I'm back, this is my 2nd time using this particular goodyear for a tire installation on a family members vehicle. Scheduling my appointment was easy and I had a polite interaction with the service writer I spoke with. I'm in the process of my service now so I can't speak on the result just yet; but so far so good. No complaints; stayed tuned!

Had a great experience with this Good Year location. It's a little out of my way but that's okay when you get the service and treatment that I received. Leaving for work I noticed I had a nail in my tire and called them since I had a prior good experience with them and they said to bring it right in. I was in and out in 30 minute. No hassle or upselling whatsoever and just over all friendly, polite staff.

Very helpful. Always friendly and willing to take care of my car with little or no notice. I love that I can just show up and they will be able to accommodate me.

The staff here is SO friendly, helpful, and HONEST!!! I am so appreciative for their help today, and I also noticed how kind the employee was with another customer while I was there. So nice to see that! I will definitely return!!!

First off, I never write reviews. It either had to be a really good or really bad experience. This one was GOOD! (I am VERY picky who touches my vehicles).Today I noticed a large screw In my tire, I then called around to multiple tire shops in the area and Goodyear in Westminster, MD was the only place who could get me in same day.I arrive at the shop and was immediately greeted by a gentleman who saw the issue, got my info and got my car in the bay.About 20-30 minutes later I get my CRV back and immediately inspect it for damage. I do this because a shop back home destroyed the underside of my car and damaged my wheel badly and denied doing it, after a long fight over a few weeks they eventually had it repaired. That has since scarred me and stresses me out when I have work done on my cars now. I do about 90% of work on my own, but some things I have to have done elsewhere.I looked over the entire underbody and inspected the wheel and there was 0 damage! They lady who fixed the tire also torqued the wheels properly and reset the tpms light(something a lot of shops forget!)Finding a shop who respects your vehicle and treats it with care is something I have a very hard time finding these days. This place does that!The staff and techs here are very professional and respectful to both you and your vehicle. If I was the owner of this Goodyear, I'd see to it that they all be rewarded for the pride they take in their work and taking care of customers. You have earned me as a customer going forward! Just wow!! So upset with the service my daughter received today. She made her appointment online for a regular oil change. She drives a Kia Soul.They charged her $82 for a synthetic oil change with 5 quarts of oil. Her car only hold at the max 4 quarts. I know they took advantage of her& what everyone to be cautious.

Professional, Knowledgeable and a true diamond in the rough!I contacted Goodyear on 12/30/2021 with 4 tires I purchased from tire rack. Cheyenne got me in on new years eve @ 10am. The price for mounting and balancing seemed to good to be true, but they delivered. I just purchased a 2011 Audi A6 3.0T Quattro and needed 4 Dunlop 255/35/19 installed for inspection ASAP. Cheyenne gave me good advice on other services and alignment issues I may need to address. This is the 1st place I've trusted to work on a vehicle since I was 20 years old. I was blown away with the result of my decision. Happy new year and thank you so much for wonderful job you gal & guys did with my vehicle. I'm so grateful!

Always liked Bay Area in Westminster. Figured I d try this corporate store since Bay Area closed - I m glad I did. Prices were good and the service was fantastic. Here s one you hardly here anymore - communication was great. I highly recommend.

Very awesome tire shop? I went in and bought some tires for my motor home even though they were higher than their competitor And when I mentioned it they looked it up on the computer and matched their price can't go wrong going to this tire shop they're honest and treat you fair

Excellent experience! Highly recommend .. as a lyft driver, My vehicle is essential and I know from experience from experience how horrible it can be to get service but Goodyear was the best fast fast and reasonably pricedWhich is essential for me thank you so much

Ok for oil change. Wanted over 80 bucks to change air filter and cabin air filter. 10 minute job and I already had filters.
