After reading the reviews, I was so happy to find Beck's. Sadly, it was very short lived. I called to make an appointment only to find that Beck's is not a body shop, it is a "collision only"!! In other words, if you, like me, are looking for a one stop body shop that will repair all your vehicle's body needs - collision and rust - Beck's is not the place. Their rep stated that they will not do rust repairs. It's not as profitable as collision work so they will not do it. Perhaps they should rename themselves Beck's Collision Only Shop :(

I recently had an unexpected encounter with nature in the form of a massive tree falling on my beloved 2015 Toyota Tundra. The result? A whopping $10,000 worth of damage that had my heart sinking. To make matters even more challenging, my insurance refused to declare it a total loss. With a heavy heart and a damaged truck, I was presented with a list of partner auto body shops, and after a bit of research, I decided to place my trust in Beck's Auto Body, a decision I would come to cherish.One of the most striking aspects of my experience with Beck's Auto Body was their impeccable efficiency. They promised to complete the repairs within a specific timeframe that aligned with my rental car reservation, and they delivered on that promise, finishing the extensive work in what felt like a blink of an eye approximately 45 days. That level of punctuality, especially with a job of this magnitude, was truly impressive.Now, let's talk about the results. When I finally got my truck back, I was rendered speechless. It was not just a repair; it was a complete restoration. I should mention that I have a discerning eye, particularly due to my involvement in detail-oriented work. Yet, when I examined every inch of my vehicle, I couldn't find a single fault. The clear coat was flawless, and every panel had been meticulously attended to. Beck's Auto Body had turned my damaged Tundra into a pristine masterpiece.Of course, perfection is a moving target, and after a few weeks, I started to notice what most would consider minuscule imperfections in the clear coat. I hesitated at first but ultimately decided to address these issues with the team at Beck's. To my delight, they didn't hesitate for a moment. Not only did they promptly fix the minor imperfections, but they also went above and beyond, replacing all the pinstriping on my entire truck a service that was not even part of the initial repair agreement. This level of customer service and dedication to ensuring complete satisfaction is truly rare in the auto repair industry.We did encounter a minor hiccup when it came to ordering my replacement tonneau cover for the truck bed, including a backorder issue and an incorrect bed size. However, the true testament to Beck's Auto Body's commitment to customer satisfaction was demonstrated in how they handled this situation. The owner took it upon himself to make things right. Not only did he promptly order the correct cover, but he also accommodated my personal circumstances, including a surgery and a year-long hiatus in communication. This level of understanding and willingness to go the extra mile is what sets Beck's Auto Body apart.And then, the following year, another unfortunate incident occurred when a strong windstorm caused some debris to strike my spouse's car, resulting in $3,000 worth of damage. Without a moment's hesitation, we knew exactly where to turn for repairs Beck's Auto Body.Dealing with the owner, Kenny Beck, was truly graceful. However, it was also weirdly awkward for me because my name is also Kenny. Lol! This amusing coincidence added a unique touch to the overall experience.In conclusion, Beck's Auto Body is nothing short of exceptional. From their prompt and high-quality repairs to their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, they have set a standard that is unparalleled. Honestly this place has been a saving grace. Kenny Beck and his team has worked on my cars when I got hit before. Accidents can be really stressful but Kenny Beck made sure my car looked in tip top shape and has made sure I m 100% satisfied. Plus they get the cars looking and smelling so clean when you get your car back. You d be a fool not to go here for any body shop work done on your vehicle.

They are always going to be busy, but it's because they're so good at what they do. They do honest, solid work at the best price possible and will do their best for you on timing if they can. I really appreciate knowing I can trust them every time.

They did great work and I could not be more pleased! They are always honest & fair. I have used them multiple times in the past and being in the military & deployed from Texas often I chose wait to take leave to get my car repairs done because I trusted no one more. They are wonderful, 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Fantastic customer service, they really care and are wonderful people to do business with. My car was T-boned recently and they got her fully fixed and looking brand new in a month. Which is very impressive with the delays in parts delivery due to covid. Matching paint is very difficult. I and my friends could not find any difference between the original and the repaired part. My wife is a perfectionist and she loved Beck s work. Beck s Body Shop is amazing! Kenny is super trustworthy and honest which is hard to find in the auto service industry. I ve been going here for years to have various services performed and they always do a great job! Their schedule is normally booked out a couple weeks but it s worth the wait. During this last service they replaced my windshield wipers free of charge (and without me having to ask) and I desperately needed them! Highly recommend

The customer service was exceptional as was the work that I received. My car was done one day earlier than expected. All of my insurance information was taken care of by the body shop so I didn t have to do any of that thankfully. When I picked my car up it was in pristine condition and it looked brand new. I recently had my front bumper, hood and grille repaired/replaced and painted here on my Volvo S60. Extremely satisfied with the work they did, the time frame in which the work was done despite being busy, and the accuracy of the price estimate. Super friendly and helpful customer service. The inside of my car was cleaned out as well. Very honest/trustworthy; I had lost a Christmas card with $50 cash inside in my car which they had found and left in my cup holder for me. I will be sure to return here if I ever need body work done again and have recommended this location to my family and friends.

Beck's Body Shop did an incredible job with the repairs to my vehicle. I brought it in on Tuesday and it was ready for me to pick up by Friday. Not only did they have quick service, but they also had my vehicle clean from the inside out when it was picked up. I am so impressed with their service and would highly recommend Beck's Body Shop.

I only trust Beck's with my vehicles for all body repair. Kenny Beck is highly professional, knows his trade, and a good moral character. His price and time estimates are always on point . They even vacuumed inside and cleaned my seats in addition to washing it. You will not be disappointed.

Beck's Body Shop is a little bit hidden in Westminster, but once you find it, it's a gem! Kenny went to great lengths to meet me for the initial dropoff of the car after hours, even waiting for me to dig my car out of ice for 45 minutes. In addition, he kept me informed about the progress of my repairs, and he gave me clear and consistent information regarding the cost and time of completion. In fact, my car was finished a day earlier than anticipated. When I picked up my car, Kenny went out and inspected it with me. He had washed it, and it looked beautiful. I'll definitely be returning to Beck's Body Shop if I need any more work done, and I absolutely recommend it.

Kenny and his team have been doing our family's cars and trucks body work for over a decade. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else! Their well priced, and your car will be ready on time. Excellent service.

The work they did on my Toyota Sienna was so impressive. I had a bad front end accident where I thought the car may of been totalled.When I got it back it looked brand new the work was amazing!. I would definitely recommend Becks Body Shop in Westminster.

A+ work from Becks. Paint color matched perfectly and while another shop said the dented panel needed replaced, they were able to repair the panel without replacing.

after filing a complaint on Gieco and wishing i never took my car to Rons automotive, i came here. Kenny and his crew were very helpful and i got my car back looking brand new. very glad i came here instead
