Picked up my car today from IAG.I was a little worried that the grey metallic would be hard to blend/match but from what I can see it looks great, will be happy to see it on a non cloudy day whenever that happens again.Super happy with how the front bumper looks with the shaved license plate mount.The paint finish looks excellent, they cleaned the inside and out of the car, returned my old headlights in the boxes as requested.Truly impressed with IAG s bodyshop work!Lisa kept me in the loop with the work and timeline and the manager Mike listened to my concerns and requests and everything came out great10/10 would recommend

IAG fully repainted and restored my WRX after a large branch fell on top. Their technicians are incredible and made my car look brand new. The office staff were extremely knowledgeable, communicative and very personable throughout the entire process. I'm glad to have chosen IAG and will continue to use them if needed again in the future. Great work, great people!

The best auto shop I ve ever been to, hands down. Fair price and always checks the entire car during each visit as if it was their own. I cannot recommend them enough.

WOW! These guys rock. From the first conversation I had with Mike over the phone, he immediately took a personal interest in my project. After reviewing some pictures, he had a detailed quote for me within 24hrs. The shop didn't shy away from working on a 2008 Mazda Miata (not their specialty), and regardless of the ever expanding list of items I wanted completed as time went on. Despite several curveballs in my project, I had prompt, near daily, email updates from Lisa on the progress and future plans for my vehicle. I was made involved with all decision making regarding the direction of my project throughout. I felt involved and like my satisfaction was of utmost importance. The team was able to remedy a complicated fender situation involving an aggressive wheel and tire combination and lowered suspension. One which a prior shop struggled with and essentially left me in a lurch. Additionally, they installed racing seats, a convertible top relay, and painted the faded windshield wiper arms and hood cowling. The team made sure to replace any worn out items along the way as they saw fit as well. A thoughtful touch that is the mark of a truly professional shop through and through.Don't hesitate to have this team take on your project, big or small, Subaru or otherwise. Anyone who has had specialty work done on their car knows the value of a good shop. They are honest, do quality work, and are worth the drive out. What more could you ask for?Thanks again! I'll be sure to come back with another long to do list in the future. I hit a deer in my wife s car just before Christmas. This is the only body shop I could find that had a reasonable opening for repairs that wasn t backed up for two months. I dropped the vehicle off on January 9th and the entire car was done by the beginning of February despite the shortage of parts. Not only was the damage I did fixed to perfection, they also repaired a couple minor dents and paint scratches not even related for no extra cost. And the vehicle was returned completely detailed which was a nice surprise considering my wife likes to utilize her vehicle as a trash can on wheels. They worked with my insurance company and Lisa made it a point to contact me weekly with updates on my car. They have earned a customer for life and I would highly recommend everyone use them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Evo to IAG Auto Body Collision Services when I was rear ended in 2015 and was blown away by their repairs and attention to detail. When my car was unfortunately hit this past December, I knew IAG could be trusted with the repairs.Lisa did an incredible job in coordinating the rental and keeping me informed of the team s progress. Amazing experience from the time I made the initial call to schedule an appointment to the time I picked my vehicle up after repairs. Everyone was very kind and professional. I received constant updates about the status of my vehicle repair. Shoutout to Lisa and Mike for taking care of my vehicle after a minor accident.Communication played a major factor; Typically, I would have to wait multiple days at any other collision center for a single update. However, they were on top-of-it. Had a couple of requests regarding my repair and Lisa was able to get them done!Techs did a great job painting the new panels - They blend well into the OEM paint.

I had a wonderful experience using IAG. For the first time, a body shop correctly quoted a timeline and kept their word. They always kept me in the loop on the status and made my experience dealing with the insurance company a breeze. Highly recommend using them if you re ever in need of body work.

Can't say enough of how pleased and overall what a pleasure it was to do business with IAG. When an unfortunate accident occurred to my STI i took it here to get my insurance repairs done. Lisa was such a help in explaining the process and keeping me in the loop regularly. Once the work was completed, i was astounded with the results. The attention to detail was everything i could have asked for. Mike and his team know what they're doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I got in a car accident were I slid into a guard rail with my 2021 wrx sti and out of the 5 collision centers I checked out iag was by far the most professional so I decided to go with them.They absolutely delivered on the quality of work and was totally worth the 47min drive from where I lived! Lisa did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress of the car and had no problems answering any of my questions I did a lot of research because this was my first accident and since this happened with my 2021 sti I wanted to make 120% sure I didn t get parts just slapped on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND i could not be happier with how the work turned out!If I ever need more body work done I will definitely be going back to them!Service: Body & Trim

There was an unexpected hail storm at my work that ended up damaging almost every car on out lot including the employees. My car was hit pretty heavily on the hood and roof. When I came to pick it up it was like nothing ever happened. It looked amazing! Lisa and Mike were very responsive and kept me up to date with everything they did. These guys went above and beyond for me and my car. I cannot thank Lisa and Mike enough. Their team completely correct the damage that was done to my car and got the paint spot on.
