PROS:Repair was done in a timely manner. The repair worked great. The brakes work as designed. People are friendly and helpful.CONS: Had a 12in. Rubber brake line w/sensor replaced, oil change and fuel filters replaced. The cost was over $1300 dollars. I feel that was a ridiculous.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Wastler Tire Pros regarding a front suspension issue. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with Christopher s professionalism and attentiveness. The technicians quickly identified the problem and Christopher explained it to me in a clear and understandable manner. The repair was done smoothly and I look forward to getting another 10 years on the road. Christoper s expertise and dedication will result in Wastler s now caring for all my vehicle maintenance/repairs.

1st visit. I had a tire that needed fixed, dropped it of at 7:30 am and picked it up at 9:00 am. Would definitely recommend. Good price and great service.2nd visit, I needed a front end alignment after changing ball joint on my truck this weekend. I called them on a Monday morning and they got me right in and I had my truck back in a few hours. Again great service at a great price, thanks

I was recommended this place by ANOTHER local tire shop. They said this place won t damage aftermarket rims and they were right! They look amazing. They even loaded up the old rims and tires and strapped them down. I am very pleased. Thanks guys!Service: TiresService: Tires

Wastler service personnel provide a complete and thorough discussion of the reason your vehicle is brought in for service. They provided me with friendly, professional and expert service. They listen to the explanation for my visit and provided a thorough explanation of what they can do to uncover the source of the condition. The work was completed in a timely manner.

I went in for a state inspection and was told that my car needed about $6,000 worth of repairs! I approved the repairs for the state inspection and was charged twice for one belt. I waited for over three hours for the work to be completed, when I asked how much longer the repairs would take, I was informed that the parts still needed to be delivered. It was at that point that I found out that they had cars available for customers to use if the wait was extensively long. I was less than impressed with the hustle to repair everything, leaving me to wait for three hours, charging me twice, and inflated labor charges.

I moved to the Mount Airy area and needed a new shop near my house to have tires done, so I gave Wastler a try. 10/10 service, friendly, very very well managed. If there is a chance your car wouldn't get done in a timely manner, they're straight up about it and will suggest a drop-off day that will work for both parties. A lot of other shops don't do that, and end up letting your car sit!Due to other shops letting me down, I generally work on my own cars for everything except tires, welding, hazmat (AC refrigerant evac), and autobody/paintwork. But after coming to Wastler I feel confident letting a shop work on my cars again. I've since come in for straightforward jobs like AC refrigerant evac/recharge, brake flush, etc. and had a great experience every time.Wastler can handle bigger jobs from lift kits and chassis modifications/mild fabrication to turnkey LS swaps. Feels good to have a shop near home who I can trust with any capacity of work!

I was in a tiny time crunch. Winter is right around the corner and I needed new tires on my car sort of quickly, they fit me right into their schedule. I have aftermarket rims on my car and these guys took really good care of me and my car. I highly suggest these guys as they are super friendly, respectful of time and have great communications set in place.Service: Tires

I believe the true character of a company is not when everything goes right, but when something goes wrong. I took my bus to Wastler for inspection. To pass inspection, they said that the serpentine belt had to be replaced. I authorized the replacement work. Took an Uber back to the office. That night came picked up the bus. Two days later, started the bus to do a job and heard a loud clicking noise in the engine. Called Wastler. They asked if I could drive it in (14 miles) so they could look at it. I was shocked that they would even suggest that since that could make the problem even worse. I had the bus towed to Wastler and told them that I had another big job the next day with the bus. They didn t seem to be in any hurry to fix my bus. Eventually, after many phone calls a few hours after opening for business, they looked at the bus and said that the serpentine belt had shifted which is why there was a noise. They fixed the problem. I am convinced that they were at fault. I made numerous calls over many weeks to settle this matter amicably. Not one single time did they return my phone call. PJ Told me that the owner had Covid and many other excuses.Towing cost $412. Then had to use Uber to go pick it back up. Lost $800 worth of work. Requested to settle the matter for $833. they came back and offered a $200 in-store credit. So sadly, the matter is heading to court.

Went in for new tires and a headlight which I provided and got charged $167 to replace a headlight apparently their labor rate is $167, they also tacked on $100 tire protection plan I didnt ask for and didnt want. The work they did was fine as far as I can tell, staff were nice .Had to come back a second time, they didnt put my grill back together correctly after changing the headlight.

Friendly people and easy to work with but not honest on pricing. I called to have a tire change for a tire I have. Was quoted about 40 dollars when I go I also ask about 2 screws I need to mount my plate they say they found the clip in the car and will screw it in for me. Little did I know that service would be an addition $50. That s more than the rest of the service entirely when what I asked for was screws. No one told me an estimate for how much the very simple small service would be. Wound up paying the $90 but had to haggle down to that too. Very disappointed

We pulled up and informed the gentleman that our tire was losing pressure and we were 100 miles from our home. I was told a technician would be available in an hour and if the tire could be repaired what the cost would be. Within thirty minutes we were informed the tire was damaged, couldn t be repaired and a compatible tire was not in stock. We were offered the option of waiting for a new tire to be delivered or have the spare tire installed. We asked to have the spare installed as we were anxious to get home. We were on our way having peace of mind and surprised to find all of that time and service was provided for only $25.00!The staff wore company uniforms and were courteous, friendly and professional. We felt comfortable in the waiting area and the restroom was convenient and clean.

Wastlers customer service is top notch, straight forward estimates and they don't try to sell services you don't need. I will continue to trust my vehicles with Wastlers Tire Pro's.

Mike and PJ were amazing! Extremely professional when explaining the estimate and the work was phenomenal! We are so happy with our vehicle and feel so much safer driving it thanks to the amazing work they did! Very highly recommend for their professionalism and amazing work!!

They were great! It was a bit of an emergency, as I was returning to Georgia, and they are in Maryland. They had the tire I needed. The price in the amount of time it took them to put the tire on my car were both reasonable.The two guys in the front were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend them.

Never dealt with an auto shop that goes out of their way to keep you in the loop and up to date on your car - all while doing so - they genuinely care about you and your vehicle. We will never ever go to anyone else going forward, just Wastler Tire Pros.

I'm a happy return customer. My wife and I, as well as my parents only go to Wastler ever since we found them. They are super fast, extra friendly, and don't rip you off. I have had nothing but good experiences. The PJ helped me during my last visit and he's amazing!

I've been taking my car to Wastler for over 10 years. They are professional, courteous, friendly and kind. They do a wonderful job taking care of my car. They don't push unnecessary work. They explain things in a way that I can understand them. I'll continue taking my car to them.

I have a great first experience with Wastler! They were courteous, professional, and extra helpful in getting my car back on the road quickly. They repaired a leaky tire and detected a small oil leak that would have caused a big problem if I had waited for my regular oil change. Wastler has been servicing my motorhome for over 2 years. I have never been disappointed!Service managers Chris P. and PJ scheduled the work and provided timely and accurate work estimates. All work was performed in a professional manner, and the technicians are respectful of the interior and exterior of the motorhome.All the work was completed the same day. Each time, Chris, PJ or Krystal gave me a ride home and picked me up afterward and always with a smile!I will continue to trust Wastler Auto with my RV automotive maintenance needs.
