A brand new car at a low price. Totally damaged, so that they can sell you others for $9k more.A bait and switch sort of scam at this Chrysler dealership. Called dealer, and they claimed to have a brand new Chrysler 300. They said it was new, in perfect condition. After starting the two hour drive, 15 minutes before our appointment, I got a call from the salesman. He said there is a small scratch on the vehicle, but that it can be easily fixed, he still wanted us to come.Upon arriving, I was shown the vehicle that had clearly ran into something. They said the number needed replacement, and that it was no big deal. However, they were really excited about showing me their other, far more expensive cars. I declined and explained that this was quite ridiculous.A total waste of 3 hours of driving to this dealer. When you are spending 32k on a new car, you want a car that isn t damaged.

The buying process was one of the best I have experienced. There was no sales pressure, upfront pricing (no surprises), a clear explanation of the process, and a sincere desire for customer satisfaction at every step. The Internet manager, Tara, was straightforward, professional, and very helpful. The sales associate, Abel, greeted me when I drove up, offered another test ride, and walked me through the vehicle before the final purchase. He was great to work with. The business manager, Diane, was professional and helpful in working with me to finalize the payment. Len Stoler CDJR is a rare find amongst their competitors.

I am glad I purchased my 2015 GMC Yukon SLT from Len Stoler Chyrsler Dodge Jeep! I originally wanted a Chevy Tahoe, but just as I was able to sign her away, there she was, my dream truck! The family fell in love with her just like I did when I first saw her. Our salesman, Blair Ruckman was fantastic and a genuine professional throughout the entire buying experience. I purchased this new vehicle mainly because of the salesman Chuck Leduc. He was so incredibly knowledgeable regarding everything about the Grand Cherokee Summit. Chuck has a vast knowledge of all the vehicles. He was friendly and just a pleasure to work with. The thing I liked about Chuck was he wasn't pressuring me. He gave me all the information to make a good decision. The finance department was fantastic Jaclyn Hollinger worked with me and my credit union to complete the transaction. Mr. Damian and his assistant were wonderful. They provided excellent top notch service with my Chrysler. They were very friendly, prompt, and got the job done right with highest integrity and honesty. Big kudos and shout out to all the staff at the service department of this dealership especially the mechanics.This is my to go dealership from now on, without a doubt.Honesty and integrity is what keeps a dealership and is service department in top shape and I believe this is a top place to go.Truly stellar, don't hesitate. Our last vehicle buying experience locally was less than stellar, so we were a little apprehensive looking for our next vehicle. We ended up finding something online through Len Stoler. The vehicle was an hour away and unfortunately ended up being out as a temporary loaner. The salesman, Andrew, was so wonderful that we still ended up ordering a vehicle through the dealership and waiting months for delivery. He called every time there was an update on the order. When we finally went to pick it up, everything was so smooth and everyone at the dealership was friendly. It was a great experience!

Can truly say I have never had a better experience buying a new car. The sales associate, Jen was professional, personable and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to show me all the features and explain the warranty in detail. Diana, the financial manager was fast, efficient and knowledgeable!! Never again will I buy a car from this place. They pressured and tried to scare me into buying an extended warranty then had an attitude after I said no. Remote start wasn't working even though it was listed as a feature. Driver seat kept shifting after a few days and even with the state inspection warranty, they wouldn't fix it and kept coming up with excuses and tried to charge me for everything.Just go to CarMax, they treat their customers much better.

Do you like your vehicle being garage kept?Well definitely service it here. It will be kept in their garage for at least a month. Sure, the first excuse will be having to get approval for a warranty repair. The second excuse will be obtaining parts because Jeep doesn't know how to manage their union, and no parts exist in the entire continent of North America. The third excuse will be lame. They'll tell you that there are lots of other people servicing their vehicle here, and that all those vehicles are in front of you. I really don't know how many service bays they have to keep all these non-operational vehicles, but it must be impressive! So, you're certain to have your vehicle kept in their garage for at least a month... and counting.Do you like being left in the dark about your non-operational vehicle that's garage kept?Well if so, this will place is perfect for you. During the month that my vehicle (with 40k miles on it BTW) has been garage kept, I've received exactly two calls from them that weren't in a response to me calling them for an update. For example, last Friday I was told my vehicle would be ready mid-week and that they'd call me when they started working on it. It's the end of the work day on the following Tuesday, and they haven't started working on it apparently.So, to wrap this up, if you want to be kept in the dark and you want your vehicle to sit in a garage unused for at least a month, definitely bring it here.

Gave two other dealerships a chance at winning our repeat business. After they failed to produce, I reached out to Len Stoler CDJR via their website. After a few texts and a brief phone call, Len Stoler had the deal wrapped up. The price was right, the finance deal was good. Tara and Andrew were on top of things. We drove 6 hours to pick up our van, and they made sure we were in and out quickly. When it's time to trade in this one, Len Stoler CDJR will be the first place we call.

I see reviews for the sales as being very good but does not reflect on their service department. They had my Jeep for a week, they did fix the problem but I felt that I had to hold the service advisors hand All the way through the process. Communication is near nonexistent with their customers. I did speak with Steve the service manager who was very helpful with issues I had, but I cannot say that that with the rest of the service staff. I guess I would buy there but I would not have my vehicle service there.

I came to Len Stoler in westminster to find me a vehicle.i was seen by Chuck he was awesome, got me into my new Jeep Cherokee and I love it .The staff there was right on top of things made it so easy to get all paperwork done and was quick and efficient. I bought my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid here and they treated me well. I needed service and took it to a closer dealership but they were a disaster. Len Stoler fixed all the issues and the car runs great now.

I was looking for a specific Jeep color and trim and Len Stoler had it. I am from Wisconsin and called first thing Monday and Chuck answered the phone. He was very nice and helpful and got me a quote back asap. I used my own financing and they worked well with getting me a buyers order I needed. The whole process was very smooth no hiccups at all. Len Stoler was awesome from start to finish! Yesterday I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Derrell and was in and out in two hours. Derrell never made me feel rushed, from our emails back & forth to my test drive and purchase. He was hands down one of the kindest sales reps I've purchased from. Diane, the finance manager, was great as well. She walked through all the payment options and got everything signed in a matter of no time. Even though this Jeep dealer is an hour away from my house, we will definitely be back - well worth the trip!

Andrew Thomas was very helpful, personable, genuine and passionate about his work. He answered every question, was knowledgeable in the differences between our current Ram 1500 Bighorn and the 2023 Ram 1500 Big Horn we were looking to purchase. Loved that Len Stoler had such a great selection of trucks versus other dealerships in our area. The dealership was beyond fair and reasonable when it came to our trade. Nancy Wilkes really searched for the best financing deal out there. The entire experience was such a pleasure. ************NOT WORTH THE TRIP OR HASSLE***************No service after the sale, Len Stoler should throw away the contact forms provided on its website, and they should find a new detailing service.When I inquired about the truck I eventually bought, the salesman responded to my request for info almost immediately even though I just used a car buying app to make contact.After you agree on numbers and start signing paperwork, they want to sell you all the extra warranties they can even when the truck is certified used. That was a high pressure sales pitch in my opinion. Good thing those extra warranties can be canceled - which I will be doing shortly.When we got the keys, our salesman tells us PA usually takes a long time to get the plates and registration to customers who buy vehicles in MD. And if we get to within a week or two of our temporary MD tags expiring, we should let him know so he can renew our temp tags before they expire - it's easier that way, he said.So I get to two weeks before my tags expire with no plates from PA and send the salesman a message at the cell phone number he gave me to do so. No response. I wait a day or two and then use the contact form on Len Stoler's website to send him a message. No response after another day or two. So I use the contact form on Len Stoler's website to send a generic message requesting assistance on the matter. Crickets.Funny thing - I get a text message from someone else at the dealer asking if I'm still driving my truck a day or two after all that. I respond yes and I hope so since I've only had it less than 2 months. And also that I would only be driving it another week or so until my tags expired. The response I got was laughable - It said please keep us in mind for any of my vehicle needs! My vehicle needs a set of tags and I've clearly stated that...So I inform the mysterious texter that I will not be coming back to Len Stoler ever again after this experience. The response - I'm sorry to hear that and call this number if you want to discuss.Here's where all the tech in the world can't help some people/companies. They know who I am - they sent me the message. They know what truck I bought - it's detailed in the message from them. They contacted me via TEXT MESSAGE. I told them approximately when I bought my truck (not that they don't already know this too). They can easily see how I initially contacted the dealer to look at the truck - via a web form.Do they use all that meta data to understand my preferences and that I've already made FOUR attempts to resolve the issue? Nope...they tell me to call someone else IF I want to discuss it further - OMG! And certainly that someone else will have to be told all the same details over again!And as an aside, the truck I bought was detailed so well that there was grass in the center console and I found a cell phone under the back seat.

We bought a truck by writing a check and giving them our trade. The check for our trade to be paid off sat on someone s desk for over 10 days to be signed while I waited for them to pay it off. It is 45 days and I still do not have my title to my new truck. The back office there is awful. I have called repeatedly and told them I am out of state and need to register my vehicle. They don t care! I am an auto dealer in another state and have never seen such unprofessional behavior from another dealer. Stay away from this place!

Derrel Turpin made sure all the features and systems of the truck were programed and operational and expertly explained the functions to me. I traded in a 2018 Tundra Sr5 for a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited and I am beyond happy with this trade! This Ram rides much better and looks far better inside and out than the other options. I almost bought a F150 Platinum with Limited trim upgrades but as soon as the salesman Jake pulled up in my truck I heard angels singing and knew this was what I wanted. I was worried that the 2020 would not be incentivised like the 2019s but Jake and his manager made the numbers on a limited 2020 beat the 2019 Denali and 2019 F150 Platinum with additional upgrades that I was looking at. They all had the same MSRP values roughly but I guess other dealers or manufacturers have a different sales model...? The only cheaper vehicle I considered was a newer Tundra because I wanted some upgrades form my 2018 Tundra but the Rams blows all the competition away! I use my truck mostly as a daily driver with some hauling every couple weeks or so. This has better gas mileage than other gas v8s and still has the power. The start stop tech is much smoother than the Ford and easily turned off in the Ram. I have not found a reason to turn it off yet. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the truck and the experience at this dealership was THE BEST I have had out of the 4 dealerships I had been working with. Ram has not cut any corners with these trucks and the dependability ratings on all the major truck manufacturers are good so really it comes down to getting what you like and these trucks are incredible!
