Thursday 4/11 - placed order for 4 tires and made appointment for installation on 4/15 at 10:30. Monday 4/15 at 8:12am tire center calls telling me 2 guys called out and they would have to reschedule MY appointment. Said he would call back with new date and time. Well at 3:15 after hearing from nobody I called and asked about my appointment. Was told same story about guys being out and that is not my fault but I would have to wait until he sees who comes in Tuesday. Umm what? You already took my $800 and you want me to sit around and wait for you to call me about an appointment I made on the 11th? Told him to call me by 9:00am on Tuesday. Well he didn t. Called customer service and cancelled my order. I ll go somewhere else where customer service is better. And then after I do that about 9:25 guess who calls all of the sudden! No thanks, worst service ever!

We have been using BJ's tire in Westminster for over 20 years for the tire service and a propane refills.We have always been satisfied with the level of service and pricing.For the tire, we always buy it with a road hazard warranty and they do help out in the long run.

Mike, the tire tech is a great guy. Amani(I hope I remembered her name) Was also very helpful. They fit me in to a day where they didn t have any time on paper. Going back for my girlfriends tire soon as well. Great people.

We had all new tires put on both of our vehicles at this location on 5/11. There was only one guy working, doing everything by himself, and he was so nice. I was late to the appointment for my first vehicle due to some stressful things totally out of my control and I rushed to get there and was apologizing and he very kindly reassured me it was totally okay and not to worry about it. I also ran back to the tire center after leaving my van with him because I forgot to ask him to please keep two of the tires for me and he was totally fine with it, and because he had started taking them off, he happened to notice that we had just replaced quite a few suspension parts on the front end, and asked me about it. When I confirmed, he asked if I had gotten an alignment (I hadn t yet, but I assured him that the alignment appointment was scheduled for right after the tires on the same day) and let me know that he was just checking because you should always get an alignment after having any suspension work done.This might not seem like a big deal, but I actually think that many people absolutely do not know this, and it s extremely important. While I did know this at the time, it was very new knowledge to me at 36yrs old and when I learned of it, I was so surprised and honestly kind of upset because despite having had plenty of suspension work done on my vehicle in the past, or bringing it in for other work after doing suspension work to it ourselves, I have NEVER been told this by any mechanic or other professionals in the field. I only found out by chance while doing independent research on other vehicle related things. It seems obvious, but it s really not. It s just nice to me that someone is looking out for people.The time slot I scheduled our second vehicle also happened to be booked with quite a few people at the same time, and he called us personally to see if we d like to come in sooner so that we wouldn t have to deal with all that. I know it helped him out as well, but we really appreciated that we didn t get stuck spending our time that way.The tire install also seems great, tires are great, and we haven t had any problems at all (it s currently 5/27 as I type this). Hopefully the BJs higher ups treat this guy right.

My husband had a fantastic experience getting our cars tires changed here. Mike was the associate who worked on our car. He stayed late to finish getting the tires done and we were extremely impress with the level of service.

Walked in and stood for 5 minutes before someone poked head in from service area and asked what I wanted. I said new tires. He literally sighed and put his head down like it was a chore. IT S A TIRE STORE! Left immediately
