The service was excellent. I dealt with John before I came to the establishment and then upon my arrival. It was nice to build a rapport with one person. They did not press me about other issues with the car and followed specific directions (one window does not roll up all the time so I advised them not to mess with the windows). They took my car back within 5 minutes and I was leaving with new tires within 20 minutes.

If I could give a zero I would. I was there in January 2024. For tires, got 4 new ones. I was told that my sensors needed to be replaced. I paid for 4 new sensors. Since then the sensor light has been going on and off. It is now February! I took my car in on February 14th. After listening to the guy at the front desk scold me, like I didn t know what I was talking about. He took my keys and for 2 unreasonable hours. After I began to look for my car, it was parked outside. No one told me it was ready. No one at the front desk. Then finally the guy at the front desk showed up, and seemed to be annoyed. When I said is my car finished, I see it outside? He said your air in the tires was down to 30 is should be 32 we put air in your tires and cleared the sensors. It s on the door!. He said it like he was scolding me. If the air is down Mr. Tire didn t put enough air in. However, this morning the sensor light is back on. I guess I need to contact Corporate to get it fixed.

Manager Orester was unprofessional and degrading.All my tires are bought from you all. One of my tires had an unrepairable leak. Orester told me and I told him it's warrantied & he stated he had to verify. When he came back, he went into the computer & then started talking about money.I stated that you haven't told me my options yet. I need to know the brand you're replacing it with. He said I don't have to discuss anything with you. I told him yes you do. He beat the desk with his fist & said if you're doing warranty I don't have to explain anything.I asked him is that my car & my money or yours? I told him I'm not your child. I asked him can I purchase higher priced tire & he said yes. So then you need to discuss all my options & he said no I don't.The best manager was John.I found out my tire brand was discontinued & Orester lied about he had to get the same tire which meant he did need to discuss tire options. He also lied about my spare tire being checked because I helped the mechanic to find the tools to bring it down out of my lexus AFTER Orester stated it was already checked.Orester is not the type of manager you want representing your company.Orester wanted to charge me extra money to look at my spare tire even though he saw on my account that I bought it from Tires Plus in 2022.Another customer even told John Orester was wrong for how he spoke to me. I don't know if Orester was personally discriminating against me because he is Hispanic & I am a black woman, but his angry demeanor made his reaction seem personal instead of professional.

What a colossal waste of time to fill out an online form, stating what services you d like to have, come in, and have to reiterate that when checking in ,only to receive your invoice and notice services that were not completed. Since they email you the invoice now it s up to you to check and see what services were actually done. No one took the time To go over my services and recap my visit.On top of that, once I pointed it out I was told to have a seat and they ll pull my car up next only to be told about 20 minutes later that they won t be able to complete that service today. Extremely disappointed! Not the best use of my time.

Due to the negligence and sloven work ethic of the technician, I had a terrible visit. The technician did not secure the skid plate underneath the oil pan completely. As MY SON was driving home, the skid plate suddenly came loose as he was in front of a 50 passenger bus and started to bounce off of the ground and make sparks, forcing him to quickly dive off the road and almost crash. Fortunately for everyone involved, enough of the skid plate remained connected to the car to allow the car to return to the shop. When I got to the shop, what I came to find out was the manager was not concerned with the fault of one of his technicians and with no one else who needed help and only one other car in the shop. He remained at the computer for minutes after typing something that he deemed more important than the safety of a customer. They never stated if there was any damage as a result of their negligence and I was poorly compensated with a free oil change for the next visit. I want a refund.

I was very displeased with the service I got today. I had called in to let y'all know the problem of my vehicle which was the tire passenger side rear a nail in it couldn't get it out had my car for almost two and a half hours and you still needed my permission to remove the tire and then calls me my car is ready. I get there and it's a whole different ball game. I'm very very angry and disappointed that this place once again have not taken care of my situation dealing with this car issue. You got to do better than this and today was the worst and always have to send me somewhere else to do something that you all should be able to do and if not you need to hire people who'sequipped to fix your car especially a tire. I have been to this place plenty of times and got poor service lately.

My initial experience was pleasant. The service associate and the auto technician were very friendly and I was in and out in no time, (with a scheduled appointment). The cost was very reasonable and much less than the dealership quote for parts and labor.

Zobia is great! 5 starts isn't enough. She was knowledgeable and helpful, and had a great attitude even though it was super early in the morning. She was very welcoming and didn't get annoyed when I didn't know my tire size and had a bunch of questions. She deserves a raise! When/if I need tires I'll be back to this location.

Luigi provided false promises. I initially called to make an appointment and spoke with Luigi . But he was no where to be found. However this store did have an amazing employee that honestly should be a manager of this establishment, her name I believe was zobia? Great attitude and made my troubles a lot easier. Despite her being at the shop today with no help and swamped with clients, she did all she could to help me regardless of the appointment not being made when I initially contacted and spoke to Luigi. This place has potential but with the lack of support it will not succeed.

Two weeks ago I came to Tire Plus in Waldorf with a issue with one tire loosing air the technician Diagnosed the problem being the tires needed to be replace, they replace two tires and cost was $690 . The next day I check my vehicle and noticed that air was gone from this new tire that was just installed ,I took the vehicle back and they told me they Reseal the tire and if I lost air again the problem would be the rim that's the issue. The next notice the tire was flat again and took my vehicle to another shop and was informed the problem was not my rim but the tires that were put on wasn't seal .This shop seal my tires and I've not had a problem.I call and spoke with Adam the manager explained to him what my experience was with his shop looking to get some type of compensation, and he was not interested in taken responsibility After this experience I won't be given my business to TIRE Plus!

I reached out to Firestone to get my car aligned.They have one of the best deals going where you can get a lifetime of alignments for what it would cost to align your car 2 times elsewhere.The warranty is good for the life of the vehicle. Their machine was down. However, they did refer me to Tires Plus, which is a sister company, and I found out so is NTB. I went to Tires Plus, and they took care of me. Everything was done within a couple of hours. They were quite professional, and since they offer the same services as Firestone, i will probably start going to them regularly.

Timelines isn't their strong suit. Had an appointment at 11:00 am, showed up at 1030 am and my car has YET to be worked on after they said it would take 'tops an hour and a half' it's currently 2pm.Yikes.

With a coupon, I was able to get an affordable oil change. I would not have been able to afford an oil change without the coupon.

This guy put his hands on me I will never go there again I was going to get cops involved but it is not necessary I will never do business there again I hope you guys dont let his little kindness fool you again. He thinks us blacks dont know anything about our own cars. He is just a tire man to me. He doesn't know how to deal with real customers .

Originally thought this was one of the few businesses in Waldorf that offered good customer service but lately it's gone down hill. This is the 2nd time I've tried to schedule an appointment using their website but never get a response. When you call they say "don't see your request and we're booked"....but when were you going to tell me that? Sounds like they delete the appointment requests and keep it pushing. As the young lady on the phone said - there are several other locations in the area. There are also thousands of other businesses that I can frequent to fix my vehicle. Looks like I'll be canceling my account and looking elsewhere for my car needs.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Every time we go, they find 5 ways to run up our bill, and the next shop we go to say all of it was fine.Last time we went, we had a tire replaced. The tpms light started coming on within 24 hours. Now they say the tire rack is broken and want 2k to fix it. They want 2k to fix something THEY BROKE. Scam, scam, scammy. Take your car elsewhere.Edit: After calling to sort it out, we don't know why their Brandywine location told us the tire rod was causing the TPMS to go off. They fixed the tpms issue, but still say the tire rod needs replacing. Still irritating that they've managed to find a brand new expensive fix every time we go, but I bumped up the rating to admit this might not have been this stores fault.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I've been with Tire Plus for years and like a marriage there were some ups and downs but the problems were little and corrected. I've had more good times than bad cause things do happen but the work is great and it does get done. Guess what? I am still with them, their management is outstanding no matter what problem you have with them. Time heals every womb, so let's be patient, they know their job better than us. It would take us even longer because we're not trained.

My experience with Tire Plus this particular Tire Plus, on Smallwood Drive, it's always a Positive one. I'm always well taken care of by the manager Ms Erica K. And the turnaround time is always good. I was there at 3 and was out by 4 p.m. yesterday for servicing. My fiance took the car on Thursday morning and was out in an hour and a half. So I have nothing but good things to say about this particular Tire Plus. They accommodate me. They listen to all my needs and wishes. And they make it happen. But since I still understand Ms Erica is still not the manager, y'all will be foolish not to make this young lady the manager of that particular site. She's a people pleaser and a very hard worker too. Promote her, she can more than handle the Job!!!. Today is Saturday, March, 12th 2022. Thank you Sharon Ash.

I scheduled the appointment in the morning using the app for 2pm today for oil change and car care package.. I then called to make sure they had availability and my appointment was good to go. I was told all is set. I got there at 2pm for the appointment and it took 4 1/2 hours for them to do oil change and to perform car care package. The only reason I scheduled the appointment ahead of time was so I don't have to wait so long. The guys at front desk didn't even bother to apologize for such long wait. I do want this business to prosper but I just hope that management do spend sometime training their emoyees and letting them know about the importance of customer service. Also, please make sure that if appointment is made ahead of time then customer shouldn't be made to wait 4 1/2 hours.. Thank you

I was in the store in February for an oil change...and was asked if wanted to apply for their credit card at first I said "No" but the Manager convinced me to try ...so I did. I was told that I had 6 months to pay for service with no interest. But what he didn't say is that a payment had to made the next month...needless to say I missed it by 1 day and was charged $27 in late fee. Recently I received a letter saying it will be a $47 late fee..scam... Today I take my car back for another oil and told the manager that last time my floods was not topped off and I was charged for...he said he would make sure it would get done...again ...they tried to charge me... Not mention that they display the rules about wearing mask and they don't follow them. One employee never had one on going in and out (from the bay to the front desk)... Never once sanitized his hand and touching everything. I will not be referring anyone to the Waldorf locationI will say that Sheneka, the young lady at the front desk, was the best! She was very helpful and pleasant. She was wearing her mask and sanitizing .

Went for a simple alignment after a rack and pinion replacement that they said needed to be done. Go to pick up the car. Something said drive it first before you just leave. Drive the car about one block and the car does a hard pull like someone is pulling the steering wheel from me and steering wheel wasn t centered. Take the car back and told them to call me when they ve rechecked and fixed. Get a call that now I need a lower control arm and bushings. Wait, so you did an alignment didn t road test it to make sure it was correct because if you did you would not have been telling me my car was ready but would have informed me that there was another problem. The manager had left for the day and of course nobody else could really deal with the issue. Tech said that it was noted on my invoice with the recommendations. The only recommendation was the tire package. So instead of fixing the wrong, you were quick to refund me my money for the alignment but not really addressing the fact that my car didn t drive like this when I dropped it off. I hate the fact that they talk to women about cars like we re dumb. I know more about a car than they think. So today they chose to mess with the wrong one. I will deal with Adam the manager on Monday but you best believe you will never have to worry about getting my business again. What a waste of commercial space!

Friendly staff. Always pleased with my experience. Have purchased 10+ sets of tires; highly recommend if you're in the area. Always willing to cut a deal for a long time customer. Openly honest if wait is long. Straight up no fluff or weasel words when bad news is given. Willing to deal with tire and rim insurance claims. Good group of guys willing to chit chat with customers when not busy. Also trust for general mechanical services.

Take your business elsewhere! I waited 2 hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation that I made an appointment for! I asked how long it would take and he told me 30-40 minutes. An hour and half later he says they are done with my oil change. I asked if they rotated the tires and he said no and had to take it back again. No apologies or explanation for the wait.

I went to this place of business because they were opened on Labor Day. Despite the less than impressive reviews I gave them a chance. I thought it is just an oil change and tire rotation any reputable business can do that. Boy was I wrong, when I got my car back I noticed that my tires were not rotated. I asked the guy at the front desk did they rotated my tires. He replied yes. I ask them how side to side or front to back? He replied the latter. I said oh do you see those mud spots on my tires. I ran over a puddle a couple of days ago and both front tires still have mud on them so unless you moved the mud spots, you didn't rotate my tires. He then proceeded to talk to the maintenance guy and then tells me they didn't rotate my tires because they have uneven wear on the front. I said what. He said yeah we didn't want to put the good tires on the front. I told him that my tires are new and I had an alignment a few months ago. He said well we can rotate them if you want. I told him don't worry about it. I caught them in a lie and he kept lying I decided to just leave and forever take my business elsewhere. I spent $40 on an oil change and tire rotation. I really don't know if they even changed my oil. They definitely took it upon themselves to forgo rotating my tires. Avoid this place.
