I was told that my service was going to take 3 hours. I m currently sitting in the lobby at the 8 hour mark Apparently no loaner is available and I m really hoping I can at least get my car back today. This is my first time coming here. Goodbye to my day off. I won t be coming back.

Had a bit of an emergency where I needed to get the alternator replaced in my car after it wouldn't start. They couldn't replace the part until the next day, but I was still able to drop off my car and get a rental until the replacement was done, which saved me a lot of stress!Everyone I spoke to was very nice and the prices aren't too bad considering it's a dealership. Would come here again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great customer service, you can wait until your vehicle is ready or take the free shuttle to the mall, or your desired destination in the area. While you wait experience the snack area for chips and a hot beverage or cold bottle of water. The complimentary car wash service is also a very nice touch!

Prompt, courtesy service rendered. Wasn't totally pleased with complimentary car wash but all other services performed were just fine.

Replaced alternator, did the 100k tune up, and 4 new tires for 2200, not bad for dealer work ...
