Huge disappointment, I went to change my oil and found that this shroud that covers the bolts that hold the front bumper (the area that was repaired) was not only broken but also was missing clips that keep it fastened in place. The area that was repaired looks acceptable but the fact that they do something like this and just leave it for me to find is beyond unprofessional.

Highly satisfied with the quality of work. I was impressed with how clean the interior of my truck was when I picked it up. The shop went above and beyond to detail the interior. This may seem like a simple thing, but having two messy toddlers this meant a lot to me. Thank you!

If you are looking for a place to get your car repaired, look no further than Caliber Collision. The staff is professional, personable, kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. They arranged all aspects for a rental car, kept me informed of the process, gave me a date for when the car would be finished and work was completed at that specified time. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling in the sunlight, the repair work looked wonderful, (they even tried to save my bumper stickers for me!), and the interior was clean as well. I'm totally satisfied.

I took my vehicle into Caliber after getting into an accident at the end of March. Not only was Jen the sweetest, Phil had my car done 10 days before it was originally scheduled to be! When I got my car I was absolutely floored to see it had been completely detailed, too! Shout out to Bladen and Jenny for making my car look cleaner than when I bought it!!!

Did a pretty good job with the body work..my signal didn't work after my accident.. brought it back twice, temporally fixed it.. Third time back the manager told me they weren't electricians and were washing their hands of it . disappointing.all other body shops are electricians, mechanics,body men.. there job is to put the car back in the same condition before the accident.. won't go back.

Just got my truck back today from when an Amazon driver hit my parked truck. Quote was to get it repaired within 16 days but they came in below that to my surprise. They did an excellent job on the repairs. Everything that was repaired looks brand new and exactly the way it should be. The entire staff at Caliber Collision was so friendly and welcoming. My car was ready when promised and looks incredible. You would never know it was in an accident. It actually looked better then when I dropped it off because of the wonderful detail job they did. I recommend them to anyone that needs repairs. Caliber Collision did a wonderful job repairing my 1999 Chevy Silverado. I could not be more happier with the way my truck looks. In addition, I was treated with great professionalism from the ENTIRE staff from the moment I walked in the door up until the day I picked up my repaired vehicle. I want to personally thank Ron K. for making the whole process stress free. He is a great asset to the company and should be recognized for his efforts. My vehicle came back perfect but customer service was terrible. Never received any updates unless I called & when I did I was put on hold 3 different times within 20 minutes just to be told that they would call me back, which they didn t before they closed the entire weekend. Mechanic stepped in & got smart with me when I was being calm & collected talking with the girl handling the car. Was also quoted 3 days by some other random girl when I called & it took an entire month. Would not recommend this business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
