This is how ALL businesses should operate. Rick and the boys are honest, friendly, accommodating, great mechanics, and their prices are way more than reasonable! They definitely go the extra mile and repairs are always done right and on time!!

First class operation. Had vehicle state inspected and everything was done on time and at a very reasonable cost. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a nice waiting area with coffee and tv. Alignments, tires, oil changes, tune-ups, doesn't matter. All done professionally and at reasonable prices. They are my favorite go-to now. The 5 stars from all reviewers tells the story.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Rick runs a great shop. He is honest and also willing to give you a number of options to help solve your car's problems. I've gone to him for a good number of years and will continue to for many many more.

Very professional! Rick was very patient with me on the phone as I asked question after question about tires for my Subaru. He let me drop off my car the night before my appointment and called me at 9:30 am to tell me it was ready. I love how the car drives with the new tires. The final cost was equal to the estimate and as reasonable as any prices are these days. Dependable, honest, trustworthy, Lee's Automotive is everything you want in a car service center!

We took the car in for state inspection. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. All of the personnel were friendly and professional. The job was done on time and as scheduled. We will return to have auto repairs do e when needed.

I'd been calling around locally about getting a new timing chain put in and he had the best price without any hidden upcharge. The work was done quick and they were friendly and professional. I will be using them for all my vehicles

I was having major issues with my 2016 Nissan Altima, and I looked up reviews for the best automotive shops in the area since I have had terrible experiences with other shops in the area. Rick took my car in that day, was extremely professional and friendly, and they diagnosed the problem as well replaced all 4 roters and brake pads the same day. Not only was everything done perfectly, they also gave me an invoice that seemed to good to be true! The price was unbeatable, the quality was immaculate, and now whenever I have an issue with my vehicle, or any one of my friends or family have an issue with their vehicle, I refer them to Lee s Automotive! 5/5 stars the best service I have ever received and I highly recommend this shop to ANYONE who needs work done to their vehicle and/or are looking for a reliable and professional auto body shop! Thank you to the entire staff at Lee s who walked me through the entire process while being 100% transparent about the issues and the costs, allowed me to feel completely safe once it was fixed properly, and made it possible!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I was looking for a trusted mechanic and saw the great reviews on here so I gave it a try. I had a car that sat for over a year and needed just enough work to get me through a few months. They were honest and broke down exactly what the car really needed now vs. what I could wait on. Really good value and got me going. Very pleased with my experience at Lee's. I brought my car in because my air conditioning was going out every month or two, so we suspected a leak. They were able to locate the problem and called me to explain it in detail. They fixed the problem very quickly and at a great price. My husband asked several people their opinion on what they thought the part replacement should cost, and the price from Lee's was significantly lower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and my air conditioning works like a dream!

My family has exclusively used Lee's Auto for all of our vehicles since the early 90's. Excellent service, honest mechanics, and wonderful people! Having a mechanic you can 100 percent trust is worth its weight in gold! Lee's did a trailer inspection for me a couple of weeks ago. Inspection was done on time and they even fixed a few minor things at no charge. In today's world it is hard to find an honest person and especially an honest mechanics shop at that. But Lee's is one of the few left that are honest.I highly recommend this establishment.

Rick is one of the nicest most informative shop owners I ve ever met and his mechanics are amazing...I ve taken my car there now a bunch of times all for different things I was having done to the car as I bought a used car that needed some work and Rick has been honest and great on the things that needed to get done what needed to get done now and the things I could wait to get done. Very professional and friendly the waiting area and bathrooms were cleaner then even my own house very well maintained...I would recommend this shop to everyone that needs work done to their vehicles absolute pros

I've taken my vehicles to Lee's on and off for a few years and would have taken it there more often but couldn't because of their hours. However every time I have taken my vehicle there for service I have not been disappointed. They have been on the money with every repair. Recently I took my car there to have a heat shield repaired that a local "big box" place said "we've done all we could its now a dealer thing" I wasn't buying it. Lee's looked at it and fixed it! They also fixed a chirping noise that I've heard before on another car I had and I knew it was a belt but again the big box store mis diagnosed and couldn't fix but Lee's took care of it. I will be bringing my vehicles to Lee's for service from now on. Scheduling might be a bit rough but I will figure something out. Keep up the great work!!NOTE... don't take your car to the local big box repair shop. They use to have some good techs years ago. They're all gone now. A few years ago my beloved Tacoma truck was ruined in their care. A dime sized hole all of a sudden appears on the engine block during service.

A good service facility with honest mechanics and reasonable pricing - hard to find. Rick runs the place, and is a great, knowledgable guy. I do most of my own work but this is where I take the stuff I don't have the tools or time to mess with.If you live around Westminster and need a MD state inspection where you won't get nickel and dimed for "headlight adjustment" and the like, this is the place you're looking for.

I had a 2-day trip planned when I realized that I had a bad front wheel bearing. That left me with 3 days to get it repaired - I expected to cancel my trip. I called 6 or 7 places, including a Mazda dealership. I got prices, but no one would take the car until the following week. Then I called Lee's. When I explained the situation, I sensed the hesitation, but then he asked "When can you get it here." I said "15 minutes". He said, "Bring it up. I'll try to get it done before the weekend for you." YES! Well, he got it done early the next day! AND, he charged a little over HALF of what the dealership wanted. The guy I dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Saved my butt, and my trip! Thanks, Lees!

I needed a safety inspection. I was able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule very quickly. I had to come back after having an issue fixed and they were able to check on it right away, no waiting! Everyone was very friendly, kind, and professional!

We love Lee's Automotive, they are honest, fast, reliable and fairly priced. They also don't mind that my husband does some of the work on our vehicles and they do the rest. We highly recommend Lee's.

Staff is excellent, needed a trailer inspected got it in right away and I was ready to go. Great service, top notch techs. Would use them over and over. Thanks for a great job

These guys are great! Super honest and very knowledgeable! I've gone other places, but keep coming back due to their being able to diagnose and fix things other shops just can't.
