Kim was AMAZING! I've been trying to get another vehicle for a while and kept hearing "no". Kim did everything she could to get a "yes" and I drove off the lot with a fabulous new vehicle!!

What an amazing experience. Total time to sign paperwork and ride off the lot was no more than 30 mins . I had a mechanic look at the car before my 30 day warranty expired and he expressed that the car was in very good condition for the mileage. I will def purchase another car from here as well as recommend others to purchase from here!! Excellent customer service also!! Thank you R. W. Motors for a painless car buying experience!Update! 2 years later and no issues. Only maintenance such as oil changes, tune up etc... for reference i purchased a HondaUpdate! 4 years later and the only part I've had to replace was the starter. Great car and even better purchase!

I reached out via fb to inquire about a vehicle that was recently posted. Within minutes I was responded back too, had my application in. And numbers were being ran. That specific vehicle didn t work out but Ralph made sure to find something for me that did! Not only that but it exceeded the expectations of what I wanted. I was In and out with the paperwork and off the lot within 20 minutes. I ABSOLUTELY love my new car!

Bought a car from here got not even 1/4 mile down the road and all the lights came on the dash I told them about it and they said to take it to his guy that fixes his cars I do this and the guy tells me he don t want to do it cause RW does not pay them for his work!! So here it is they sell lemons and get away with it so if you are not careful they will pull the wool over your eyes and you get the bad car in the meantime! I sent them a text message asking about the repairs and I still have the text message I just can post it on here cause there is no way to add a photo to ask about the part that they where supposed to get for me and never did and the the name of the auto repair place that they sent me to was called Busted knuckles auto shop

Great place to buy a car. I have a good reliable vehicle for a good price and a very fast turnaround time. In and out in less than 30mins. I am currently about purchase another vehicle from them.

My name is John and I just got the best service you could ask for got immediate attention just opening the door and from there my vehicle had 2 more people looking at it I didn't have to say much no begging pleading We're convincing. My only real wait was to wait for a part that they didn't have they called for one and in no time I was back on the road thanks rw motors these guys are all business

Very shady company. Do not by an as-is vehicle from them! They either do not know what they are doing or they are deliberately selling damaged vehicles and lying. Between me and another family member, the two vehicles that were purchased did not even last a week total. One didn't even make it home. Considering they both had to be Maryland inspected, something tells me that they just aren't looking at these cars properly. Not very nice or reputable people at all.

My girlfriend just bought a car from here. It didn't even last a week. We got stranded on route 50 on Thanksgiving of all times. When my mechanic looked at it, he said there was a lot of stop-leak in the radiator, so clearly someone knew there was a problem with this car. So either the auction house lied, or their mechanic lied. Considering it was a vehicle bought at auction for $13,000 but only sold for $5000, though I didn't know that at the time, I think they knew this car had issues. Please do your due diligence and do not trust these people!

I purchased and car from here and I have had only one issue but it was nothing they did altinators go bad was fine when I got the car and after driving it for a couple weeks it just went bad but thats what cars do and they were fast to salve the issue and even offered the money back for the part I needed even tho they were not obligated too. They are very kind and helpful I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable used car. I'm so glad I decided to go with them. This was the first car I bought from a dealership and they made it a great experience so thank you for everything.

Just bought a car from this company. The whole process was painless. They did everything they could for us. They put me in the car I wanted with a reasonable down payment. They kept me informed while getting it financed. They treated me with respect. I've been to 4 dealerships in the last few months and was not happy. These guys made me believe there are great people out there! Highly recommend them

Phenomenal experience at R&W Motors!!! I purchased my vehicle a week ago today. The Staff very friendly and professional, but my salesman Joe was very very awesome very knowledgeable, very professional made me feel very comfortable talking about what I was looking for in a vehicle . He worked with me from beginning to end since this was my first time purchasing a vehicle without anyone with me. Highly recommended!!!

I just bought a 2012 Mazda! Les was my sales Rep, who did everything he could to make sure I left that day with a car! They are all super nice and friendly and willing to work with you as much as they can. I have horrible credit, and no one to cosign and was still able to buy. Great place!

It was a rocky start, had several issues within days of buying a car from RW's. The fuel pump went up twice, wheel bearing went out. I had my doubts about buying from there and actually wanted out of the loan. Mr Les was wonderful though, he made everything right and fixed it all. In the end I was very happy with my vehicle and the way I was treated at RW. They definitely have my vote....Les and RW have my respect and I will continue to do business with them. They really do treat their customers like family....before, during, and after!!

I highly recommend these guys . After months of wasted time with other dealers, RW motors made my day. My wife and I bought a great family car at a fair price. They were more then happy to stay open after hours and make the deal happen. 100% satisfied.

Recently purchased from this dealership..rocky beginning due to issues with the vehicle. and no lie it has been stressful..but we appreciate Les and his wife for trying their hardest to rectify the issues..he even traveled to my home in the dark/rain to try to help..fixing everything free and gave us money off the down payment due to the Inconvienice..

I first heard about Rw Motors on Facebook . The process was very easy, I filled out my application online and I heard back from the sales person about 15 minutes later that I was approved. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I ve ever made. I 100% recommend

Try to sell u a car thAt have high mileage. While i was there another customer was there she mentioned that she brought a car two months prior and have been coming back to get it fixed the day she left the lot. And she said they wouldn t fix it. I came in to get a 2018 Honda they claim credit acceptance only approved me for a 2007 Honda with 241,000 mileage wtw. So i went to carmadez and drove off the lot with a 2017 Hyundai with low mileage. Let me add finance through the same company credit acceptance.... something doesn t add up. But I m happy and love my new car

Highly don t recommend!!! They re all about a dollar sell you messed up cars that only last for a minute then you have to turn around and get so much fixed on it . Was late 1 day and want someone to pay 600 and some dollars to get car back ! Then went from 65 to now 75 to get my personal items that I paid good momey for out of the car this should be illegal and they re highly unprofessional

Mr. Les is awesome, he made me feel like even though I bought my car in October if I need anything at all, just to give him a call. These days you don't have owners call you, they have their secretary or sales person call but not here and that is what I call good business. Thanks Les!
