Buchanan Kia has such a great selection of vehicles! I took an hour trip for my vehicle and it was well worth it!!! I love my 2024 Sportage! I dealt with Chris Gensel and it was a very easy and pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership if you want a variety of options! I have been a kia owner for many years now and I have zero complaints!

One of my best ever car buying experiences! Tom Perry and his awesome salesman Rick Rogers, were able to match me up with the perfect vehicle for me at the right price. I was given top level service and the entire sale session was pleasant and as quick as these things can be. I m so happy with my new Kia Sorento PHEV and with the excellent team at Buchanan Kia. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the handling of my recent car lease experience. As a returning customer who had previously spoken highly of your dealership, my current situation has left me deeply disheartened.It has been four months since I leased a car from Buchanan Kia, and yet I still find myself without the necessary tags and registration. The explanation provided that the documents were lost in the mail is frankly unacceptable. Furthermore, the dealership's inability to navigate the out-of-state registration process has only exacerbated the issue. Despite my willingness to take matters into my own hands and register the car myself, the documents provided by Buchanan Kia were marred with errors, rendering them useless for the registration process.This ordeal has not only cost me considerable time and effort but has also left me with a car I cannot legally drive. The lack of accountability and basic customer service exhibited by Buchanan Kia, particularly in refusing to allow me to speak to a manager for assistance, is deeply troubling.I had hoped that my positive past experiences with your dealership would be indicative of a high standard of service. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. My trust in Buchanan Kia has been shattered, and I can no longer recommend your services to others.I urge you to rectify this situation promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. Until then, I am left with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction publicly and warn others to approach Buchanan Kia with caution.

I made an appointment for recalls to be fixed on my Kia for 830am Friday, March 8th and was told my car would be done at 10:30 and that the repairs should take two hours max. I dropped my car off at 810am and decided to go home and wait since I had a ride. I called the dealership at 12 o clock confused wondering when my car would be done because I was told it would be done by 10:30 to which I was told that the technicians were on lunch until one and he would call me back and then he hung up. I came to the dealership at one to be told that my car wouldn t be done until 2 o clock and I see that my car is still sitting out in the parking lot having not been touched yet. At 1:26 they finally brought my car into the back (5 hours after my initial appointment time) and I walked to my car to grab my charger when I heard the manager tell the technician working on my car: She s waiting on her car now, so try to finish it as soon as possible . My car wasn t finished until 2:19 (6 hours after my initial appointment time). I chose the earliest timeslot available because I had work at three this day and they still waited until five hours after my initial appointment time to even begin working on my car. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and honestly disgusted with the lack of care they have for my time and everyone else s time as well.

I had a wonderful buying experience here,Patrick (my salesman) was polite,helpful, and made me feel like I wasn't just another sale, he answered all of my questions and anything he couldn't answer him self he got me an answer too, I didn't feel pressured to buy the car that day like I had felt at previous dealerships. I would also like to put a great word in for Tyler at the waynesboro buchanan who assisted me in finding the car I was looking for even though it was at another dealership,I may have had to travel an hour for the car,but I would do it again tomorrow if I had too

I just picked up my new 2023 Kia Stinger GT2 as a replacement for my 2019 version. I was able to negotiate a favorable deal without even walking into this dealership as they were a bit out of market for me. Once we agreed on the deal, they prepared everything in advance of my arrival to the dealership and the execution of the sale was a breeze without even any add-on pressure tactics. This team is down to earth in this small town in Maryland, and not at all like the "leeches" of so many other dealers. I can't say enough good about the team that serviced me; Tommy the GSM, Chris my floor lead, and Kenny in finance. Also, a shout out to Tiffany, whom I did not meet but who handles the administrative paperwork to include handling my out of state taxes and registration. If I ever buy another Kia, this place will be at the very top of my list despite the distance. Thanks Buchanan Kia!

I took my car for service to Buchanan Kia. They did miss-informed me about parts that needed to be replaced leading me having to make an additional visit to take care of the car. Also, they were not particularly nice in their communications.

***DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE***Negligent Service*****I brought my brand-new K5 in for a routine oil change. After driving about a mile from the dealership my car completely shut down. ALL of the oil came out because the "new" guy hadn't put the oil filter on correctly, causing me to get towed back to the dealership. Service and management WERE NOT apologetic at all. I have never experienced anything like this. Just awful people.

Buchanan Kia (specifically Damian) unnecessarily wasted my time by not completing the requested services and returning the car without fixing it or informing me that it wasn't fully repaired. Essentially, they provided inaccurate information about the necessary replacement parts. This resulted in an extra visit to address the car's issues. Additionally, their communication was not particularly pleasant.

Bought a new Kia Telluride and everything was looking good until I got into issues. In a week I noticed issues with the headlight not fit properly and fabric damage in the interior. I did report the issues and they never responded to my emails or calls, now working with Kia customer care to resolve them. Choosing Kia Finance after running 3 hard inquiries!!! Which they could have done it initially.Replying to the comment (I am sorry about your issues with the fit and finish on your new Telluride, I do understand that you were sent to a dealer closer to you and are currently working with Kia customer care who are the parties that can assist you.)I did visit the nearby dealership, they told me they will fix only when I purchase through their dealership. They also mentioned before delivering to the customer, dealership should check for defects and file claim to the manufacturer.Latest update: No resolution from Kia nor dealership so far. It's like I made a mistake buying a defective car.

First I need to send Dan and Ben in the service department my overdue review from about 3 weeks back. You both were outstanding in every way that made my visit inviting, relaxing and so forth. While waiting for my scheduled service on my 2021 Kia turbo I engaged a conversation with Wendy in sales. I was interested in a 2024 Seltos Tom in finance was great as well. I believe if the color I wanted in a second thought was available I would ve made my purchase there. But I stepped back and thought of the color I looked at and it just didn t feel right. I ended up at a Kia dealership that had what I liked. So I made a purchase from them. I did get a 24000 mile free service from the dealership and a no charge life time powertrain warranty. And the numbers were there too. But I think I shall return back to Buchanan for the service once my free service is past. So in the end Wendy was kind, understanding and no hard feelings on my decision. Through the process I had no pressure from her. Tom was extremely helpful in working the numbers but the inventory just didn t have my need. Hope he resting head on a Wolverines pillow.Hopefully down the road Buchanan can be my next purchase and have a few more perks to make them be my next purchase. I was on my way to Buchanan for a recalland an oil change and I busted a tire on the way. I had to get a tow truck so I missed my scheduled appointment. When I finally got there they were still able to get me in and get everything fixed. Thank you Buchanan!!I took my car into Buchanan Kia again today (10/3/23) for an oil change. I mentioned that my radio stopped working a few weeks ago. Daniel checked with the technician to see if they could help me out. Everyone went above and beyond to get my car updated and my radio working. I couldn t be more pleased with the service I received. I was beyond excited to have my radio working again. Thank you to everyone at Buchanan that helped with my exceptional service today. This kind of service makes me love my K5 even more.

By far this has been our best car buying experience ever. The entire process from the initial call to set up a test drive to signing the paperwork was seamless and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 4 hours (on a busy Friday night as well!). Rick is wonderful!!! We never felt pressured or rushed and he took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He is super friendly and we appreciated chatting with him while we waited for the paperwork to get finalized. Truly we found our dealer for life - we just wish we would have found them sooner!! Great customer service! My car needed a software update and I waited while they did it. It took about a hour as they quoted. The waiting room is interesting, looks like a barn kinda but had a tv. It was secluded, quiet and the chairs were comfy enough that I fell asleep for a few minutes. They thoroughly explained what the update did and also explained the cause of a minor issue I was having with my phone connecting. I should ve noted their names but there was a young lady and a young man that helped me and they were both fantastic. They asked if I had any other issues, I did not but they were more than willing to help if I did. I will go to this Kia from now on for all of my service needs.

The repair technicians are exceptionally knowledgeable ! Evan M. is the technician that assisted us. Please don't let his age fool you ! He is densely packed with all things Kia, and is the shop foreman. He talked us through our repair, needed parts, and cost. That place would be lost without this fine young man.

This is by far the BEST experience I ve had with a dealership. Everything was explained step by step, and they were always there to answer any questions I had. Not only was the dealership great, Laura was absolutely awesome!! She was super professional, helpful, and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed working with with Laura, she deserves to be recognized for her hard work, making you feel like you re her only customer. Her customer service was superb! And I would highly recommend Buchanan Kia, they take care of you like family.

I had a great experience with Buchanan Kia. I bought a 2019 Toyota tundra from Bernadette. The deal was worth me driving 4hrs from WV. Bernadette and the rest of her team were fantastic. Super friendly! Got me in and out fast (my request). Highly recommend!

I rode my bike to Buchanan Kia yesterday. Christ was nice and professional. He showed me the car I was interested in and let me do a test drive. We got the deal done within one hour. In the end of the day, I don't need to ride my bike home in the cold weather! Thank you!

Bernadette and everyone at Buchanan Kia was extremely nice and helpful. They went the extra mile in helping us during our car buying process. When we bought and picked up our new Telluride, Bernadette was very understanding and answered all our questions. She helped explain all the features on our new car to make sure we understood all the cool things Kia had to offer. She even called days after to make sure we had any questions and if so we could always reach out to her whenever! I had such a good experience with Buchanan I even recommended my dad to purchase the new electric Kia from them. This dealership is absolutely AWFUL. Terrible customer service, and they provide their customers with false information, then do nothing to correct the issue. The trim on my car is defective and fading. I called to submit a warranty claim back in September. I was told that my claim was submitted and approved, and that the dealership was waiting for my parts to come in but they were back ordered. In October I called to follow up and they said the parts were still on back order. In December I called and the Service Manager told me that in fact my claim was never submitted and replacement parts were never ordered. To top it off, they also let me know that they wouldn t be submitting my claim to warranty because it wouldn t be covered.I ve tried SEVERAL times to work it out with the service department and the owner of this dealership and they are saying they can t help, won t submit my claim and that there is nothing else they can do . They also informed me that my trim is fading because of environmental factors such as rain, dirt, snow, etc ..I ve only owned the vehicle for 13 months. What kind of external trim can t withstand 13 months of WEATHER.I would highly recommend everyone AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS, unless you re okay with spending an extra $5k on a trim package that can t be outside.

I purchased a 2017 Fiat 500 on July 5, 2023. Supposed to be under warranty by Buchanan for 30 days. The salesman broke the door handle off after I test drove it. The service guys knocked the driver's side window off the tract while fixing the door handle. A few days later the window fell off tract while I had it. The navigation system doesn't work, but they said they are done with this car. It hasn't been 30 days yet!?

I wasn t quite sure what to expect when I got to the dealership but the whole team took care of me. Everyone was super friendly. I didn t feel like they were pressed to make a sale like some dealerships. Overall it was a great experience and my salesman Shaun was awesome. I was in and out within two hours and driving home in my new car.
