I needed parts to re-build a hydraulic cylinder on a Telsta Lift that has a serial number that starts off with a BC instead of AD. The gentleman was obviously well seasoned and up to speed in this business. But more importantly he was like my grandfather giving me advice and tips to make my job a lot easier in the end. I would go to RMS without fail to get fast and reliable service because this man makes all the difference in the world. Don Rumbaugh
