I booked an 8am appointment for a tire replacement for the following morning (mind you I booked online at like 8pm). I was impressed at how quick the tire replacement went AND to see the guy that opened the store do it by himself. Honestly the entire ordeal was freakin great. It makes me feel relieved as well that I now have a place I can trust with my vehicles tire needs. Kudos to the gentleman that assisted me!

Had a 2pm appointment for tires. Took my vehicle back at 1:40pm. At 3:15pm a guy comes out and says it says we have 4 tires in stock but we can only find 3. I replied so I ve been waiting here for an hour and a half and now you decide to come and tell me this? He said we ve been looking for the last tire. So nobody thought enough to come out here after the first hour of searching to let me know?? Who does that? I ve been sitting here and nobody said anything until 3:15!! NEVER AGAIN with this place!

Highly recommend. James and staff are always friendly and honest. Great work and with a lot of auto repair places in the area but I m always pleased with the excellent treatment I receive here. Thanks NTB/Mavis and keep up the great work!

I ve been coming here since moving to the area nearly 20 years ago when it was run under a different name. They ve always done a great job installing tires, balancing and aligning all of our vehicles. The prices are always fair.

I want to reach out and say thank you. I had an emergency valve stem issue and this location was able to quickly diagnose the problem saving my tire and saving me lots of money. They had the part i needed instock and i was in and out and back on the road in about a hour. The local dodge dealer wanted to charge 4 times the price and didnt even have the part in stock. 100 percent happy, thank you!!!

I had to go into the NTB in Westminster yesterday for a slow leaking tire. The assistant manager, James asked me if I could stop back at 4:30 and he would fix my problem. They were super busy, but James was true to his word and fixed my flat even if it took a little longer to work me in. I feel James is a man that can be trusted to do what he says and if NTB needs a manager, James would represent NTB greatly.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Nick. We had a short discussion about my issues, he was very informative and gave his best professional HONEST opinion wich differed from mine. His HONESTY saved me money $$$. I will continue to use NTB-Westminster as long as Nick works there. Management-please reward this stellar employee.

Literally a life saver! Wayne and his team helped my family out when we were out of state and our tires popped on the highway. They got us in and were quick and efficient! Definitely would recommend NTB westminster!

This is a great place to get your car done! All the workers are insanely nice and communicate with you every step of the way. They don t leave anything out and the explain everything very well. I highly request this place for any car needs!

I brought my car into this shop a few days ago for my oil change and regular scheduled maintenance. I was a little worried about getting pressured into needing more things done for my car than I actually needed. The gentleman that greeted me was Nick. He assured me that they will thoroughly look over my car and talk with me before starting any work. Chase was the technician that did the service and work! Nick and Chase were very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I am very impressed with the overall experience and will continue giving them my business and refer them to my friends and family.

Made appointment for 4 new tires (Michelins) to be placed on my Subaru. I was politely called by NTB to advise when the tires were delivered (good). I showed up and was professionally greeted. Left the vehicle with NTB while the tires were installed. Sad to say upon arrival back at NTB I noticed that NTB tech had damaged and scratched all of my wheels which were dirtier than when I left the car. I spoke with the desk attendant and the on site supervisor (I guess- as he never introduced himself as such). Needless to say I was furious. The NTB staff cleaned my wheels admitted they damaged the wheels and offered a compensation deal. The deal was taken so I could leave the business with my vehicle. I have been a longtime NTB customer. NTB should have paid to fix the wheels and offered me the discount I accepted. Bad visit for us. I must admit the NTB staff was very professional and should be commended for their conduct, but my wheels should have been repaired or replaced.As a military retiree and disabled veteran I will hesitate to do business here in the future.I really wanted this to be a positive experience but I must be honest, the 50% off deal was good but my wheel bear the mark of sub standard service.I look forward to Senior Management's response.

Great service! Mount and balance my tires plus alignment on my vehicle in a timely manner! James let me know my cabin air filter was full of leaves and that s why my air conditioning stank! 100% recommend best tire shop in town will be coming back again

This has got to be the best shop that I have ever been too, they're quick however at the same time willing to step forward and tell me about my vehicle without trying to force it on me. if you can get Nick, he's the manager and seems to run a very tight ship! He's the best.

Just got my oil changed here, and I loved it. The staff was so nice, the manger Nick explained everything to me that was being done, and overall just made me feel really comfortable.

After purchasing 4 new tires I continued to have an issue with the TPMS warning light. I called the first time and they offered to check and adjust all the tire pressures in case it was needed. Was fine and then the light came on again. Had to call them back again. They were very helpful in explaining one of the sensors may have a low battery or be bad. I set an appointment to come in and have the sensors all scanned for low battery. Thankfully it was only one. They were able to get my car in early after I dropped it off and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour. I dealt with both James and Nick. Both were very courteous and very helpful and patient in explaining everything. I have a difficult time trusting where to take my car for service. I am certain I will continue to go back for future needs.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS !!! New ownership - service was absolutely terrible --- they have a couple "kids" running the store, scheduled an oil change on line in advance, after waiting an hour and 20 minutes, I asked how long would be, they stated that they were out of oil and had to send out for it.One hour and 46 minutes after arriving, they stated they were finished. After fooling with the computer for 5 minutes, the fellow at the counter got someone the back. to help, He came out and fooled with the computer for a few minutes and they presented me he with the invoice which was $72 after a $10 discount. Not trusting them, I immediately checked the oil and it appeared they used standard oil in lieu of synthetic which I paid for. They stated it was synthetic even though it was clear in color and not dark as synthetic oil is. BE assurred, this business won't be around long - it's totally change d from original NTB business. if your smart you'll avoid at cost.

Wayne was amazing. He helped me choose my tires and gave me an honest opinion on what needed to be replaced and what I may need in the future! Everyone was really friendly and kind. I was in and out in less than an hour!

I needed Run flat tires for my BMW X3 and when I called on Friday 3/17, one of the courteous staff told me that although my tire size was not in stock, I could get an appointment with the Catonsville location to get them done. I really didn t feel like driving up there so I waited until Sunday and while browsing through the website I saw that my tires were in and I could get them installed as early as the next day. I called to confirm the appointment and was greeted with warm welcome. The staff here are professionals and they get you in and out.

James did a great job of greeting me once I arrived and getting my oil change for my Jeep! Ive been to both Frederick locations and this one and I will say this has been the best service Ive received so far.

Good for tires, but not so much for other services. They have some great deals on new tires, but their alignment machine seems off. I got an alignment after getting four new tires installed, and afterwards my steering wheel was off center. I took the car back, and they performed another alignment, which slightly improved the issue but did not fully resolve it.I ended up going to my dealership, which was able to actually align the wheels and get my steering wheel back on center.

Went in for a tire patch as I had a screw in my tire. I spoke with Chase, they got me in right away and got everything fixed up quickly. Highly recommend!
