I recently purchased a car from Len StolerChevrolet. Austin was my contact and salesman throughout the entire process. He was very proficient and courteous with us at such a young age and he really likes his job! I found myself rooting for him as a young professional. Ask for Austin if you ever need to buy a car from Len Stoler Chevy. Also, Nancy in finance was outstanding as well! Yes I would buy there again and recommend others.

My son and I attend and enter my truck into a lot of car shows throughout the year because we found that car people are our kind of people and we love to hang out, look at cool vehicles at talk about them. One of my other hobbies is that I do google reviews. Usually, whenever we attend a car show at a particular location, business, or organization, and they are on google, I will post pictures and just simply say something along the lines of I attended a car show here and it was a good day with my fellow car enthusiasts. However, this was not that. I did not feel welcome when I showed up, and I did not enjoy the attitudes I got from some of the people running the event. That being said, I felt inclined to share the experience that I had at the recent car show at your dealership on Veterans Day. Let me be clear I don't think my bad experience was because of anyone who works for your dealership and is in no way a reflection of your business and how it's run. Also, I was glad that I got to spend the day with some of the veterans that I hang out with and respect dearly. Car shows are also always a good way for us to donate to various organizations that we support, and we are glad we got to do that, too. My bad experience, I believe, was due to the particular car club or type of car club running the event. These kinds of clubs and most of the people in them are, in my opinion, very clicky and not real car people. So, as some unsolicited advice, if you want to have another car show in the future that is open to all cars, I wouldn't associate with one of these kinds of clubs. Thanks for your time and good luck in the future of your business.To add to or update my review. I recently received a phone call from the vice president of the Corvette club explaining some reasons why I and others may have felt the way we did at their recent car show. The gentleman that I spoke with wanted to apologize for anything that they may have done that could have made me or others feel like that. He stated that they don't ever want anyone to feel like that at any of their shows or other charity events that they have. I informed him during the phone call that this was the first and only time that I had ever received an actual phone call for a review that I had completed and it spoke volumes for their organization and any other organizations or businesses that they are affiliated with. Last but not least, he gave me his contact information just in case I could think of anything else I ever needed. It was a great and very apriciated conversation, so thanks for that.

I decided to surprise my wife with her dream car. Evan was great through the whole process. We had a 3 hr drive which turned into almost 4 heading up to MD from VA. Nancy and Evan stayed after closing to get the paperwork done and my wife in her new car!!!

Lenstoler Chevrolet Service in Westminster was amazing! The service manager David was beyond understanding when I needed to cancel my drop off last minute due to an emergency and then reschedule later the same day. Their staff was extremely friendly and David was quick to respond to my texts and concerns. He was honest about what services my car needed and how long they would take to complete. My overall experience was exceptional. I recommend the Westminster location!

Charlie is the Service Manager.... what a wonderful person to have in the Len Stoler Chevy position.He is the ultimate professional; and is very knowledgeable about the Chevy product line.He really took good care of me and my wife ... and we have two fairly new, late-model Chevy vehicles.Other good Len Stoler employees are David and the intelligent little lady known as the red-headed Melissa. They have a great sales/service Team in this Westminster location. Please tell my story. There's also a great receptionist, (the pretty blond lady); i can't recall her name. She is another super-star employee at Len Stoler Westminster Chevy.

After trying to get satisfaction from Heritage Chevrolet and spending almost $3500.00 on my 2015 Sonic which was totally wrongfully diagnosed...I now chose Len Stoler Chevy. David, my Service Advisor was absolutely on the ball in every way. Same goes for Mike, the Service Manager. And all due respect to the tech John who I had the pleasure to meet. You want top notch consultation and service...Len Stoler is the dealership to come to. My dealership for as long as I own Chevys. BTW... this is an unsolicited review.

I have been using your service department since 2013 for my 2012 GMC Sierra. This is when I first met Melanie. She is absolutely amazing to deal with. It is a great feeling to have someone to trust for your vehicle maintenance. Very honest and great rapport with her customers. Thank you for all you have done for me over the years. Not very responsive and in the end, over priced and ignorant. Contacted the dealership about a vehicle I was highly interested in. But residing in PA and them in MD, I could not just come on it like they wanted. So I asked for photos of the undercarriage of the vehicle and a full walk around in and out of the vehicle to have a better look before making a better informed decision. I asked them for a price quote on delivery, since it was a 200 mile drive from me to them and I needed it delivered.They contacted me back and refused to take any photos or do the walk around until I agreed to pay $1000 for shipping of the vehicle. $1000!!!???!!! for a 200 mile drive? Get real! It only recently cost me that for a vehicle delivered to me from Florida, which was 6 times the distance. When I contacted them again and asked for the photos and walk around with the caveat, that if I liked the vehicle, I would find some sort of arrangements to get it without their overpriced shipping option and they just ignored me.Guess what Len Stoler Chevrolet..... you just lost a potential $30k sale because you were ignorant and gouging the price on delivery. Nice job!

I had a great experience. Melanie, Charlie And the team were the most accommodating. I was an hour from home when my car alternator died and had my car fixed the next day. Melanie was super helpful when it was time to pick up my car. Superb service!

Evan worked hard with us to get the vehicle we wanted in the price range/monthly payment we needed. After early, disappointing revelations about where we stood and the value of our trade-in, he and Lee went above and beyond to make things happen. Evans final "good news" phone call got my business. Dealing with dealerships is never fun, but the end result here made up for "dealership fatigue."...not to mention, the manager called me earlier in the process when I passed on another truck and made sure he connected to help.Dealerships are dealerships, but not all have to be a headache.

I ve bought 2 cars from Len Stoler and have been using their service department for years for all of my car care needs. They have always had fair pricing , their technicians are very knowledgeable, they were also very accommodating whenever I ve needed to leave my car overnight. Not only were they understanding about my need to reschedule a few times they were very honest and helpful. Their main concern was me and my vehicle getting the proper service, even if it was somewhere else. It actually made me want them to do the services because I felt I could trust them.

My buying experience at Len Stoler could not have been more pleasant. Temille struck a great balance between being helpful while not being overbearing. She immediately addressed each question and concern I expressed and her manager Chris was very responsive to my inquiries. The staff was very reasonable in every way and it made my decision to purchase the vehicle there quite simple.
