Finally got time to write a review for these guys. Sorry it took so long. I bought a 2016 F150 from them and couldn t have asked for a better experience! They got me a great rate on a beautiful truck! They went above and beyond my expectations! 50k miles later and the truck is still running great! Couldn t be happier! I recommend them to everyone!

I recently was looking for a 2017 or 18 white Ram 1500 limited. I searched the web for the best deals and found one at Jarboe for the best price anywhere. With my background, I had access to wholesale pricing, but couldn't beat what theirs. They had a 2017 Limited with 120k miles that looked perfect, but at that price, I figured something had to be wrong - repaint, wrecked, etc. I called and spoke to Ray, the owner, and he described the vehicle perfectly. I had to see it, so I made the trip from Virginia to MD and Ray showed it to me. It was EXACTLY as he described it. So I get there and the rear camera acted up and the washer spickets on the hood were a little wonky. Picky? Not to Ray. He took care of both of them. I guess what I'm getting at is that if those two super minor issues were all I could find, it says another thing about Jarboe - and this is important - They know how to buy a GOOD vehicle to sell to you. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Know that when you call and ask them to give you details on a car you're interested in that you will get an honest detailed answer. Rare these days. We purchased a car from Jarboe having over 100,000 miles on it. After driving it a week noticed a loss of power and check engine light on. Called Ray he decided to put another engine in. Very pleased with the car now and with Ray's and Charlie's response. We would not hesitate to buy or recommend Jarboe motors in the future.Bill and Mary Doyle

I ve been looking for about a month for a new truck but all the places I have visit was completely disappointed, the trucks were no even close from what the photos showed. Then I saw my 2016 F150 at Jarboe motors and went to see and was just what they advertised, took for test drive and truck was perfect. Later I had a small issue and they took care of it. Very professional and honest dealer, Charlie went above and beyond to make my truck buy the best experience ever.

Very fair and honest dealership. Drove 2 hours to pick up a vehicle from them. Had a nightmare experience at another far away dealer, so i was skeptical to travel far away and out-of-state again, but this experience was completely different, in a good way! Truck was just as nice as pictured. After leaving the dealer with the new-to-me truck we had a problem with the financing we had gotten. It all worked out in the end and Ray and Charlie were very accomodating and even sent out a gas card for the trouble. Highly recommend buying from then again. Love my new truck!!

Best experience I could have asked for. After spending 10 yrs managing in the car business the last thing I wanted to do was deal with some snotty car dealer. Not the case here. These guys are the real deal. Very friendly, not pushy at all, and have a great selection of beautiful trucks to choose from. Based on my history in the car business these guys are the ones to see if you want a good buying experience. Love the truck!

Amazing dealership. Every previous owned vehicle was showroom beautiful, shiny and well displayed. Superb selection, budget friendly pricing and knowledgeable staff. The cleanest and best organized dealership I've ever seen. Jarboe Motors in Westminister, MD is worth the drive from anywhere for an awesome vehicle buying experience. HIGHLY recommended !!!

I ve known this family all my life so it was a no brainer to purchase my newer vehicle here. Ray and Charles I can t thank you guys enough for my new girl and your honesty and trustworthiness along the way! If you are looking for a used or pre-owned vehicle, buy one from Jarboe Motors. I have owned a number of vehicles in my lifetime - both new and used - and I can honestly say I have never had a dealership stand by their vehicles to the extent that Jarboe Motors does. Ray and his team at Jarboe Motors really do go above and beyond for their customers. I don't just say that lightly. They went out of their way for me when most places would tell you to go pound sand. This reason alone in this day and age is reason enough to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Highly recommend.

Just recently bought a used F-150 from Jarboe's! Charlie and Ray go above and beyond for their customers! Charlie got me financing with a great rate when my credit isn't the best. Ray took his time to go over all the options of the truck with me. He really knows what he's talking about from being a ford mechanic. Overall, my experience from Jarboe's was second to none. Hopefully this truck lasts me a while but as soon as I need another vehicle, I'm going right back to Jarboe Motors. Thanks Guys!

We had an outstanding experience purchasing our car at Jarboe Motors. From the first phone call to the minute we pulled on the lot for the test drive, we felt so welcomed. Our salesman Charlie was so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about our vehicle of choice. The young man who assisted us regarding the test drive was great as well. We are thrilled with our purchase, so thrilled that my nused vehicle s name is Charli. Thank you all so much for everything. We ll be customers for life and recommending to others.

I do not recommend buying a car here. Upon trying to start a trade in, I was told the car I wanted was being bought by someone else but they were waiting for loan approval. That's perfectly fine but was told to call back the next day to see if it was available or sold. I was told the owner was giving this person extra time because "they think" they are friends with the owner. This was a a little white lie, because the guy who told me that, was in fact the owner and acted like the owner was someone else. No big deal. But then came the next issues. When I made a trade in, I forgot a travel DVD set with 2 monitors in my car. I texted them that day asking if they could please grab it. They said, no problem. They would hold it for me. When I arrived later to get my tags they said oh, it's in the garage. We will mail it to you. It never showed up. After having the van not even a week, the ABS light came on. I called and they said they were unaware of this and could look at it, for a good price. Which I did not take them up on because I felt I would get the same kind of service I already had. Shorty after this, both sliding doors on the van stopped working, and I was told my tires had dry rot! The dry rot likely means they put old tires on the car, but I do not have proof of this, it's only an assumption. To top it all off, I was due with my 4th kid the week I was trading my car in and the guy knew this. He knew I needed a safe, dependable car that would last. I traded in a beautiful car and when they never even looked at it for the trade in, I should have known that they knew they were getting a steal and were in it for the money. They knew my car was worth far more than the van could ever be. Now I am stuck with it, with no other options. I felt lied to and treated poorly by their lack of care for my family. I hope future customers are treated much better as family ran businesses should take care of families.

First I have to say Ray and Charlie are Haven sent. They are truly MEN OF THEIR WORD. And they go above and beyond to get you the service and vehicle to your needs. Ray went all out to make sure he get us that truck I wanted and needed for my family as well as our Lawn business (Seed Time Harvest Lawn Care and Snow Removal Llc). Truly when the time is right, We can purchase a fleet from them. And to the lady who wanted that truck. He has plenty more of BEAUTIFUL TRUCKS TO CHOOSE FROM. Lunch on me guys-Jarboe Motors rocks!!!!....

After buying new the past 15 years I wanted to buy a used truck to have lower payments. Charlie and Ray were great! They had a good selection of trucks all of which were in great shape with descent mileage. They found me excellent financing that beat my credit union rates. I am very pleased with the entire buying experience.

Absolutely amazing!!! I don t even know how to put it into words. The service from both Ray and Charlie was the best service I have ever received. They went above and beyond to get my daughter into a great car and in her price range. The car is amazing! So quiet and a smooth drive. A true gem. I am so happy that we stopped in. My daughter is ecstatic. Truly could not have asked for a better experience. Very honest and hardworking team of guys. A pleasure to work with. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Jarboe Motors. Thank you Charlie and Ray! We will definitely be back!

I bought my first car here back in 2018, saved up all my money in high school and went with the cheapest car on the lot it was a 2012 Hyundai Accent. I drove it back home and had some issues with the car shutting off, I was so upset thinking I had just wasted all my hard earned money but I was wrong the owners were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure that this car was gonna be fixed and it didn t cost me anything extra. I recommend everyone to support this family owned dealership, my car is still running great now in 2022 and I couldn t be happier.

I won't repeat all of the other 5 star reviews because I can't say it much better than those already have, so read those. The best vehicle buying experience I've had in 40 years. Great selection of nice trucks, no pressure, fair price, truthful, go out of their way to please, etc. They set the standard of how it SHOULD be done. Will definitely look to Ray and Charlie before anywhere else the next time I am in the market for a used vehicle.

I have bough 3 vehicles from Charlie and Ray over the last five years. They have the best attitudes and are a real pleasure to work with. I personally appreciate the family aspect of the business plus, all of their vehicle are clean and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back in the future for any vehicle purchase

The owner, Ray, is the best and easiest car dealer to work with! Hands down his customer service is not even comparable! I have been on the market for the specific vehicle I was looking for about four months. All the other car dealers I had dealt with were your typical car dealers you will experience. Ray was honest and straight to the point. He didn t waste my time and for that I was very appreciative and more than happy to give him my business. This was also only my second time buying a car and he explained everything very well and at no point did I ever feel pressured or wasn t sure what he was talking about. I WILL ALWAYS come here first when looking for a car. Thank you Ray for everything!

Charlie and Ray are great. Came in to look at a couple of trucks, the one we were most interested in did not meet their requirements. Went back to check on ones we had seen earlier and found the perfect truck! Our mechanic said he would buy it if we didn't. Really good people.

We were hesitant to go to a non-dealer to buy a used pickup. However, our experience with Jarboe Motors totally changed our minds. We were first impressed by the number of trucks on the lot. Mr. Ray Jarboe was open and honest. He listened to our price point, how we would use the truck and what were our needs and wants. Mr. Jarboe then walked us through those trucks who fell into the selection categories. He gave us detailed specifics about the final two candidate pickups along with the pros and cons of purchasing each, given the information we d provided. Despite our unbelievably excellent experience, I held off writing a review until we had two weeks to drive the truck. We could not be happier. Our expectations were that we d have to settle on a pickup that would carry some defects with which we d have to live. We were wrong. My unhesitating feedback to anyone looking for a pickup truck in the Westminster, northern/western Baltimore area is to go to Jarboe Motors before you make any decisions on a used pickup. We are completely satisfied a message that we will repeat in all our truck discussions.

Well its been 6 months since My purchase of of a pre-owned truck with Jarboe Motors. I am as delighted now as I was when I made the purchase. Charlie was great to work with as well. After nearly 40 years of buying used vehicles, this has been my best pre-owned vehicle purchase. Sorry Charlie that my truck is not as detailed... and unblemished as when I first bought the truck. Great job Jarboe family!

Mike & I are so pleased with the truck and the whole transaction we had at Jarboe Motors! Ray & Charlie (Father & Son) were great to work with and Ray s experience & knowledge of Ford & diesels taught us a lot and gave us the assurance of which truck we should go with. Their selection to choose from was awesome. We actually purchased our second choice (first one sold that quick) but we couldn t be more pleased! They even offered to look into some things for my Jeep!

My experience with Jarboe Motors was fantastic! The Charlie and his father (family owned & operated) were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. Their prices were very reasonable, and quickly determined to be fair by my lender. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent shape, both mechanically and cosmetically. I purchased it to drive my daughter and her friends, and I feel VERY safe and secure using it to drive the kids on short & long trips. I've purchased from new and used car dealerships over the years, and my experience with Jarboe Motors is one of the top two car-buying experiences I've had. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a car; in fact, I will be back to shop for a car for my daughter when she is old enough to drive; it is worth the trip to Jarboe Motors to get a reliable, safe vehicle!

This was my first time buying a car and they were fantastic! There was absolutely no pressure and no bs. They are efficient, friendly, and have a family feel. Do not drive by this place you will absolutely not be disappointed. They offer so much when you are buying it and really work to make the best deal for you.

Just purchased a gorgeous f150 from them the communication was extremely excellent to keep me informed on wut needed to be done and the time frame highly recommend if u need a truck the have u covered I will come back if I need a newer one

Great Family Owned Business! Great price for a 2017 vehicle! Made purchasing a car for my daughter simple and easy; no hassling or pressure! Reimbursed us for the Maryland taxes and tags to use for the transfer to PA! Will most definitely consider Jarboe Motors for our next vehicle purchase!
