I am not normally one to write a review, but this DD sucks - I wish I could give it negative stars. Its by far the worst DD I ve ever encountered in my life and if it was the only restaurant left in the USA I d fly to another country just to get something else. The service is awful, the wait time is awful, the orders are wrong more often than not, the food is packaged very sloppily, the store itself is not clean, and so on - it s been a terrible experience every time I ve been there which is about 8-10 times in total and 8-10 times too many.

I ve been here for 45 minutes. I order online and I showed it to the lady and she careless enough to told me she cannot find it and then I order again and show it to her and she still cannot find it and then I realized there is two order at the table. After my third order I paid cash and it was mine and she is careless enough to not even look, and that is the manager.

It's really oh my gosh. I guess she works alone.I m so annoying. I'm not coming here again. It's not nice. It's really bad manners. It's annoying to give a star. I'll call the headquarters and complain. She's not even qualified to work.This place is the worst. Customers come,wait and just leave. Isn't that too much? hire another employee again please!!!

I live five minutes away so I come here a lot but this is the LAST TIME! The food is either over cooked or under cooked. Most of the time the food taste like left overs that has been reheated. My sausage patty for my croissant (toasted to a crisp, why didn t they just toast another croissant instead of giving me a burnt one?), cheese sausage and egg sandwich was hard, I was in a rush and didn t have time to come back to complain about my order. At another date, I ordered a Texas toast bacon sandwich and the bacon was underdone. I would take a bite and have to pull because it was stringy like cheese. The managers the one that wears the colored shirts are never nice, never smile, never look happy to see you. The kids that work here however in the white T-shirts are very friendly and sweet I always hope I get them and not the management. Online ordering never works. My order is always made when I get there. I always felt like the management doesn t care but I toss it up as if they are a new business and having trouble getting it together. I ordered donut fries today and iced tea. The donut fries were dry and hard, NOT like it was fried and meant to be hard, more like heated again too high making it hard because all the moisture is gone . The tea had a funny taste and that s when I discovered that my lemon they gave was basically rotten. Now I m convinced they don t care. Lucky, there s another Dunkin nearby.

Not the best experience. My girlfriend and I stop here often and most times it s not great. For once her ice coffee came out sweet little more then she likes but way better then getting where she barely likes it. The wraps come out over or under cooked this time it was under. And from the pictures you can see how my coffee turned out... I recommend quality over covenant

Earlier this week my boyfriend went into the West Friendship Dunkin to get some coffee while he was on his way to work. He is a FIRST RESPONDER (we both are actually) and when he walked in he forgot his mask, well the employee behind the counter refused to serve him because he didn't have a mask on. So he went back out to hhhmmmm is car and got his mask. However the said employees didn't have a mask on. She was sitting by the drive thru area on her phone without a mask. So if the new "law" is that everyone who wants to be served is required to have a mask.on shouldn't the employees have one on too? Also, apparently she wasn't there to work but to only make coffee for herself and her friend that was sitting in her car. I'm sorry but if your not there to work then why as re you behind the counter and sitting in the drive thru area?

Waited 20minutes for 2 lg frozen hot chocolate s an a cappuccino-recieved 1 frozen hot chocolate and a half cup of cappuccino, went back an they made the frozen hot chocolate but did not mix it - the white shirt manager , was about inpresing his friend than get an order right, I feel bad for the poor new guy not get the one one training he deserves . They are not even busy! So disposed in this Duncan ! No stars for service

I stopped for sandwich, sweet tea, and chocolate chip muffin. I got the 1st 2 but I was given blueberry instead of what I ordered. Lucky for for you I like blueberry too. What I don't like was that I wasn't told about availability of my first choice and not asked what I would like instead.

This is the worst Dunkin I ve been to ever. Rashaan needs an attitude adjustment and some training. How you don t know what light and sweet coffee is? I was going to order more while in the drive thru but instantly changed my mind due to the customer service.

Big fan of Dunkin' but this location is one of the worst. Service is always slow and employees are rude but they have higher prices compared to other locations. How do you never have orders ready and then miss items from order on top?

Jose the manager is working to get this store back in shape after some staffing issues. The staff that is there is courteous and polite. they are working to get people through the line quickly and efficiently and back on our way to work. They are happy to see us each day and offer service with a smile.

I'm writing this review not because I had the best service but because of the person who waited on me, on Saturday I went to the West Friendship Dunkin Donuts there was only one person working her name was Juliet, I think she is the manager she did an absolutely phenomenal job taking care of the inside and the drive-thru at the same time. Her spirit was high she kept a smile on her face the whole time One customer even offered her a job at his business because of her professionalism and her hard work. I felt bad for her because she was doing all of this on our own this Duncan is a great Duncan and a good location but it's always short-staffed. They need to find 2 more people like Juliet and they'll be fine.

Had an outstanding experience at this location today. Received exceptional service from Brittany who went out of her way to assist and expedite an order after an error on my end with a mobile order. She was polite, accommodating and friendly. The entire team was engaged and professional.

I visited dunkin donuts in west friendship today at around 6:00. The staff was EXTREMELY rude. There was a black lady with fake eyelash extensions who wouldn t stop showing her attitude. We went in the drive through and waited around 5 minutes until the lady answered. All we asked was if they have glazed donuts, and she refused to tell us. She said we had to come inside and look ourselves, she literally said she won t take our order at the window. Then I had to go inside and give my order and everything. I told her I wanted 6 donuts and she put them in the box and pushed (kinda shoved) the box towards us, and it almost fell on the ground. I payed her with cash and I got one penny back for change, she left it on the countertop near her side, which I told her she could keep, printed my receipt, ripped it, threw it away and said That s it . I don t know if she was racist or what problem she had with us, it was quite disappointing and disgusting. No one should be treated this way.

The past several months have been absolutely terrible here. Not quite sure what happened. The staff is unfriendly (aka rude) and SLOW! I end up placing my pick up order 25 minutes before I arrive and yet 95% of the time it is wrong, missing something, or not even started at all. I have had to leave without our order quite a few times to get to work on time or my son to school on time. When I asked to speak with a manager, there was not one there and I was never contacted. Do yourself a favor and take your order to the next Dunkin down the road.

Had very poor service this morning. There were two people ahead of me and 5 employees working. Not one employee came to take the orders of the people in front of me. The customer who was at the counter finally just walked out and yet still no one came to take the order of the next customer. He finally spoke up and asked if anyone was going to take his order. I think it was the manager who came up to and explained to hi. That they were busy serving the drive thru and people who ordered online. The explanation made absolutely no sense. It seems they were putting the drive thru and online orders ahead of the people who walked into the shop. When it was finally my turn I ordered a half dozen donuts a coffee and a soda; paid and went to the pickup counter to wait for my coffee. The next lady ordered and she got her coffee before me. Finally had to speak up and ask for my coffee. Seems that they need to put one person working the window, one person working the counter and have the other three getting orders ready. Very poorly run today. Total time for a cup of coffee, a half dozen donuts and a soda was 22 minutes.

By far, the worst DD in the area. I had stopped going to this location (even though it s 2 miles from my house) because the service is awful. Made the mistake of stopping today. Figured at 10am the service couldn t be bad. Wrong.One other customer ahead of me in the drive-thru. I had placed a mobile order, and informed the person taking orders.Nope. Wasn t even acknowledged when I pulled up to the window. 30 seconds later, a woman asked what she could get for me. Seriously? I m literally the only customer.Manager leaning on the counter, playing on his phone gave me attitude. I gave it right back. Never again. The Clarksville DD has far better service. Worth the drive.

Ridiculously long wait in the drive through, at the ordering spot and at the window. They order taker left us sitting at the menu board unattended for nearly 5 mins. They couldn't tell us what bagels they had and when we got to the window got the order wrong. Said the have a nice day, before returning my card, and I had to ask for it back.

Stopped here on a Sunday morning. I used the app to order ahead. The order wasn t ready when I got there and when I did get it, it was incorrect. At any other location I would have pointed this out but here the manager was clearly being short-tempered with young staff who seemed to be training and treating them very unkindly. I could feel their anxiety and misery. This whole scene made me and my partner very uncomfortable! Scary cursed suburban Dunkin.
