David and Melanie made my service experience great. The communication was excellent from my call to schedule the appointment. I received a text to confirm the details and was updated by text during the service. This was by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have had! Mrs. Renee is absolutely great. She helped us with everything! Every question I had she helped us! The manager Mr. Ray is very nice and welcoming. Everyone in the building that we met was great! I was very happy and I will definitely buy again from here

If you're looking for a laid back and honest car salesman, Christopher Michael is your guy! Very friendly and extremely easy to talk to! Never once pushed us in a direction we didn't want to go, gave us great advice, and helped us select several vehicles within our budget! Thank you for being so patient throughout our financial negotiations and for helping us purchase our like-new 2017 Ford Explorer! And most importantly thank you for being understanding and accommodating to our children, the hot dogs made their night!

Our new car, purchased here, came with a service package included. Appointment is schedule for an oil change, nothing more. Gold star for the fact that the oil was changed and nothing else was done. With that said i don't know how it takes almost 3 and a half hours to change oil in a 3.0L gasoline engine. I would like to think that this was just a bad day but the oil change prior to this one took almost 2 hours (while waiting for the car). There are other certified service stations in the area and i can't imagine any of them are this show... we will find out so you don't have to.

Just wanted to start by saying Carl was helpful and knowledgeable about what my car needed and I will be coming back to see him when my car needs serviced I really appreciate the good work that he put to help me!! Even Though I didn t get my car service there today he help with my Bluetooth and show me how to hook it up when it happens again!!!!! Thank you Carl

Had an oil change and tire rotation today. Richard Berger was my service advisor. He signed me in quickly and was polite and professional.The work was complete in about an hour and I was on my way.

Maybe the worst service department that I have ever dealt with. It's truly a shame because the sales department is amazing. They are rude and u unbelievably condescending. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Last car I will ever purchase from here. Again. Its shame!
