Can't say enough about the great customer service. Fantastic leadership from the store manager, and saw so many efforts to make sure customers were satisfied. Have used them twice with unique situations but they are great.

I've been here many times for oil changes and repairs. Rachel at the front desk is spectacular! She always takes the time to explain things to me. Would definitely recommend.

Truck was driving weird and pulling. I got the lifetime alignment service, just in case, and it drives like a brand new truck now. Scheduling the appointment to get in was a breeze and I was able to be taken care of next day.

I went in with my daughter who had a blown tire after hitting a curb. Kailee greeted and was attentive and so helpful after explaining that my daughter just replaced all her tires a year ago and we really only wanted to replace the one. She came out to look at the damaged tire and the others and agreed the other tires had plenty of tread and that we could do just one tire. In a day where is seems every car place wants to rip upsell everything it was nice that she listened and agreed with what I wanted to do. Went to Mr. Tire first to be met with they only had one person working and their balance machine was not working, in addition to not having a tire available. thank you again for not breaking my daughter's bank!

Tried to charge me for a tire I already paid for. Spent 2 hours sitting while they tried to find my tire and I had an appointment. Now fighting them for weeks over double charging me for installation. Hannah has no idea what she is doing and will blame it on Kailee and Kailee will just yell at you when you call to complain. This was the biggest headache just to get a tire. Also they will lie to you and tell you they can program your tpms (tire pressure monitoring sesnor) but then say there is no guarantee. I was fortunate enough the tech drove the same kind of car as me and said they couldn't do them and that hannah and kailee both knew better.

They are always helpful when I bring my car in for services and repair. They assist me and answer any questions I have regarding my visit, cost, etc. They recognize me when I come in and always show their appreciation for my repeat business as a local customer.

Fantastic Service, love the Manager and her staff. Had several car repairs performed at this Westminster location and everything has been beyond our expectations. We will definitely keep coming back!

I went to Firestone to replace a tire that had blown out on me. The customer service employee that helped me was very nice. He came out to my car to inspect all my tires. He recommended that I replace at least two tires so that they wear down evenly. That made sense and I agreed to go the route. He gave me several options that came with different prices. It was a little above the budget I had set to get this fixed. He tried his best to keep me in my price range. Once I settled on what tires I would buy they had them mounted and on car within 20 minutes I was very happy with this transaction. 2 days later I hit a curb with my new tire and destroyed one of them. I took it back to Firestone to find out that I opted out of the $7 insurance and that i would have to pay full price to replace this tire. I was so bummed out that I only got 2 days out of the tire and they could not fix because the sidewalk was damaged. Well the same guy that helped me the first time called his boss and found a way to go back into my original-transaction and add the $7 insurance to my tires. It was such a above and beyond way of taking care of me. I was super impressed and suggest to everyone that needs tires to go to the Firestone in Westminster MD 140 Village Shopping Center.

Had a blow out early this morning on 695. These nice men put a donut on for me. I pulled into to Firestone because they ve been great in the past. Once again, got me right in!! Made it to work!!! Appreciate you all so much

Fantastic service. They got me in as quickly as possible and promptly serviced my vehicle. They recognized it was an urgent tire situation for my daughter's car and didn't waste my time. Excellent consultation on my issue and other things I should keep my eye on. They didn't over sell or push. Will definitely use them again.

We had our jeep fixed by Firestone 3 times within a month, all for different reasons. They were always so helpful and kind. I felt like they were honest and trustworthy.

Car battery wouldn't charge. I explained I had put in a new battery only days before, and that the alternator needed to be thoroughly checked and most likely replaced. They tested the battery, starter and alternator and said it was the battery at fault, despite my explanation of having put in a new battery. The response from a tech was that if it was the alternator, they'd fix it next time - *meaning I'd have to break down again and then they'd look at it.*I was able to get the car home on the new battery and guess what? The car is not charging the new battery that Firestone put in. It was NEVER the battery - it is the alternator. I will be taking my car to another mechanic, explaining the situation, and seeing if they will listen to my concerns, unlike Firestone. Firestone techs did not listen to me, my concerns, my proof and I will not be taking my car there again nor recommending them to anyone.

I ve had work on several vehicles done here. The employees here really care about the work they do and the customers that come in for service. They are reliable, honest and easy to work with. The store manager is very involved in the day to day business and extremely knowledgeable. It s refreshing to see women on staff as well. I d highly recommend Firestone of Westminster!

The gentlemen that work here are always courteous and helpful. Prices are always great and I love coming here because the wait times are so fast! Never wait more than 45 minutes for my vehicle. Across the street I ve waited more than 2 hours for an oil change. Will continue to give my business to Firestone.Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

I ve been to this location a few times now and each time I ve been impressed with the honesty of John. I have a regular mechanic, but go to Firestone for tire-related issues that I need to take care of ASAP. I have been taken advantage of at chain tire shops (i.e. Mr Tire) so I was hesitant to go to Firestone when I got a flat last year. The guy who came to put mydonut on from AAA recommended this location when I asked for recommendations (being new to this part of Maryland). I am glad I gave them a shot.

Stopped in to get wipers and brake lights. Kaylee was very helpful in setting us up with just a small wait, which was great because we were a walk in. She was very friendly and attended to all our needs. I highly recommend this Firestone to all

Had an appointment to install new tires for 1pm. It took 2 hours for the job to be completed. They did give me a coupon for a free oil change. This is the 2nd Firestone Store I ve had issues with repairs taking forever. An oil change at another location took 1.5 hours. I give up!Service: TiresService: Tires
