, everything you would want in a professional working on you RV!!!!

I couldn t turn my water pump on without creating a new Great Lake in my class B. Tim met me at my closest off-ramp and got me up and running again in no time. I was worried about cost but Tim not only provides a great service with a kind attitude, but with fair pricing as well.

As luck would have it, we were referred to Admiral Services by Custom Coach because we needed a mobile service provider. Tim helped us retro-fit a 2007 31' Airstream Classic that was recently purchased. He was incredibly easy to work with, very knowledgeable and reliable. As a new RV owner, we relied on his experience and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I will only use him in the future. Tim was AMAZING!!!!! I had a terrible leak in my Tiny House on Wheels (RVIA certified) that was causing water to come up through the floor. And I didn't know where the leak was. I previously had someone else come out and tell me the leak was behind the toilet. It was not. Tim found the leak, behind the shower, within 30 mins of being on site, then fixed it and created access panels for any issues in the future. He also installed another emergency shut off valve.I appreciate the expert knowledge, quick response, well prepared (materials in his truck to quick fix the leak) and professionalism Tim displayed. Highly, highly recommend and will use him again in the future!

I highly recommend Tim for any RV repair, even high end RVs. I was having trouble with my Aquahot system. Tim came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and made the necessary repair. His rates are reasonable and he shows up on time.

Love Tim & Admiral!!! I had a hot water tank issue with low water pressure and no hot water. Tim was out right away and fixed my issue. Grateful for his service since I couldn t move my RV. Tim is knowledgable and respectful of your RV/home.

I notice when I drive my slider had a little lip. Tim came right out to where I was and told me the problem. He is a very professional man. Did everything he said and more. I am a very funny person and very rarely do reviews, BUT Tim deserved one and more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIM

Was having an issue with my slide out. Called Tim walked me through what to do to fix the problem he save my butt from the wife!! Definitely will be calling him in the future for any issues that come up with my camper!
