I walk in to two gentleman being serviced. I wait my turn in line, mean while no one addresses me the entire time I m waiting (about 20 minutes). While waiting three other people walk in at different times. Each person was greeted, and told someone would assist them soon. I can t help but notice the only person not addressed is me. And I m true only African American. It s nice to know that my skin color still determines how well I m treated as a paying customer. How would that make you feel? Literally everyone else is acknowledged. Do better people.

My experience with Terry's Tag and Title has always been good, but the last time I was there was not that same experience. Apparently the manager relayed my disappointment to the owner, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Terry personally (which I didn't even ask for). She was very pleasant, empathetic, and took care of my concern. This certainly restored my faith in Terry's Tage and Title!

I have dealt with Terry's for years and have been beyond pleased. I also appreciate Terry's community involvement.With that being said, we had a less than ideal experience. My mom is elderly and has trouble standing for a period of time. The counter is high and is not conducive for a disabled person to conduct a transaction.I asked the young girl if there was a chair available...she pointed across the room....I had to then drag a chair across the room for my mother.I then asked if we could use the low counter so my mother could sit at a counter that she could reach. The girl said no because her computer didnt work there. So my mother is sitting in a chair at a high counter where she can't see or look through her papers. (She was trying to take care of my father's estate) She had to stand up and down with my assistance to conduct the transaction.....ridiculous!! Couldn't the young girl have taken 2 steps from her computer to the low counter to accommodate my mom. The girl, I guess, realized what a hardship this was and finally let her sign the documents at the low counter since she was unable to do it otherwise.Then the final insult....."no public restroom".For one thing we are customers, not the public. We have been there 20 minutes. People have medical conditions that make a bathroom necessary.I hate that we were so disappointed. Not to mention we were not told correctly what we needed to bring.

I have been a happy customer of Terry's Tag and Title Service for a few years. They have always been quick and friendly and helpful. But today I had exceptional service from Kendall. She was patient with me and was not bothered by the fact I didn't know all the information-she just kept looking it up on her computer. She was also kind and not annoyed with my two kiddos who were having a good time in the cars. Thank you so much.

I was at this business yesterday to transfer the title of my car into my name, since I bought out the lease. Apparently there was some unusual "flag" on my record that was preventing the staff from putting it through. Terry, the owner herself, came out from the back and took me into her office and made *multiple* calls to various departments at the MVA to try to sort this issue out. (We found out the flag had nothing to do with me; it was under the leasing company and apparently for a different vehicle altogether!) Terry was kind and patient and went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. Once she had clarity on the issue, she was able to direct her staff on how to put the title transfer through the system and this will be one of the ones they take in person to the MVA. I'm grateful for Terry's expertise and the professionalism of her staff.

I like to thank a young man by the name Anthony that works here at the Westminster location for great customer service and was very helpful and respectful to all customers that walked in right behind me I walked out happy to know that we do have helpful and respectful people thanks again Anthony

We got thereSaturday morning around 11 or a little after, short line roughly 4 people in front of us! Which didn't turn out to bad! Average wait we noticed was about ten to fifteen minute per customer!They have a small canopy at the front with a couple of chair's and small cooler with bottled water while you wait! Which is also handicap accessible!Unfortunately, they have upgraded their system, which didn't help us at all! We were just trying to put tags back on a car, we had garaged for the last few years! They said the old tags we turned in when we pulled the car off the road were still showing as valid for the car!!?? ( Even though she said they still showed we turned them in!)? Wait what!?How does that happen!?? ( Guess this is still the typical MVA issues), even using a tag and title place!Nothing directly to do with Terry's tag and title service!!System update complete!Update: As of this past Saturday we were to stop at the Owings Mills location and get our tags! The lady ( sorry didn't get her name)! was there was so helpful! Super nice and already knew about our situation!!I would definitely recommend Terry's tag and title!!

I was trying to give my deceased husband's car away and didn't know what I needed to do so. The ladies I spoke with were VERY helpful and friendly! Very thorough and clear about what I needed and how to go about it. Their kindness was a surprise and RELIEF!

Super service always! They can take care of your needs quickly and they are so nice. I have sent tons of people to them and everyone is happy. They just transferred our vanity tags with no problem from a car we sold to one we have. They also transferred my vanity plates from regular to historic on another car.

Super quick. We were in and out in 10 minutes registering a trailer. The fees are more than we expected but I also didn t expect such quick, helpful and courteous service so I ll happily pay the fees. Thank you! I ll never go to the MVA again.

Although I had issues at first Terry was quick to respond and figure out what she needed to do in order to fix the situation and cleared things up. She was very understanding of why I was upset and immediately figured out how she could help. Tara helped me while I was there and was very pleasant.

Jessica was great. Management is customer oriented, staff is friendly and their fee for processing are lower than most of the other tag and title locations around them.

Jessica was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Fees are cheaper than other shops around. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to do my business here as well.

I never leave reviews unless a place is very good or very bad. Well, these women were exceptional! I was taken care of in no time at all, and the customer service was amazing! They gave me chocolate when I was done, and everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The layout of the building and decorations, the feel and ambience, everything was above and beyond from what I'd expect in a local small business. These people definitely go the extra mile!

I have used Terry's for probably 6 or more title/tag transactions over the years. Every time I use them I walk out thinking this is EXACTLY how a business should be run. Fast, helpful, very very friendly, and clearly happy to have me as a customer, not to mention the hours of time saved for a small fee. I do not understand why any one would go to the MVA for things Terry's can do, I guess unless your time is worth nothing to you. Absolutely highly recommend!

Quote from them: Your tags are in. Just drop off your old tags and THEN we ll be able to give you your new tags . When I got there they told me there s a fee to drop off and return tags to the MVA. Then they interrupted me when I dared to say poor customer service because they originally told me there would be no additional fees. Here s a free tip to leave this message for your customers: Your tags are in for you to pickup. If you want us to return your old tags to the MVA, bring them with you when you come to pickup your new tags, we charge $11.00 or do it yourself, thank you for your business .

The whole thing was awful! Set up everything the day before sent over all my paperwork so all i had to do was pay and get my tags but nope. Got there the next day and had to do the paperwork again and give them all my info again just to sit there for an hour waiting. Everything is done from the car right now and no one really explained anything of how things were working right now. Not to mention that the website says theyre open but 2 of the locations i went to yesterday were closed but you only find that out once you drive there. Id rather just got to the mva next time.

I first used Terry's Tag & Title a few years ago and I haven't pulled into the MVA parking lot ever since. It's always a fast and friendly experience!I told my father, who tends to be pretty stingy with money, to try it once it was worth the service charge. He called me before he left the parking lot and said he would never go back to the MVA.I highly recommend Terry's to everyone!

Terry's tag and title is great and had amazingly fast response time with questions. I've sent several emails to them after hrs like 10 pm at night and have got replys back within an hr some times minutes. I always recommend Terry's tag and title to all my friends and family.

Everyone know dealing with MVA is like getting a root canal at a refugee camp. But Terry's Tag and Title remove all the unpleasantness for a small fee.Their service is fast and friendly. and their hours are convenient. I regularly use Terry's for the work vehicles. If you have your paperwork ready, you should not spend more than 5 minutes there. It will take you longer to find parking at the MVA across the street.

Friendly, cheerful service, information, and fast! Their fees add a little above the MVA, BUT, you can be in and out with tags in just a few minutes most every time. Last time I was almost 15, but that's because we were chatting. Lol.

This is the second using Terry's and again it was a great experience. The staff of very friendly and knowledgeable. Is in and out in less then 15 minutes. I'll definitely use them again.

I purchased a used pickup truck from Delaware. When did Terry's Tag and Title and due to a smudge they wouldn't accept the title. She also told me the title didn't show up in some computer system they have and therefore I would need to get a duplicate. After receiving a duplicate title from Delaware, I went back to Terry's Tag and Title and was informed they still would not accept the title because it did not show up in their computer system. I contacted Delaware's DMV and ask them to verify the title was correct and real in which they did. I asked about this computer system and Delaware informed me they do not update used vehicles in this system. I informed the same to the person that Terry sagging title who told me that was incorrect. I informed her I just spoke to Delaware and that Delaware does not require it to be updated. The woman continued to argue with me and refused to assist me any further. I asked her if she would contact Delaware's DMV to verify what I told her and she refused. After leaving I went to Matthew's Tag and Title in Hampstead Maryland. Same title same truck different company different person and mysteriously enough I walked out of there with tags in 10 minutes.. that's proving that either the woman at Terry's Tag and Title was either incompetent and didn't understand how to read the system properly, or she just didn't know that it wasn't a requirement to be updated in that system.. either way after wasting several days of my time I was easily helped and had all my problems solved by Matthew's Tag and Title in Hampstead which is where I will go from now on. I recommend you do the same..

Was in a panic after a deer totaled my son's car, couldn't find title and needed to settle with the insurance company. Was headed to MVA when I remembered Terry's Tag and Title. Went there and staff was very reassuring, walked us through the replacement process. No lines or waiting and ended up with the replacement faster than if we had to go through MVA. Thanks Terry!!

The people at the location were very nice and helpful but waiting 6 weeks for a title is kind of crazy.. tried calling several times with no luck... I might as well gone to MVA to save money if I thought it would be this long. Was told 4 weeks here we are on week 6 no title...
