Had the transmission in my 08 GMC Acadia overhauled by D & M in 2018.. still driving it. Have had no issues. They also take care of my 95 F-150. Have had no issues. They stand by there work..

D&M rebuikt my wife's transmisson in her suburban. They worked with the used car warranty company to address the issues and got it all covered. Rebuilt the transmission, replaced torque converter, and transmission cooler lines in just a week and 2 days. I paid my deductible and went on my way. Clarence was responsive and answered all my questions. Dropped off a second vehicle and they turned that vehicle around in 3 days. Reasonable prices and great service. Highly recommend.

Both myself and daughter have taken our vehicles for service. Can't say enough great things about Lawrence and the team at D&M. They are very efficient, honest, courteous and friendly. They do great work at a reasonable price. That is a rare quality in today's world. Highly recommend D&M.

Lawrence and his team go the Extra Mile - great work! They managed to find the necessary parts and there were many needed to fix a 1993 Defender 90. Lawrence always keep me informed of any potential problems and was always willing to go the extra mile to find a solution Great professional team and quality work - The Defender is again running around Westminster. - Which is great news and very much appreciated.

Absolute pure professionalism. My Tacoma was in and out in one day as promised for a transmission range sensor replacement. They did an excellent job. Lawrence and his team have gained a customer for life !!Mike K

Had to get trans replaced in my 2018 f250 6.7. Was recommended to D&M from Cross Roads Auto&Truck. Reached out and decided to throw a MPD transmission in the truck. Trans was built, put in and re-flashed in a timely fashion even around two major holidays. Would recommend to anyone looking for performance upgrades to their transmissions to reach out to these guys.

These guys are amazing! I travel around the country for work and I m not in one place for very long. I had called multiple different shops but none were able to help me with my strict schedule. I came across D & M and Lawrence had me drop my truck off the same day and it was ready to be picked up the next. 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone!

D&M was welcoming when I had to have our truck towed to them. Tow truck ran late and they were able to use the after hours key drop box which is great. Truck was fixed sooner than expected and sooner than initially scheduled. Very friendly employees. Shop seemed to run smoothly and clean from what I saw. Clean office. Truck was clean as it was when we took it to them which is a plus because some shops have made a mess of our light tan interior. I would recommend them to anyone. This company and all of its employees are incredible. I've never had a bad experience here. They are reasonable, reliable, and consistently go the extra mile. They are very honest and will tell you if you don't need something done, even if it means less money on a job. I highly recommend this company.

D&M transmission is an awesome place to take you vehicle! Everyone there is super nice and willing to help. I m young and have know idea about cars! Every time a light comes on in my car I call them immediately! They give you step by step on what s going on with you vehicle. My old car had A LOT of issues. Lawrence and everyone there was willing to answer all my questions and give me updates when they had my car. I also had to take a lawn mower tire down there to have them put it back on the bead and they were happy to help! We have been taking our cars there for years! No other shop compared to their compassion and caring! They treat you with the upmost respect! Thank you D&M for all your hard work!

I ve been going to D&M for about 7-8 years. These people know what they are doing and do it very well. I am a senior female. I m never talked down to. Their prices are reasonable and there are no sales pitches to do this or that. As soon as you go into the office it s clear that it s a well run and organized business. It s also clear that the owners are people of integrity. I always feel safe in my car when I leave D&M.

They are so kind and friendly. My transmission went up in my suv they were willing to work with me and gave the best reasonable price for the work. They gave me great advice about my vehicle. Looked at it for free not alot of places do that. Definitely recommend if you need your vehicle worked on.

When my transmission went out I knew the only place I could trust to get honest work and price is here. They did exactly what they said they needed to do and the price they quoted was what I paid. These guys know what they re doing!! I reccomend D&M transmissions 100%. Very friendly and straight to the point, didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. They immediately found the problem with my car and fixed it fast. I called around the local area to see who would give me the best price and D&M was unrivaled. Honest and professional along with quality work. Lawrence and Mark are good people. We had our trans rebuilt in 2018 and it s been solid ever since. And they take the time to address questions after the work has been completed. Just saved us a couple hundred dollars on a hose replacement where another a shop recommended an entire unit and hose replacement. Might turn out to be but why spend the money if it s not needed. Nothing like honest people looking out for the customer. Highly recommend for any service.

When I think car or truck repair I m always going to D&M. I ve found they beat everyone s prices and always give you options to pick from when it comes to finding new vehicle parts! I can rely on them to get my car done as soon as possible. I don t know if they ve had a vehicle for more then 2 weeks. I've been going here ever since I moved to Westminster 4.5 years ago and I refuse to take my cars anywhere else. Mark and Lawrence are two of the best guys I've had the pleasure of taking all my cars to which is about 10 different cars and thanks to their amazing work I've never been left stranded. If you are in need of a mechanic this is the place to go. Every time they service your car it comes back better than you dropped it off. Had transmission replaced to damage in an accident. Lawrence was great to work with and kept us updated through the whole process. Vehicle was completed on time and everything seem to be great with.

I've taken my 2004 Buick Rainier twice. The first time was in September 2019 and my transmission needed to be rebuilt. They told me this is a common issue with Buicks and that the 4x4 was also broken. At the time, we could not afford the 4x4 as the transmission was over $2k. They told us to come back when we could.In February 2020, we took the Buick back for the 4x4 work. When I spoke to them, they told me I could save a thousand dollars by having them keep it an extra few days as additional work needed to be done as I chose to wait. This was huge for us. All work done has been great, the staff extremely helpful. This saved me having a car payment as the Buick had 99k miles. I recommend them and feel they treated us not only fairly, but with our budget in mind. Great place!

Not Just TransmissionsI have been dealing with Mark for close to 20 years. I started out with having a transmission rebuilt and gradually began bringing all of my repair business as the shop expanded into a full service facility. Mark and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and fair. He has never failed to diagnose and repair my vehicles from classic American cars to late model foreign vehicles. He even mounts and balances tires. All around a great guy and shop with very reasonable prices and superior service.

In a world where it is hard to find and trust a place to take my car, I have to say D&M is going to be a place I use more. Have taken a couple of cars there for transmission issues in the past. I have also gone there for other issues recently. I feel like they don't try to sell you services you don't need like so many other commercial places. They are timely I. Getting the repairs done which is a huge plus for me. Highly recommend them.

They repaired a Nissan quest continuous variable transmission for me. The quality of the work is superb from what I can tell after driving at a couple hundred miles since the repair. My only gripe (dinged one star) is lack of communication in that you have to call them as they won't take initiative and call you when the parts are delayed or there are other issues out of their control that will delay the repair.

5 Star's is well deserved and let me tell you why. I came here needing a alternator and these guys were well under a number of other garages I called. They stuck to their quoted price, time frame in which it would take to be done and were friendly.But what sticks out to me is I noticed that some push-type plastic clips were missing from my car since I bought it. These had all been replaced at no extra cost. This shows me, thier attention to detail and commitment to their customers far exceeds other mechanics that I've been to in the area.Thank you D&M, I'll be back...

If there is a place to go for your transmission this shop is it. With my 2013 Jeep Wrangler they showed more concern for the reliability of my vehicle than I could have ever expected. D and M went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my Jeep was ready to roll on a long planned trip to Alaska and back. Thanks to the team at D and M!!

These guys are excellent. Had a rebuilt transmission in March and had an issue in December (outside the mileage warranty) and they still fixed the issue. Will always take my vehicles there!

I m sure they do good work and have a good client base but not professional at all about hiring and not hiring. If you don t have 20 yrs experience or more they won t hire you. That s all I really have to say about this place.

Great service, they called with updates, confirmed everything before replacement, great prices , they even did everything with power being out 2-3 days of the time they had my car , will definitely use again
