A week ago I got a new car a 2022 ford escape. It s spacious and roomy. My dealer was Craig Townsend and he was very professional and got everything that I wanted in a vehicle and more. I ll definitely remember this experience. Craig went far and beyond to get me what I wanted.

Bought a 2019 Dodge Ram. Great to see they did an oil change on the truck, but shocked to see the air filter had not been replaced (or even checked). It would have been nice if there were some disclosures on what was wrong with the truck, such as rust issues, areas that were touched up, etc. Happy they convinced me to buy an extended warranty, but their options are confusing and and would have appreciated a more straightforward - "We strongly suggest this option, the other options are nice-to-haves."

On March 31st, my husband and I had the most pleasant experience at Waldorf Ford. Our sales representative was David Orellana. We had viewed our truck online, sent an inquiry via email and within 1 minute (literally 1minute) Davis was calling us and asked when we wanted to test drive the truck. The dealership was closing at 5 pm that day. We did not get there until 3 pm. Upon arrival to the dealership, our truck was sitting in the second parking space as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. We got out of our vehicle and walked over to the truck. David unlocked the truck from inside the dealership and allowed us to take time to view the truck without any pressure. He came out shortly after, introduced himself, allowed us to test drive it and the rest is history. We are the very satisfied owners of our new Ford Explorer ST. I would recommend going straight to David if you are looking for a vehicle. He was AMAZING from start to finish even in the rain!!!Sincerely,K. Scott

Purchased my first car here and it s been around two weeks and everything is great! I really recommend this dealer, the staff are wonderful and not pushy at all. Pouya assisted us and he was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The environment is very welcoming and the staff interact with each other as they are family. I would look no further if you are trying to purchase a new or used car!

Had a great experience buying my wife s new explorer at this dealership. Very low pressure buying process and a pleasant staff. Eric, my salesman was super helpful and nice to work with. Demarco in finance was also great. Highly recommend this dealership.

I'm blown away by the exceptional service I received today from Waldorf Ford! Despite accidentally receiving the wrong part, they went above and beyond to deliver the correct water pump to my house within 45 minutes of my call. That's truly outstanding customer care!

Sales team seemed a bit understaffed as there were only 2 people working them, so that made it take a little longer. However, Diante (spelling) was very nice and courteous. Only real complaint is that they said they were going to fill the gas tank and only put a quarter tank in it. I love the truck though, it was a great find and the price was reasonable. -Chris

John Paul and the finance team at Waldorf Ford were absolutely wonderful! It's been several years since I've purchased a new vehicle and they made everything so easy and seamless. I felt well taken care of by everyone there and am so happy with our new Honda Pilot! A perfect SUV for our growing family. Thanks to John for his efforts during a busy holiday season to get us in a car that was the perfect fit for us! I'd recommend this location and their team a thousand times over!

very bad experience, after I purchase the first truck 2023 was very nice purchase, they at that time treatment with respect.BUT NOW Hector Rodriguez and LEO lie to me they said you take the car today and car was not inspected Monday 4/1/2024 so I ask the question went this car will be ready Hector said Tuesday, I look him and I said not this car need body work you need get done etc. and is not event inspected my BIG problem I trust this guys back and forward and they treatment like trash today 4/4/2024 I been ask for update , HECTOR , if I don't text ,they never text me it all, so they said could Saturday, is went the car final will give to us as today not sure what will happens IM stupid to trust and people you think they will help you, so BECAREFULL with HECTOR RODRIGUEZ this so bad, you can't use FORD brand to sell use cars and treat the people like trash

Purchased a new to me f150 from here on February 26, I really have to say the process was pretty straight forward I told my salesman David where I needed to be on my trade vs the 150, and it was pretty much instant. Walked up came right back to my number. There was no run arounds or anything. I did also leave something in my trade that actually just arrived by mail today. 10/10 would definitely make the 4 hour trip to see David and purchase another car here.

I purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick at Waldorf Ford on 02/24/24 and the process went very well. The sales, manager and finance people were all professional. I have brought several vehicles during my lifetime and this was less stressful than any of my previous purchases

Visited Waldorf Ford and did not know what to expect. Let me tell you, this was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had, and I bought alot of cars. My Ford Bronco is outstanding, I love her and she is now a week old off the lot. Sales Reps Deonta` and Jacob were excellent. 5 stars for Deonta` closing the deal on a meticulous customer! My wife and I really felt comfortable with Finance Manger, Demarco explaining all the details of our options. A++ to the entire team including Manager Donald for coming over to speak with us and clarifying our concerns. I appreciate all your help and will definitely recommend this location to my fellow colleagues who want to join the Bronco family!! Thanks again!! The Roberts Family

I was due to drop off my truck for service was told 3 weeks ago that a loaner/ rental from enterprise would be arranged. I called today the day before and they tell me that isn't the case and that I would have to pay for it then submit a claim to get reimbursed for the money. I own a business and rearranged my day completely due to the misinformation I was given and now have to find another dealership to go to I will never return to waldorf ford for anything I have 9 trucks at the co I own and will never return to them for business. Giving out misinformation isn't good for business

Highly recommend Waldorf Ford! The customer service was absolutely top tier. Eric and Leo in particular really made my experience great. The paperwork was a breeze and communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

I have a transportation company. I have been in business for 17 years and as you can imagine I have leased and purchased many vehicles. This was one of the most horrific experiences I have ever had! The finance director was unresponsive to my equipment finance company. He took forever to send documents and only after I personally intervened and requested. The sales guy, Eric, was accomodating. He tried his hardest to ensure I was satisfied. I was not even going to buy this van because it had so many dings but they agreed to repair them and repaint. The did a good job there. Then the van was missing a headrest and side seat cover over the seatbelt. They did order that and I finally got it weeks after I funded the vehicle. My biggest complaint is that my van was not ready for delivery after my finance company funded the deal and my first payment was due and I had not taken delivery of the vehicle because of the missing equipment. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from Waldorf Ford!

I really love the honest and open experience I had while working with Sales Consultant Rocco Hughes, to purchase my beautiful Ford Bronco. Rocco was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and very patient. Rocco pointed me in the direction to the exact vehicle I had been looking for at other dealerships. He also gave me an overview of all the options and explained how to use them. Working with Rocco really was like walking a red carpet to my dream car. He did all the work. Thank you Rocco for walking me throughout the whole process and so patiently.

Last week I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from here. What an awesome experience I called ahead to look at the vehicle and Hector kept in communication with me to make sure it was ready for my appointment. Asley was super helpful in getting the paperwork ready and offering me top dollar for my trade (and she was super pleasant to work with). Lastly Leo made the closing documents so simple and easy. What a great team. If you are looking for a no-hassle, no-nonsense buying experience, this is it. Next time I m going straight to these guys first.

My wife and I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer from this dealership yesterday. Our dealer was Elijah Stepney. He was very professional, knowledgable and had a great personality. We did not feel rushed nor did he make us feel like we had to settle quickly on one vehicle. We highly recommend Elijah at Waldorf Ford for your next vehicle purchase! 10/10 Experience!!

We came into Waldorf Ford a couple Saturday's ago after seeing a car we liked online. Our salesman, Dontez Naves was such a pleasure. He was knowledgeable,kind, helpful, funny and moved things along as quickly as he could. Dontez, also our fiance guy and the whole experience was fantastic.

Such an easy experience. Dontez was a ton of fun to work, knowledgable, and very respectful of our time. Buying a new car is never a quick experience but he coordinated the appraisal of my trade and what I was looking for in my new vehicle efficiently. I had come with financing from my bank but Serdar was able to beat the already great rate I had. No hard sells, no pressure. Just nice friendly people helping me get a new ride.

Real sketchy crew here should have seen the red flag when the people listed on the site didn't line up with anyone on the floor and no one had business cards or extensions. They overly complicated our deal and then gave me the classic runaround when trying to hold them accountable. I've been waiting for a "call back from the sales manager/finance manager" for weeks to tie up some minor loose ends, wasting tons of time. Not worth the hassle stay far away from this dealership.

Sales Rep Shulvo was great, communicated often and worked really hard to win my business. Unfortunately, the out-the-door price provided via text changed after I arrived at the dealership...womp womp! So I became a victim of the old "bait & switch" routine. Caveat emptor...buyer beware!!

Came in to find a new vehicle and Dontez was the first person to greet me and assistme to find a car in my budget. He made the process very smooth and easy and also had great conversations. Dontez had an outstanding personality that made me and wife have a complete BLAST the whole time. He is very smart and very knowledgeable on his product information. He made sure me and my wife was taking care of even though he was working with numerous customers I still felt like I was VIP. He was so pressure free and so understanding,I m really not a fan of the car buying experience but he made it really enjoyable and entertaining with his CRAZY jokes! Thanks again Waldorf Ford for everything and thanks again Dontez if you see this! :)
