Called to get an appointment for an oil change and they were able to get me in within a few days. Took the car in a little early, and they helped me right away, and had the car done in an hour or so. Very nice people, and very communicative. Will definitely be back for future services.

Got our Saab inspected here. They were flexible when we needed to change the appointment time. Inspection took less than an hour and was as honest as can be. Would definitely recommend

The folks at Cranberry Auto Service Center couldn t haven been friendlier, and the service couldn t have been quicker. So grateful that my car decided to stop working right near their shop! They were fantastic. One of my fleet cars broke down (It was a Prius. ) and they didn't have a problem working on the car. Nice people and would recommend this shop to anyone in Westminster, MD.

The staff at Cranberry were very kind and honest. They did such a good job recharging my A/C at a great price. One of the mechanics even noticed my tire pressure was low, and found a nail in my tire! They were kind enough to repair that as well. Definitely recommend this auto shop.

As a new MD resident, I needed to find an auto service center to complete my vehicle inspection. My hope was to also find one I want to use for any future auto repairs/services I may need. I highly recommend Cranberry Auto. I received friendly customer service as I made my appointment over the phone. Text reminders of appointment, and comfy waiting rooms. I took my travel trailer for Md State Inspection. They weee so nice and timely with everything from start to finish. They gave me some helpful advice beyond the inspection and would also I think be a good place for both rV and auto repairs. I didn t see a category for incompetent workmanship. Greatly experienced at not replacing a oil cap back on correctly in order to cause a engine fire. The best at repairing only what they were told the fire caused from a tow truck driver & insurance pictures instead of actually checking it to find any other problem. Absolutely amazing at closing out insurance claim to get paid ASAP. Beyond reproach noticing the transmission was damaged as well from the fire after the insurance claim was closed. Their ultimate talent is to wash their hands of it Only costing the customer a mere $10,000. Excited to let the customer pay out of pocket for the transmission along with towing because the claim was closed. My only question is why did Cranberry Auto have our RV all summer to actually do nothing but make it worse & cost us a fortune . After having it towed for the third time, the new shop will have it repaired by the end of the week, barely 2 weeks???

We've been taking our vehicles to Cranberry for years. Nathan and his team have always been attentive and capable, and patient enough to explain everything to this auto repair novice. I recommend Cranberry to everyone who mentions they're having car trouble.

What's better than finding a great mechanic? How about a great HONEST mechanic? Better still, how about a great honest mechanic who loves what he does and takes pride in his work? That's what you'll get at Cranberry Auto Service Center with Nathan and Patrick. Both are as knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and trustworthy as hot August days are long.When I was new to the area I had no one to follow me to their shop to drop my car off for repair, but no problem for these guys! Patrick drove me back home and later, when the car was ready, he came back and picked me up! Talk about full service!They don't overcharge for services and they absolutely NEVER try to get you to agree to unnecessary repairs. The couple of times I've been there and the required work has been completed Nathan has told me of something I may want to keep an eye on "down the road" but has never blown it out of proportion or stressed an urgency to it. As a customer I appreciate that. That's the way this shop is run, with integrity top to bottom.With service that is quick, thorough, fairly priced, and performed by truly honest mechanics, I can't reccomend Cranberry Auto Service Center highly enough. 5 stars in every category of performance!

So unfortunately we had both my truck witch is a GMC diesel that was stuck in limp mode after the dealership couldn t figure it out Nathan and Pat said they would check it out and they worked like crazy to figure it out after about 2 weeks of diagnostic and research Nathan told me it was beyond his computer s capabilities to fix so I went to pick up the truck with his suggestion on what to do needless to say it s running perfectly at the same time my wife had damaged her Honda CR-V with a ton of issues after she ran over a bunch of curbs they got her car in and within a day she was driving her crv and it is better than new I can t say enough about the dedication and professionalism they all show every time we neon repair I don t trust anyone to work on my truck other than Nathan and Pat they truly give that one of a kind service you will not find anymore! I've taken my car to Cranberry Auto twice and both times they have been very convenient as well as helpful and honest. Pat and Nate were both great at answering my many questions and explaining the issue as well as what needed to be done. Lisa was also very patient, professional, and a provided excellent customer service! Finding yourself in need of a car shop sucks a little bit less when the people you go to take care of you and make things go as smooth as possible!Service: Oil change

Nathan and his staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to call and update me every step of the way. I never felt like I didn t know what was going on with my vehicle while it was receiving body work. I have owned vehicles since I was 23 years old and I am over 55 yo now. I have never done business with honest auto mechanics (except for 1 business on Park Heights) until now. I trust Cranberry Automotive to do honest work with integrity and accountability. The fears and inhibition I normally and usually have when leaving my cars with a mechanic and even the Dealer's mechanics, I do not have those fears at Cranberry Automotive. With all the corruption in Federal, State, and Local agencies, and the pervasive feeling that "everyone is on the take", I feel a huge sense of relief when I bring my vehicle to Cranberry Automotive. There is no other feeling like this, to know that the people working on the car you need to get back and forth to work, are honest, knowledgeable people.

I am a Rideshare driver from out of state in need of a vehicle state inspection to work in MD. I informed the receptionist of this prior to my inspection. I recently failed a vehicle inspection due to tint in my front windows. It would have been nice if the mechanic informed me of the obvious issue with my tint prior to having me wait for an hour and pay for a failed inspection.
