On March 23rd My husband brought me a 2024 Grand Highlander Platinum. The service was impeccable we were able to get a fully loaded Grand Highlander for a price that we could afford. My husband and I would love to thank the Product Specialist Alex Shor who assisted us and made us feel welcome soon as we walked into the Car Dealership. We also love to thank the Finance Director Cecil Khan who worked really hard to get us into the Grand Highlander. And he also did an impressive job in informing us of all of options that maintenance plans offer. Which helped us with picking the right maintenance plan for us. I will highly recommend any of my family and friends to purchase a new vehicle from Koons Toyota in Westminster.

Incredibly thankful for Joanne Virgilio and the entire team at Koon s of Westminster. This is our third car in the last five years buying all three from Joanne. She has gone above and beyond to get us what I need along with all at this dealership! They are hard to beat.

Yesterday I drove to Maryland to purchase a car for my wife. We stopped past Koons Westminster Toyota to view a Highlander which was priced great. I worked with Brendon Golden who was very easy going and professional. Ryan Emge (Business Manager) helped close the deal and made it as smooth as possible. I needed it smooth as this was my second vehicle purchase in 2 days. These guys were amazing and I highly recommend everyone check them out.

After announcing my upcoming retirement from my 34 year career I knew I would need a vehicle and decided to explore Koon s Westminster Toyota once again. Over the past 12 years I have purchased 7 cars/trucks from them and keep coming back because of the exceptional service and flexible approach to sales. This go around I came across a 4Runner Off Road Premium that had been modified by KB customs. I was connected with Kyle Smith and over a roughly two week negotiation I was able to purchase the truck with what I believe to be a great discounted price point. Kyle was excellent, he listened, made different proposals, and met me within a price I was comfortable with. He was a pleasure to work with, I recommend anyone to inquire on him with their next purchase, and very knowledgeable. Thanks Koons!

I am retired Air Force so purchased cars around the US. This dealership by far across the board takes the top spot! Last week I purchased my second new Sequoia from them and Alex Shor my salesperson made it a very fun day. Great value and experience all the way around. It was like being with a good friend through the process. I also want to sound out the entire team including Brice in sealing the deal and Jeremy in finance, all outstanding!!!

This dealership is setting the standard on how dealerships should be! I drove 15 hrs to pick up a vehicle that I had put a deposit on one of their allocations. My vehicle was ready to drive off the lot by the time I arrived. It had been inspected, detailed, fueled and just waiting for me. I spent maybe an hour and half at the dealership total and that included getting the run down on all the functions of the vehicle including pairing my phone. Cecil is amazing in the finance department as well. I usually dread going into that office but he made it enjoyable. My sales person was helping another customer when we arrived but others sales members stepped up to assist us even though we were not theirs . I noticed other customers there buying a vehicle and this clearly was a low stress experience for them as well. The only way it could have improved my car buying experience was if I was able to purchase the vehicle without having to come in by signing the documents from docu sign and was able to pay to have the vehicle shipped to me. But, I wouldn t have met the great team there! Thank you for my unicorn that I have been looking searching for over a year!! Shout out to the marketing team by ensuring incoming allocations are posted on True Car!!

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2023 Toyota Tundra hybrid truck from Koons Toyota in Westminster Md. 21157.Our experience from start to finish was awesome! Our salesperson, Joanne Virgilio was very knowledgeable about the features and options that were installed on the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. She was perfect to deal with as she took the time to explain each option to us. I was adamant not to drive the vehicle I was interested in until she worked with me to ensureI was comfortable with the monthly payments and the trade in value of our 2007 Sequoia which had 332,000 miles on the clock. I was so happy that Joanne was our salesperson. She was very patient with us during the two day purchase process. I was not an easy customer but Joanne got me into the truck where I wanted to be! During the sale, my wife wanted the dealer to add running boards, so the dealer ordered themand when they came in, my wife took the truck in to have them installed. Unfortunately, there was a small defect with the running boards and I called Joanne and explained the small issue and she had new running boards on order without any questions. Even after the sale, Joanne continued to have great customer service making our total buying experience from her and Koons Toyota a very pleasant and enjoyable experience! Thank you Joanne!We highly recommend everyone considering the purchase of a new Toyota to go to Koons and ask for Joanne Virgilio.

Joanne Virgilio took great care of us! The whole experience was seamless, she made it a very pleasant experience for us (which is hard when buying a car) and we are super happy with the final product. As a woman, I felt really respected. Bought my car yesterday and I am so happy for such a wonderful experience. My buying experience has been nothing but exceptional. My sales representative, Joanne Virgilio is the best, very kind, knowledgeable, pleasant , patient and regularly provided updates via text and email and made sure that I got my desired car. I wanted a very specific color and with the nationwide car shortage, it took months to get the car but Joan kept going and never gave up. I drove 1 hr to this location and would do it again because of the great service. I also had a great time working with the financial manager who was absolutely awesome and very patient. Thank you Joan and Koons!

I worked with Scott Kulick while purchasing my new 2024 Highlander and I have nothing but positive things to say about him and the dealership as a whole. Kyle Smith was thorough, easy to work with, and knowledgeable during the entire car buying process. I wanted a very specific color/interior combination that was not on the lot at the time. Scott was my salesman who did an excellent job with showing me the car, allowing me to test drive twice and sold me on white Tundra. I felt very comfortable working with him and would recommend him as a great salesman.On the other hand, I paid good amount of sum for interior and exterior coating for vehicle protection. However, whoever applied the coating did a very lousy job. There were many parts where product was not wiped off. It was a brand new vehicle, and I would have thought that detailer would pay attention to detail. It was very bad job and I feel like I wasted my money on this coating. I gave this feedback to the sales manager, and he did not even bother to offer me opportunity to bring back the vehicle and have it detailed again. Thank you.

Jamie was excellent to work with at the Koons dealership. No pressure, even though we wanted to test drive an additional vehicle after thinking we had it narrowed down to one. On the finance side, Jeremy is a man of faith who did his very best to find the right match for our leasing options. I felt that we were definitely steered in the right direction. I would definitely come back to look for our next vehicle from this dealership.

Went in to purchase a pre owned vehicle, but ended up with a brand new 2024 4Runner TRD OR Premium . Alex was very accommodating and provided the information we were asking during the process. Everyone communicated all pertinent facts as they answered every question. I received a good deal on my trade and purchase price of my new Tundra 1794. These folks are professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Joanne was fantastic! She worked with us, even on her day of,f to help source the Highlander we wanted. The whole experience was extremely stress free - pricing, finance options, and add ons we're all transparent and there was no pressure in the process. I highly recommend Koons in Westminster and Joanne in particular if you're in the market for a Toyota.

I came in looking to get a reliable and affordable vehicle and trade in my vehicle. Joanne was very helpful. I had a very strict budget and pretty specific things I was looking for and she was able to make it happen and be patient with me while trying to figure out many moving pieces throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Koons Westminster Toyota and Joanne! She follows through and looks out for her customers.

I am so disappointed. I was recommended Koons by a friend. After today I will not be referring any friends or family to Koons. I suggest that if you re buying used here you take the vehicle and get it looked over by someone you trust. I purchased my truck here back in august. I took it to get an oil change yesterday and was told that my rotors and brakes were bad and that other maintenance wasn t performed before I bought the truck. I was given paperwork and the total to fix it was 1917.00 I called and was told to bring it in and have it looked at upon arriving I was cut short at check in by Milo interrupting and telling the man to check it in and get bob. I was directed to have a seat in the waiting room. Bob came and told me that it s all normal wear and that the vehicle passed state inspection when it was sold to me. I asked to speak to someone else and was put in the financing room where I tried to explain the situation and he said he d negotiate a price and the other man sitting there was mad so he put me out on the sales floor and when I asked to speak to the person responsible for the inspection I was told that I could pay 200 dollars they d do the breaks and to think about it and let him know. I sat there from 9am to 130 I was refused fair treatment and I was treated poorly by several employees at the end they changed the brakes and rotors it s shaking in the rear end and I drove it back down there and was told that they re master mechanics and that was in charge of the inspection and it passed i was told to drive it for a few days and see what happens by bob. If something bad happens who s responsible? That s some of what happened not all of it don t even get me started on the differential they all claim is the original but during the purchasing process the truck came up missing and I was told it was sold only for it to reappear and be sold it. So many dead ends and run around by people who only work here.

My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted when we pulled onto the dealership lot. I'd already driven multiple vehicles before we arrived at the Koons dealership. We had a lease that was ending and we were either going to purchase it outright or trade it in for something else. Brendon was great to work with definitely recommend, I'd been communicating with him for 2.5 months before we finally came in. Normally I would give them 5 stars, but the one thing I wasn't happy about (nor was my husband) was the fact that they wouldn't even give us the low end KBB for our two excellent condition trade ins. KBB is there for that specific reason. Yeah the numbers can fluctuate and sure the dealership has to turn around to sell the two used vehicles, but #1 that's the business they chose to be in and #2 I saw what both were listed at on the used side. I shouldn't have to "haggle" to get even close the KBB trade in value (not outright sale value) I know there's a difference... either way the process was easy. Next time I'll sell my trade in somewhere else so I can get the best value for my car. Sorry Koons, you failed me there. But everything else was great! My new Sequoia is amazing! and it just happened to arrive on the lot the day before we purchased it! It was meant to be.

Went to take a look this past Saturday 04/13/2024 since I was in Finksburg. Interested in a 2024 Tacoma, but this dealership wasn't interested in selling me one. Walked in and used the restroom, walked around the lot for 15-20 minutes, and walked back in before someone actually paid any attention to me as an interested Customer. Salesman (tossed his card in the trash) wasn't all that helpful and didn't seem interested in any discussion about features and pricing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
