Our 2023 Kia was in an accident back in December and we were having a hard time with the other party's insurance company so we ultimately had to get it fixed up on our own with the help of our insurance company. We had initially reached out to our dealership for repairs but they didn't have a collision center so they recommended Ron's. I immediately called over to set up an appointment once everything was set up with our insurance. They were able to get us in fairly quickly to take a look at the car and go over the estimate with us. Our second appointment was set up for repairs on March 4, and we were told it would take 2 weeks (perfectly fine, we were set up with a rental). 4 days later, I get a call that it was done and ready for pick up! We appreciate Ron's for getting us in and taking care of us in a timely manner. My husband got the car back home and I must say, it looks brand new and BEAUTIFUL! :) Thank you Ron's we will definitely be back to you all for any future repairs, and recommend you to any and everyone! You all are amazing!

Just picked up my vehicle after body repairs done at Ron s. Excellent service! Great communication and all employees are so knowledgeable and pleasant. Had great service 12 years ago and great service this week. Will recommend Ron s to all my friends and family. Thank you for a great experience!!

They did a wonderful job of fixing dents left when a deer ran into the side of my car (the deer was ok). Looks like new, you can t tell there was any damage. Paint match was exact.

We were really happy with the service and support we received. They were quick to respond to our insurance claim and evaluate the car. Ron's also helped with the rental car drop off after the work was done.I'll be going back to them when I have the need.

They were very professional and easy to deal with. My car was done when they said it would be and the price was what they estimated. I would definitely recommend this establishment and if the need ever arose again I would take my car back there.

Ron s did an outstanding job repairing my van that was hit by a deer. It looks better than what it did before I hit the deer. Told me it would take 2 weeks but ended up being 5 days. Kept in touch with me to let me know the progress. Highly recommend Ron s.

10/10!! This was the smoothest process I have ever done. They handled my car with such care & kept me updated on every step along the way. I picked my car up & she looked brand new & is riding better than she ever has. The most diligent, communicative, & dedicated shop I ve ever encountered! Honorable mention to Keith who was my point of contact for my vehicle. Never got frustrated when I would call to check on the status, always had an update & answer!

Back in late October my husband hit a deer with his car.. the entire Grille was gone, both head lamps fractured, front fender cracked and way more.Ron s Automotive was who we chose to go through with our insurance, and we made the BEST possible decision ever!Our car was completed with in 3 days, the paint matched perfectly, they cleaned/vacuumed the inside of his car, gave the outside a wash, also added an oil change to that.We d 110% recommend this Shop for any repairs and or damages done to your vehicle!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Oil change

Absolutely amazing service and price. I have a high top Ford transit 350 that had a leak in the roof at the exhaust fan. No other body shop in Westminster or surrounding areas would work on my van. I also needed the water pump to be replaced. Tyler jumped on it with no hesitation and had everything fixed in just a few days. I was also beyond happy with the price.

So got hit by a deer called my insurance company hardly had hung up and Ron's automotive called to set up estimate apps. I've got to say they have been on it from the get go. Very courteous, very professional, prompt even returned my truck before the estimated completion date. And the workmanship is top notch can't even tell any body work was done. Definite sign of good technicians and everyone involved. Would recommend Ron's to and for everyone. Good job guys and girls keep up the great work .

I have conducted business with this shop for the past 16 years. Their service and quality of their work used to be pretty good. My last visit in 2023 to have the roof of my car refinished has turned into an absolute nightmare. Overspray on all of the black rubber trim on my car around the front windshield and rear window. The overspray and polishing residue around and inside the sunroof was horrific. They destroyed the rubber gasket surrounding the satellite antenna on the roof. Zero care for the cleanliness for the inside of my car. After numerous exchanges with Tyler via email. I was then accused of not responding to Tyler s phone calls. I was then referred to his father Keith. This gentleman insisted that the only way to refinish my car s roof was to remove front and rear windows. During my exchanges with Keith he told me he was recording my conversations with him. He also threatened me that when I brought my car back to have him inspect the work, that if I spoke to anyone in his office that I would be be charged with harassment. After meeting with Keith and Tyler (as they had me pull my car around the back of their business) I was told that my car was a piece of garbage, wasn t worth anything, not a classic. Keith then told me that I was banned from ever contacting his business for any further work on my car and that our business relationship was terminated. This was May 2023. This guy is a real piece of work. The owner of this business actually threatened me with physical violence.

They have worked on all my cars over the years. Been going to them for as long as I can remember. They are honest and straightforward never any BS or problems with this company. They will deal with insurance company for me and i can leave rental car with them when i pick up my finished car .Aways have my car fixed on time and in perfect condition. They are only body shop will trust with my cars.

Ron s was the garage Progressive used to handle my claim when in a accident. They took about a week to repair my rear bumper. After I took it home and noticed the bumper was sagging in the middle (was not like this before the accident) and the gasket was still damaged i called them back. Keith looked at it and said it needed to be re-fit and the gasket was torn.A few days later they got the repair done and the vehicle looks as good as it did before.

Nothing but scam artists. Old man graham will lie right to your face and who ever is painting cars doesn t seem to care about quality either. Stay away from this place! Read the responses this place leaves to it s customers reviews that should tell you all you need to know.

Fast, reliable, and honest service with excellent communication. Best, of all, great work! You can t even tell my car was in an accident. As we all know modern cars have modern problems with tons of computers controlling all the new tech. I had an issue with my 2022 car after it was buttoned back up but Keith got it resolved right away and kept me up to date every step of the way. They even coordinated with the rental car company so I didn t even have to return it. Wish I could have used Ron s in the past and although I hope I never have to again, if I ever get in another accident they are my go to shop in Maryland. I am thoroughly impressed by the expert level of work and professionalism at Ron's. The front of my car is beautiful and looks better (like it did straight off the lot) than it did before the collision with a deer. The staff went out of their way to ease the stressful process of getting my car fixed. They work with Enterprise to provide seamless vehicle rental pickup and drop off at their door. I had such a wonderful experience! I brought my car in to make an appt for some front end damage. It was minor but I was expecting to pay a few hundred for the work and get a rental car for a couple days. Tyler came out and looked at it. He pushed my bumper cover back in place, replaced a couple clips and my car was back to normal. He and the staff inside refused to take any money from me. I encourage everyone to go to Ron s. The staff at Ron s was very polite and professional throughout the claim/estimate and repair process. They kept me informed both by phone and email the status of the repairs to my vehicle.
