Honestly, I m had a few problems with Toyota Waldorf in general. I didn t notice this until I came home the same day of picking up and I said F it I m not going to say anything BUT it s really bothering me. Overall, I m so glad the bumper is secure but now I have a dent on the right side of my car and scuff marks on the left side and what is this light on for?! I know for a fact neither was there at first because I have pictures but I feel like I m complaining. It s been a weekend since the ordeal and I don t know what to say or do smh.

This place is the absolute worst. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I have been waiting to get my car back for almost a month and all they are suppose to be doing is putting tires and rim . No one ever calls you back and you literally have to get upper management to get a response back. If I could give them negative stars I would!

Lisa at Waldorf Collision center Is awesome. She kept me informed of my vehicle and she returns phones calls. I had something on front grill of my vehicle. I called her and explain to her what it was. She ask me to bring it in and she took a look and had her tech to take care of the issue.She so compassionate and very understanding.Thank you Lisa for help.

This is a radar image of the storm that produced hail up to the size of golf balls in Prince Frederick that hit my car. You may see a duplicate review from me but it only underlines the fact that I m really happy with Tim and his staff at Waldorf collision center.This is one of the fastest turnarounds on bodywork I ve ever had and they did an excellent job and always kept me informed don t hesitate to go and use Tim and his staff thank you Tim!

The collision center does great work and provides decent service. But I would not have my Toyota serviced at Waldorf Toyota. They are crooks and outright dishonest! I took my car in for a diagnostic and they told me that I needed a new hybrid transmission, nearly $8K in work. I asked the service rep if they were able to start the car and they said yes, but when I get there it would not start. I come back and wait hours to get someone to jump the car, because the rep said they would send a tech and no one came. I come back again and they finally get a tech with a portable Jumpstart tool that was obviously not charged so of course it would NOT start. I come back again and meet a tow company there to tow it. The tow company had a portable Jumpstart tool and the car started up immediately after having sat over two months. In the end, I only needed a startup battery which was a little over $300. I got another diagnostic elsewhere after replacing the battery and there were no issues or codes. I will never take my car to Waldorf Toyota ever again!

POOR overall, most important point is at the bottom of this review..Liaison is established there, and is always extremely professional and pleasant. Very poor service provision again, over 3.5 hours for a second time for a routine mileage service, last service visit earlier in the year was the same. No concern for customers time even when you have taken the time to make an appointment! Still waiting on a call from the manager, now 2 weeks later.Concerns expressed at vehicle pick up.No service survey received that I have seen!Courtesy driver did not wear his mask the whole drive home, it was on his neck, clearly no regard for customer safety, customers wore masks appropriately!I found another way back to pick my vehicle up!

This was my first experience dealing with the collision center (I normally only deal with the service center) after getting rear ended in my Toyota that I had recently purchased at Waldorf Toyota and my experience was just amazing. Not only were they able to get an estimate together to send to the company whose vehicle rear ended me, but they were also very good at communicating with me what damage they found behind the visual damage. They also were willing to listen to any concerns I had and help me through the process of getting the repairs done. They really stressed that they initially would need two weeks to get the work done, as they wanted to make sure that they did the job right and did not do a rush job on my vehicle. They were also very helpful with communicating with the company paying for the repairs after getting rear ended so that the payment could get taken care of. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I am certainly going to take my vehicle to them if I ever need to have repairs done at a collision center in the future.

Truthfully speaking I hate to be honest when it comes down to a collision center for a place where I will possibly return to get another car worked on. But I took my car to this Center after having a small Collision on the driver side of my car they did a pretty good job. There is some tweaking needed and I did receive a call from them asking how I like the work and my response was that I was okay with it but there was a few things that I think should have been attended to but it wasn't. I advised the caller as well as the service manager that the window that used to automatically go up does not do it anymore I don't know why they worked on the window because that door was not part of the accident but they did. I further advised them that the joints were firmly together and it's still like that. Also told them that the battery started going dead after the accident and they made me pay for a new battery instead of replacing it and charge it Insurance Company. And lastly my front end became weekend after the accident which occurred on my driver's side of the car. It is still weekend and they didn't invite me back to have further repair so I didn't go back because I know how it is also a person doesn't want to work on your car. I think they should take more care for their customers and consider having someone check on the work after it's done because some of the things that were found to be wrong if I as a Layman founded surely they could have.

They do a fine job in repairs, however the times that I used them, their customer service wasn't very good. The second time I had to drop off my truck for a dealer recall, I got it back a week later with damage to my rear bumper. It was evident that someone had used my truck to incorrectly tow something. I don't have a trailer hitch, but the bumper has a place for one. Someone had obviously put something in the joke, and something on either side, that damaged the bumper. They claimed that they knew nothing about it.

Always friendly & helpful & with a very comfortable & roomy waiting room with nice tv's & plenty of outlets to charge your phone etc. Also has a nice little area for kids with a tv as well. Will provide a shuttle if you need it but I have yet to take advantage of this service. Sometimes the wait can be longer then you anticipate but they do there best to male you comfortable. Thanks Toyota of Waldorf.

I took my car to the collision center for repairs. All employees are professional and helpful. The work on my car was done in a timely manner. I Highly recommend you go here if you need any body work done. Thank you to Speedy, Sarah, Missy, Antulio, and Tim.

Do not use this body shop. Clear coat failing after a few years. "Manager refuses to honor "lifetime " warranty.Update: They didn't contact me like their comment suggested. Issue is not resloved.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst experience ever had my 2014 Camaro front bumper fix here took them two weeks to put on a simple bumper on. When I get my vehicle back after they lied multiple times on when I will receive my vehicle over the phone and giving me false information on parts that are on its way. I had to also contact them about my vehicle, not them contacting me found out they ordered a wrong bumper.After getting my vehicle after being mistreated my heat shield under my car near my exhaust is missing two bolts which now making a rattling noise , three sratches and chip in the paint on the passenger door (how they get scratches on there when they where working on front bumper???) also my passenger mirror housing is damaged. They took the payment so basically I paid they to damage my vehicle. Furious ,miss treated as a military member.

They are the slowest group I have ever met in terms of getting estimates done and repairs started. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks before repairs were started. I'm on week 6 and my vehicle still hasn't been completed.

Disappointing experience. Went in for recall of air bags and pretensioners. Sensor showing "in inventory" actually wasn't. Has been ordered and I have to go back again. Usually have a good experience...

The ladies at the collision counter are good at ignoring you, until they are ready? Clean waiting room. My appointment was ON TIME, I was in and out in less than 25 minutes with my estimate.

Top notch service. .. and, the off chance that they don't get it right, they work very hard the make the proper corrections. I don't use any other shop for my collision repairs.!
