I've used BSC twice now. Not only is their service superb and friendly; but they are honest and accommodating. The tires I bought for other car were best pricing around and the tire repair I got recently was same day! I was blown away and thought for sure I'd have to make an appt, but they worked me in. Now that shows me they care about their customers! Thanks BSC. You always provide stellar service!

I have a 2011 Ford pick up that shift down to lower gear in the highway .I took it to the dealer here in Baltimore City . They told me I have to replace the transmission or I have a problem that s going to close to me over $2000!?!.Friday, April 28 my job took me to deliver Parts to Barnes Service Center My signal lights were not working at the time so I asked the technician if I can get my signal checked out by the computer and for my surprise they solve not only the signal problem, but they solve the transmission problem that was to cost me according to the dealers over $2000 for just $34 they fix my problemI recommend this place for people who are looking for good customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and honest people who are very rare in this industry todayMy appreciation and I am very grateful to them for solving my problem with very few dollars. I have taken my garden tractor tires there twice now, make it three times today to fix an oopsies of mine. They mount them fast and cheap, and do a quality job. They also care about the customer, and treat your stuff with respect.I was putting wheel weights on my brand new carlisle tru powers and crushed the valve stem or something. Rushed over there and they made sure it was done in less than 20 minutes, and done right! It was leaking air fast but now she holds good! Nothing but good to say about barnes! I cannot think of anywhere I'd rather go, especially for the price, timeframe, and quality of service, plus them being 10 minutes away! They are cheaper than liberty discount, and I trust them more. They are also a lot closer than liberty!

I've been going to Barnes for three years and I've noticed a steep decline in their quality of service.On numerous occasions they have damaged my tires multiple times without notifying me first, and expected ME to pay for their mistakes. While I appreciate how nice the folks are there, it doesn't excuse the recklessness of the mechanics.Previously I had enjoyed Barnes because of their fast service and helpfulness; however, this has been tarnished by back to back damages to my vehicle. I have been afforded more careful service by places like WALMART for the same types of repairs.Don't go here if you care about an excellent and smooth experience.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

I had a great experience the first time I used Barnes! I spoke to Scotty each time I called in & I have never had better customer service! The second time, they had my car for about 2 weeks and I never got an update, I had to call in multiple times to figure out an update or when it would be ready. Overall it was a good experience and For everything I had done on my car, it was a fair price! Thank you, I will be returning when I need services.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Excellent service, will absolutely return when we need tires again. Had to order tires, 2 day turnaround (fast!), and an hour to install (also fast!). Friendly staff and great pricing on the tires (I internet searched pricing and Barnes was REALLY close with no haggling). Great job!

Terrific service. Been taking my car to them for years because my dad had been taking his cars there for years. Down-to-earth people who explain what's going on with your car the good and the bad. And if an issue arises they work with you on if you can wait until the next service to address it, or how they can work on it and save you some money. I feel completely comfortable letting them work on my car and they are very straightforward people. I recommend them to anybody.

I made an appointment (2 days in advance) at 9 AM to have tires put on my car because I was assured that was the best time for efficiency and it also fit into my schedule. I arrived on time and before they started working on my car I m told there is someone else that needs to get done before me. (They did not have an appointment.) I hope this was an important customer to Barnes because over the past 15 years I ve used them multiple times for MULTIPLE vehicles but after essentially being told someone else is more important than I they have lost my business in the future. That was unprofessional and drastically affected my work schedule. Usually I m a pretty understanding person but this situation definitely rubbed me the wrong way. The representative apologized but that does not help the extra 60+ minutes I had to wait. Then to top it off my brand new tires come out with the sidewall scuffed. See picture. I get all of my tires from here great prices and a great selection. Very friendly and accommodating. They do front end alignments and do a great job. The best deal in town. I highly recommend this place. I have a friend with a business and he takes all of his work trucks there for service and has for years. What does that tell you? They must do it right the first time. They have custom wheels and accessories. These guys are to notch they have been there as long as I can remember. The owner still works on the floor and is a top notch technician.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service that was done on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I can t positively comment enough on the work that was done, the transparency, the fairness, and the attention to my concerns. A special thanks to Howard for the outstanding job and to the kind gentleman that checked me out. Thank you to Barnes Service Center for the great service you have provided to my family and me for over 15 years! I know mistakes happen, but I can say that I ve never had a problem from Barnes Service Center. Can t say that for other places within the area. Thanks again!

Great first time experience with Barnes and I will be back. Rick worked on my truck, Scott, Ed and Matt helped me and they all could not have been any nicer. The work was done good and pricing was fair. The waiting room was nice, tv and fireplace kept me occupied. I will return!

My expectations were exceeded. My experience with this company for the second time was great. I was treated like family. Scott Knisely was very professional and knowledgeable. Scott took time to text me photos of tread patterns. I highly recommend Barnes Tire Service. Thank you Scott

Great service! My husband and I took our car in to the Barnes Service Center and had 2 coils replaced. A third one was acting up (not even 15 min after driving it home). We were upset, so we called them, they had us come back in, and only charged us for the parts. This is the first place that has ever been decent to us, and not tried to trick us. They were friendly, kind and really, really knowledgeable.Consider us regular customers.

We were in the area for a wedding and needed tire service. This place was recommended by a local family and the recommendation was appreciated. Staff was helpful, kind, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this place!! Knowing we had a long drive ahead of us with a faulty tire was adding stress to what should be a joyful time. Shout out to them for helping to eliminate that stressor.

Great service. Reasonable prices and quality tires. Very friendly and helpful. I typically buy all of my tires there now. I needed a tire that they were not able to get quickly from their supplier, so they told me which competitor call for quicker service!

I've been coming here for 10 years. They do great work and have never tried to upsell me or attempt to invent new work to do on my car (like some of the well known tire chains do). Pricing is fair and the work gets done quickly. I keep coming back, despite moving to Baltimore a few years ago.

Scott was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us excellent advice about tires for our car. The schedule was full, but he managed to "squeeze" us in and get the job done well before closing time.

This is not the Barnes they used to be. While I have been a long term repeat customer due to their pricing and service it is unlikely that I will continue to be. The quality of the service, the inability to repair things the first time and mostly the inability to have things done in a timely manner (with scheduled appointments) will have me taking my vehicles elsewhere in the future.

I just had 4 new Dunlop SP Sport Signature Tires installed here this morning. The staff was courteous and efficient. Their pricing is outstanding compared to all other tire dealers in the Westminster, MD area. Their prices were over $120 less than my next lowest quote and I was on my way in a little over an hour! I would highly recommend Barnes to anyone looking for a new set of tires who is fed up with doing business with the larger tire chain stores.

Awesome shop . Got my truck back 100% perfect! Very happy with the work and price , Kevin the mechanic and Scott at the front desk go above and beyond. This is my new shop from now on .
