I had an exceptional buying experience at Integrity Auto Group! I'm very satisfied with the knowledge displayed by the salesman and the owner, Philip Burns. Over the years, I've purchased several vehicles from them, all of which have been dependable and reliable, and I've been able to trade them back when it's time for a new purchase. Phil Burns is consistently helpful and clearly possesses a wealth of experience. Their honesty and down-to-earth approach really make it feel like dealing with family. I definitely plan to return when I'm next in the market for a vehicle. The assurance of a 90-day or 4,500-mile warranty included with the purchase price provided a comforting sense of security. To reiterate what I mentioned at the start, this has been the best purchasing experience I've ever had! I can't emphasize enough the integrity they demonstrate.

Integrity Auto Group was absolutely amazing!! We had been car shopping for a reliable and large enough car to go see our son Graduate from bootcamp. When we explained this to them them went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the perfect car for the trip! Everyone there was so kind and treated us like family! After the amazing experience we had the first time, we then took out son there when he was ready to buy his first car!! Hands down the best down to earth people to buy a car from!!

I have dealt with various different automotive dealerships throughout my life. Integrity Auto Group (IAG) is nothing like any auto group I have worked with. I have known, owner Phil Burns for about 15 years now. Phil and his associates have been nothing short of fantastic since I first walked through the doors. They are certainly unlike any other auto group I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Phil Burns and his associates are always immediately available to answer any questions. It is apparent that the main focus at IAG is to ensure that their customers are 100% pleased with their experience. I have purchased 3 vehicles from IAG not just for these reasons but because Phil Burns and IAG makecertain that the vehicles that are available for sale are great vehicles.Unfortunately this is not the case with many other dealers. In addition, Phil and his associates are extremely knowledgeable regarding virtually all makes of vehicles. Phil Burns and IAG do not just have great auto s, Phil Burns is an exceptional advocate to his customers. You will be hard pressed to find a better place to purchase a great automobile in combination with the beyond outstanding service and integrity you will be afforded. Integriy Auto Group (IAG) most certainly lives up to the name as Integrity defines this automotive group. I bought a vehicle in May of 2023. By January 2024 3 calipers locked up and I had to replace them. So much for integrity. Don t buy a vehicle from here!

Bought a Black 2013 GMC Terrain . Phil was amazing with helping me and making me feel comfortable with my buy.Unfortunately my baby has had motor issues since my buy in June and I haven't been able to drive her since September.My advice Go for the extended warranty, $2,000 bucks yes but at least you're covered Phil was still very pleasant in helping figure out my trucks issues and offering as much help as he could!

This was unlike any car buying experience I ve ever had. Phil is down to earth, easy to deal with and honest. We had a few issues after the purchase but he jumped right on them and fixed them without blinking an eye. 100% would recommend Phil and IAG if you re in the market for a car.

Awesome buying experience. Phil was wonderful to deal with. He answered all our questions and didn't pressure us in any way. The vehicles are reasonably priced. When I need to buy another vehicle in the future I will definitely check here first.

I purchased a vehicle in August 2018 and Phil was great to work with and made the process incredibly smooth. I had a few minor concerns with the vehicle before purchase and they were all rectified at the dealership's cost. Thanks for the great experience!

We purchased a tow truck out of state from these guys. Phil held the truck for us to sort out our financing and organize travel. Both him and Dave helped through the process and provided alot of knowledge about the truck. Phil also spent hours trying to fix the light bar that didn't work when we were there and helped with a credit to get it fixed once we got back home. Thanks to these guys we can hit the ground running. The dedication of this team is beyond imagine. If you need a vehicle, go here.

Tony & the IAG team made this such an amazing car buying experience for us! They were completely honest with us & made us feel totally comfortable with the entire process. We had many questions and Tony, Philip, and Richard were so patient with us, walking us through every step. We couldn't be happier! Bought a 13 F-350 and the experience couldn't have been better. Tony was great, price was great and the arcade kept my son busy while we knocked out the paperwork. Nice job AIG! I'll be looking your way next time I need a vehicle.

Get company to deal with got a car I have been wanting for years. Tony and the IAG Team have been amazing though the whole process. They have taken care of me from beginning to end (and even beyond) to make sure I am as happy with the car and their service. Best place I have ever bought a car from.

Philip Burns helped me greatly. I was buying a product with him and lost contact through our primary means. He went out of his way to find a way for us to stay in contact and he got might part to me in 2 days! I highly recommend him in the future and he lives up to the name of "Integrity ". Traded in a car over a month ago and they were suppose to pay off remaining balance of loan. Loan is past due and they keep giving us the run around that they are gonna pay it but still have not done so. Where great during the sale. Once off the lot turned into normal sales ppl. Was very disappointed in the lack of communication after the sale. Very unprofessional. Phil was our sales guy Robert the finance guy.

Very friendly staff calls back when they say they will they worked with me and didn't say oh well they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase instead of letting me fend for myself would definitely recommend them to Anyone looking for a great used car
