Took my car in to get oil change and brake pads. They put a locking nut on my rear tire which now I cannot get it off to put on new rotors. They re nice guys that work there but my mechanic is not happy.

I've taken a few cars to this location over the years. It's always a roll of the dice so always go in with that in mind. It's a price you pay for cheap unskilled labor and convenience. Some tips: Make sure they actually do the work you requested. They once tried to charge me for a tire rotation when my car never went off the ground. Watch them with your oil filter. I've seen them place them seal down on the floor. Check to make sure your oil cap is on tightly. Having to clean oil from the engine bay isn't much fun. And finally, count your lug nuts. After one visit I noticed a missing lug nut. Really guys? They don't always screw up, it really depends on which fresh faced tech you happen to get. Just be mindful to double check everything before you pull away. Oh, one thing I really wish they'd do is not allow pets in the tiny waiting area. During my last visit some clown brought his pit bull in. I've been attacked by an unprovoked pit bull before. It wasn't a comfortable situation. Of course the owner of the dog got pissy when I told him to keep it away from me at the register. The employee ringing me up said nothing.

The person who helped me out was very knowledgeable and made my experience a 10 out of 10. Lounge was clean, service team members were very professional. Vehicle was taken care of very quickly.

Got me in and out quickly with an oil change, then an employee named Kevin went out of his way to reset the notifications on my dashboard after my car was finished being serviced. I had a check engine light on for months but no more. Will be returning.

They guys at the Jiffy Lube in Westminister MD are always very nice, thoughtful, and efficient! I brought my car in for an oil change once and had such a wonderful experience that I've brought it back for brake pads, a new alternator, and anything else that they can handle because they are trustworthy, professional and quick!

I came in with a passenger-side turn signal light that needed to be replaced. The guys just did it without any problem and no questions asked. The charge was also the best you will ever get! Thank you

Complete and utter rip-off! They quoted me a price for an oil change with several added services and I agreed just to be told something else during checkout l. He said I refused the other services and still had to pay the same amount. On my receipt they have listed that they topped off windshield washer fluid, funny because it's still empty, also I'm low on brake fluid, coolant and steering fluid which they mentioned none of that to me!They went through my glove compartment and things are missing! They got me but never again!

Altho doing what the promotes tell you. The up sells are kinda a pain but they are worth it if they haven't been done. Went in for a oil change and tires rotated and ended up with new air filters altho I could of done it cheaper myself I just did it. Always good service. And friendly staff. Never have had a issue with my stops! Keep up the good work. Never have I felt pressured for the up sells by the way.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Yes, went in there waited over 2 hrs for them to change my oil and put new front breaks on. Left there after a 500.00 bills ..to have my whole car shsking down a hill and not being sble to go more then 30 miles per hr. Had to turn arounf and go bsck for thr service guy to take whheels off because both tires were extremeky loose . I could habd been seriously killed . I was very displeased. I have gone to jiffy lube my whole life and will nrver go here again if i can help it and feel i should get some back for putting my life in jeopardy.

Driving back from Hampstead, my car started telling me to get service immediately. I knew I was over due for an oil change and had pushed my car to it s limit. I have an infant so finding time to schedule my oil change while adjusting to life with a baby was difficult. I thought, I ll just pay the extra cost and go to jiffy lube. I headed toward the jiffy lube and when I got there I looked online for coupons hoping I d find one. I luckily found a 25% off coupon and the code was accepted. The guys were awesome and totally helpful. Super quick service, too. If I can find more good coupons next time I will be back!Service: Oil change

Idiots ruined my oil pan. They jammed the wrong plug in there so forcefully I have to replace my entire oil pan. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Went in to get an oil change today and told them what kind of oil I wanted in my car. Wasn t expecting to get an attitude from anyone there but that s what I got. Told them the oil I wanted in MY car, and the guy at the service desk gave me attitude, couldn t even look at me when he was talking to me, and did my oil change in 20 minutes with no care at all. I was also told on the phone by TRAVIS, that the conventional oil change is $45, but my receipt shows I paid $77. And I also left there, got halfway home and my car said I had low tire pressure. Absolutely ridiculous.

I called ahead (the day before) to make sure they had the correct oil filter for my car (supplies have been unstable) and they were able to confirm that they did. On the day of the oil change, they were very busy but gave me a realistic wait time estimate and worked with me so I could run other errands in the shopping center while I waited. They went over recommended updates but took my yes or no decisions equally politely without pressuring me. The work was done well and as quickly as possible.Service: Oil change

Excellent customer service!! Very friendly staff. I was on a road trip with my son and the oil service light came on. I could ve waited until I got back to my home state. I remembered from living in Md, the Westminster location had a shop. When I got there they were 3 bays, 4 cars deep! I was very impressed a the friendliness of the staff and how quickly I was in and out. I ll make it a point of always using this location when I m in town and tell all my friends and family to do the sameService: Oil change

Spent 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room for oil change and tire rotation. There were two cars in front of me so I figured I would be there less than 1 hour. When my car was finally serviced I saw it waiting in the lot for 10 minutes before I was checked out. I asked why did this the so long? I ve been here 1 1/2 hours. I was told that they were short on people. If that were true I would have appreciated them telling me when I pulled in that it would take approximately 1 1/2 to get done. I would have left and come back another time. But I wasn t told that and I m the decades I ve gone I ve never spent that long to get service with two peopled ahead of me.Services: Tires, Oil change

I needed an oil change, I had a coupon so I figured that would help me save a little money.The last time I got a fully synthetic oil change at this location it was around $75.This time it was over $100 I honestly couldn't believe it!The service is decent and it's quick and convenient, but never again will I return to Jiffy Lube for that outrageous price.The normal price range for a fully synthetic oil change ranges between $54 and $79.. over $100??!!Never again!I highly recommend going basically anywhere else for service.

I have been getting my truck serviced here for years and they are always great. Today I had to drop a review because after going to 3 different gas stations that had their air out of order I called the guys at jiffy lube and they said they will happily check and fill the tires for free. Caleb is the man that helped me and he is always professional and kind.
