Called Paul a few weeks before I dropped my jeep off for a rear differential to be rebuilt amongst some other things and he was a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman to talk to even coming from someone who works for and has worked for several other shops. I don't know how to rebuild differentials and he offered to get me right in and take a look at it which just goes to show the kind of customer service he has. Well fast forward a few weeks and I had some issues with my other vehicle and my best option was to fix my jeep and get it back on the road a lot sooner. With no appointment and no heads up I dropped it off and he said give me a day or two and I'll let you know what it'll take. Amongst all the other jobs and work he has lined up he has offered to go out of his way to make sure I'm back on the road in a timely manner despite me insisting he gets to it when he gets to it! That is above and beyond what anyone has to do especially in this industry! Top notch customer service and I can't see what he does to my other vehicles in the future

Paul did an amazing job getting my truck back on the road with a fresh transmission rebuild, shift kit and torque converter as well as putting together a nice exhaust system! He was very informative about the details with the shift kit amd torque converter. I'm very grateful for his work! Really nice guy and probably very knowledgeable but after dropping off my truck on our agreed date it sat for 4 weeks untouched. All I received were excuses when in reality he just didn't want to work on my truck. Took it somewhere else and the "dreaded" exhaust manifold job only took 6 hours with very little headache. Oh and to top things off, my truck was covered in dust from sitting in his parking lot. You'd think my truck sat in a barn for 40 years the way it looked when I got it back. Not a good way to run a business. Just say hey, I'm not interested next time dude

Where do I start, at first I was skeptical of bringing my vehicle to a shop since normally I do most of my own work. Paul and the rest of the team made me feel comfortable, about leaving my vehicle for the time being. When I got to pick it up it exceeded all my expectations and got everything done I asked for in a timely manor. I couldn t recommend a better shop and all my friends and family that went there feel the same.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, Engine repair, Oil change

If your looking for a shop that makes you feel like family you found it.. Paul is a let s fix it not replace kind of guy . Great attention to detail with great results.. you will be in great hands!!

I attempted to use their business and tried to contacted them 3 times. After the first phone call asking about if they would work on my project, he then ask for photos of the project. After receiving the photos and saying he d get back to me the next day, I received no form of response on their part for 3 days after the photos were sent. I don t doubt they do great work but their response time and new customer manors are sorely lacking. Wouldn t recommend this to anyone and from people I know that have had work done by them say it s rather overpriced.

BOUGHT A ENGINE FROM OUR COMPANY, SENT BACK A BLOWN UP CORE WHICH WAS ABSOLUTLY NO GOOD NOW REFUSES TO MAKE GOOD ON THE CORE CHARGE. WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE . IF YOU DO BUSSINESS THAT WAY , DO YOU SCREW YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WAY AND THEY DONT KNOW IT. ID BE CAREFUL OF THERE CHARACTER IF THEY CANT MAKE GOOD ON THERE WORD. BECAUSE OF THIS CUSTOMER WE NOW HAVE TO CHARGE FOR THE CORE UPFRONT.
