This was the best experience that I ve had. They installed a hitch w/wiring for me. I was able to get in immediately. The service took no more than an hour and the price was great! Rob was a pleasure to work with and was so professional and informative!

Absolutely the Best!!! Stopped by the get the electric connection to my vehicle added since the previous owner did not include it. They did it in record time and the quality of the work was excellent. I have been wanting a trailer for a long time and Rob helped me pick what would work for me. I came back the next day and left with my brand new trailer. I really cannot thank Rob enough but the entire staff there was just great. They went over all the features of the trailer and made sure I was good to go. There is a reason why this place has such great reviews, stop by and chat with the staff and you will clearly see why. Thanks again!!

My family needed an appraisal for 3 trailers for an estate. Truck'n America was the only place we found locally that could provide the service. Rob was very helpful, professional and able to provide the appraisals. Very pleased with their service and would return in the future.

From the first phone call checking on inventory to hitching up a new cargo trailer, Ed was top notch. Within 5 minutes of that call Ed sent me multiple pics of the trailer and enough for me to call back and put a hold on it. At purchase he was responsive, thorough and quick. Though I live an hour away from Waldorf, I will continue to use Truck n America for my trailer needs.

I brought my trailer in for a simple tail light replacement and the guys went well above and beyond by repairing the other lights and wiring issues they found while doing the replacement to get it back on the road. They did it for a very fair price and it was done quickly!!

Purchased a new tonneau cover for my 2020 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. My appointment was at 10:00 but arrived 30 minutes early and they too me in within 5 minutes and were finished in last than an hour. They also installed my new tail gate spoiler. They provided awesome and curious service. Definitely a five star crew.

This place is fantastic. Great and I mean Great customer service. Knowledgeable employees, take the time to explain in detail of the problem and the work that's required. Reasonable prices, clean facilities and no time is wasted when you show up for an appointment. They have DEFINITELY earned the right to preform work on my truck. So, on 9/8/2022 I brought my 21 Silverado back for them to repair my air horn again. When I get there to pick it up, I see a nasty dent on my truck that goes down to metal. I inform the staff and they go around and around and finally they take responsibility for it. It s now November and still nothing, I don t recommend this shop at all if, you value your vehicles and you re looking for a shop with integrity.

Had a problem with my new tires that I purchased from another place..Mr. Kelly came out, looked at the problem, have it fixed within 15 mins..great service, I highly recommend them

I would absolutely NOT recommend engaging with Truck N America Waldorf. Rob, the store manager is extremely rude and condescending. Several members of my team had the same experience in working with him both in person and via phone. Every mistake was blamed on LEER, the manufacturer.Mistakes happen. I'd never expect to be yelled at over the phone by a vendor, let alone a store manager.Avoid these folks at all costs. We were about to switch our fleet needs to them but will not be now.

Rob was awesome and found the part we needed after vandals attempted to steal my hub off of my trailer. Originally bought the trailer here as well and they went over and beyond. I 100 percent recommended!! Thank you again Rob you are a lifesaver.

This was my best customer service experience ever. I've dealing with the Waldorf branch since February waiting on a cap that I had to reorder from a car accident. Doug and other staff members are knowledgeable and experienced. This was my 1st truck purchase and they made recommendations about what I was interested in. As far as running boards, lights, Faber glass caps etc. I even had to remove all the accessories and put on a another truck 2 weeks later. I appreciate the staff and much respect to the entire store employees because they have all helped me 1 way or another. Great experience
