This was the second time I have ever bought a car and this was by far my favorite out of the two. The process was so easy. I was told what to do and bring beforehand so everything could run smooth, and it did!!! I will be purchasing my RAV4 from this location in the future just because of the customer service! Brandon and Justin rock! Oh and the gentleman who appraised my trade in!! Thank you to all!

Brendon was excellent. The sales manager Jason was great too. I did not have to haggle at all they gave me a fair price for my trade in and threw in extras. Whole experience was as easy as could be.

Very impressed by my experience so far! My car was coming due for service and I kept meaning to call and schedule an appointment, but Jamie called me! She scheduled me for an appointment the following week with Molly, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was fast, reasonably priced, and they even have a "quiet area" of the lounge where I was able to plug in my laptop and get some work done while I waited for my car. Happy customer here!

The people inside were really friendly and easy going. Told me about the information of my car and additional services in detail and answered my questions to the best of there abilities. Even told me about personal experience with such details. Even when going for a loan, they did their best to find the right one. And if not, waited longer for others to reply. Loved the atmosphere sand the way they conducted and handled themselves. Making it a smooth transition from paper work to owning a new vehicle. Will definitely do business with these nice people again. Even bring my car back here for repairs and maintenance. Thanks again Kwoons, got one of my dream cars after all this time.

We had an appointment for 9 AM and did the overnight drop off. Stated that we wanted to pick up car by 12 noon. Service was not started until 11:26 AM according to invoice. Additional services recommended and performed. Car was not ready until 2PM. Upon driving home one hub cap fell off and upon inspection a second was not secured in place properly. We have commented to Koons Westminster Service MANY times through the years that the technicians routinely do not put the hub caps back on securely and we have to re-install them properly ourselves. Also noted that vehicle was leaking fluid on our garage floor. Called Todd immediately and he said that they would order a new hub cap and when it comes in they will check the leak. Had to return vehicle to dealership two days later to get new hub cap and have transmission fluid cleaned up from a careless technician. No apology for shoddy workmanship or carelessness of technician was provided. Also no paperwork regarding the follow up appointment that was necessary to correct their mistakes. Did not even offer a free car wash coupon for having to bring the vehicle back in a second time. Koons Westminster needs to improve the quality of car service and pay more attention to detail. What else was overlooked? I have a hard time trusting Koons Westminster to do what is right.

extraordinarily simple process. Molly, Bob , and the technician were fantastic. they went above and beyond to make sure to use the correct for my non Toyota. They also told me that my car was in great condition and didn t need any additional work to be done after their inspection. Thank you guys again!

From the minute we were approached by the salesman, Scott Kulick, we were impressed. He wasn t pushy, we told him what vehicle we were interested in, he got the keys, took it for a test drive. We told him, we want it and the process from start to finish was exceptional. Cecil who helped with the financing was awesome. We had a little trouble with our bank, trying to get the down payment, but he was so patient. Things worked out and we drove home in a new (used) vehicle.

Spent 5 hours getting the deal done. Interest on financing and monthly payments were concealed from us until the end of the process. Asked several times for those numbers and was told we will get that later . Stephen was great, have no problem with him. The process to complete everything was absolutely terrible. We arrived at the dealership at 5:40 PM and they kept us there until 11:00 PM! Unacceptable!

So far my experience has been really great. Molly, in the service department has been extremely helpful and friendly. I had my first service with them and have a future appointment to replace the shark fin antenna that hit my partially closed garage door.

I had some unexpected tire issues last Friday. Customer service was exceptional, especially Todd in the Service department. He Fit me in last minute and it was all covered under warranty. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

I try to complete surveys that I decide should be evaluated as honestly as I think they should be. My car was serviced for the tire pressure light coming on, and after checking the tire pressure on all 4 tires, taking the car for a drive, the light stayed on. Hence service which was 11.15.2023. I had this exact same problem 2 years ago on 11.30.2021. We thought it may be due to temps dropping to low 30s. In resolving the problem in 2021 the papers just say OK AT THIS TIME . In resolving the problem this time, the sensor was reading 0PSI. It was then reprogrammed. The service call was at no charge, which is truly appreciated. When it was mentioned that a survey would be sent and if I couldn t give 5 stars then there was no sense in completing it. Being direct and assertive is useful in certain situations, but I find one can ask in a more humble and appreciative tone. I think a better approach would be to advise a survey will be coming and it would be appreciative if I could complete. Leaving the rating should also be up to me and not from the one being rated. Thank you!

Koons does a fine job. Everyone friendly and communicates well. No problems. I drive past my closer Toyota dealer to come to Koons Westminster so that says something.The problem I have is the astronomical price of services. Pretty soon no one can afford dealer service! When the top half of the service scheduling pageOf the website offers financing for service, we are in a bad place.

Woke up to a flat tire on Wednesday March 27. Called them and they said bring it over and they will do what they need to do. So I was able to pump it up enough to take it over. They tried to see if they could patch it or plug it but unfortunately they couldn't. But they put my spare on and said they normally get a tire within a day which they did. Jacob Staub is amazing and definitely recommend using them.

Always deal with Jay or Milo when I have my Tundra serviced. This dealership is the best I've ever been to as far as customer service and fair pricing. This is one dealership that beats the competition on price. I've tried shopping around for some jobs but Toyota consistently beats the price. No reason not to take your Toyota here. Hey it done right for the right price. Deal with Jay or Milo! Good guys!

I arrived at the Service Department to have a second key fob made, and was immediately greeted by couteous staff. My contact person was David Hiser, and he was truly welcoming, and courteous. He also was very patient in explaining a matter in which i truly forgot that i had already received the mechanical key for the vehicle i purchased from the dealership back in March of 2023; However, since the chip shortage i had not received a second fob at the time of purchasing the vehicle. Thank you David for a job well done!!! Keep up the good work.

Milo was thorough and explained everything and provided recommendations. I always bring my work computer and have terrible service in the waiting area, the sales reps were kind enough to let me use a vacant desk space on the show room floor.

Molly is the best. ALWAYS takes great care of me when I come to get my Rav 4 serviced. Shuttle service is always amazing! All of the service team members are very friendly. Always a pleasure chatting with them.

In for a recall. Estimated 2-3 hours for repair. I waited for the repairs to be completed and they finished very promptly in about 1 hr and 15 min. I have been in several times for service and I have been pleased with their service Department.

I have all my maintenance work done at Koons Westminster. Service is always quick a complete. Today I complained about a suspension noise. It was rocks in the mechanism. It was fixed and returned quickly. I will return for future work.

I have always been treated well at Koons in Westminster. Went in for the standard oil change and everything was checked out and went smoothly. I was kept up to date with what was happening and what was found. We have bought several cars and a truck from them over the years and will go back again when needed.

Extremely pleased as always with service and my 5 star advisor Jacob Staub. Had my new Tundra in for chip In windshield to be covered in my Toyota coverage. Not pleased at all with repair performed by outside contracted auto glass repair.

This was my first time at this location for service. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Milo provided excellent service, keeping me informed on the status of my repairs and when they would be complete. I would definitely use this location in the future.

Mary Ann was awesome kept me up to date on the arrival, delivery was great she went over the vehicle. Jeremy in the business office was awesome as well. Wonderful car buying experience will definitely go there to buy another vehicle and definitely refer to there.

My experience was wonderful! Since the sound my truck was making under certain circumstances could not be duplicated, Milo, the service representative, said Austyn, the technician, would go out with me while I drove my truck in an effort to hear the noise that concerned me. Milo and Austyn are both awesome - they listened to what I was explaining and in the end, the issues I was concerned about were put to rest.

When the customer service called me to remind me for my appointment, i specifically asked for the earliest time possible so the rep scheduled me for 7am Thu Feb 8 2024. I arrived before 7am and I was the first customer to arrive. I was assisted and told to go to the lounge to wait. However, I noticed that 3 other people who came after me have already left and an hour have already passed. I am already late for work and VERY DISAPPOINTED that my car was only serviced AFTER 8am. The adviser came to me at 8:28am only to tell me with a list of Tech Recommendations which I appreciate but it was already very late and I needed to leave so I told him to just give the list and I will take care of it later.I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the scheduling because this has not happened to before when Molly assisted me. The adviser who assisted me this time was a guy (i didn't catch his name and he wasn't really friendly at all) who said it will be worked on right away but that didn't happen. I wished Molly was there to assist me because she was the best! Looking at the service report, the servicing only started at 8:04am rather than 7am when I arrived even if I was the first one to checkin. Very disappointed customer here.Service: Auto maintenance
