You have to stay on top of your assigned service advisor as they get busy and loose track of time in my case. There were only 2 that I saw through the week. Pretty sure my vehicle sat for two days with no research or progress towards the problem. Although they fixed the last day (.5 day) of 3.5 days on site, it seems they could have resolved sooner with better time and resource management. It was covered under warranty.

The service here has improved greatly over the past year. My service rep was friendly, respectful and took the time to thoroughly explain the recommendations for my car. I also saw him take the time to speak with an elderly customer who had some extra concerns about the cost of repairs. I hope they continue along this path of elevated customer service. It makes a world of difference to their reputation and business all around.

The service staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Ms. Proctor was my service manager and she did an amazing job handling my account and keeping up to date on my service progress while I was there. The waiting lounge was decent as well. The facility as a whole was very clean and well kept. I will definitely continue to come to this location for car services in the future.

I was half way into a 8 hour drive from VA to NJ for a family emergency and my check engine light came on. The Nissan dealership was a few miles down the road I was on and explained to them my situation. Worried that I didn t know if my car would be safe to continue the rest of my trip or turn around, Horace and his crew were amazing and overly accommodating in checking my error code and advised me my car would be safe to make it to my family. They got me in quick given the circumstances and they were able to get me back on the road shortly after. I was in a time crunch to make sure I didn t miss my ferry from Delaware to NJ Horace even explained to me what the error code was and what I would need to do in the future to fix the issue. I am truly grateful for the top notch customer service this dealership provided me and it will not be forgotten!

My Advisor Mr. Chaun Cook was extremely professional and helpful to me during my service visit. Specifically, he took his time to go over each section of the invoice, he answered any questions that I had and also ensured the most recent recall for my vehicle had no impact to my driving experience. This was an amazing car buying experience from top to bottom! From Willie and all his knowledge and experience and Jose and Chris for everything they did on working an amazing deal on the vehicle we really wanted. Also a big shout out to Kevin in parts for always hitting the nail on the head with anything parts related for my Versa and now all of the cool Accessories for my brand new Rock Creek Pathfinder! Great company. Daryl helped me with the entire process. Very understanding and attentive. Additional the finance manager was extremely sweet and helpful and taught me a few new things about credit. I can t recommend them enough!

Bryan from the service department was awesome. From the time I got to the dealership up until I left, he was friendly and heard my requests then doubled check the work himself to make sure I was satisfied. My car interior detail was fantastic and it really did look like a new car! I would highly recommend their detail service.

Took my vehicle to have a serviced for a recall. They told me that there was a bunch of thing that were needed that were all completed within the last year. I then went to get in my vehicle to leave and the battery was dead. They jumped it and I left. I drove for about 10 min to "recharged" the battery. It was completely dead again. They tried to claim it was my fault for not taking their suggestion for battery corrosion. They then told me there was nothing they could do to make it right. I took it in with no problems and left with problems. Would not go there for service if you have a choice.

When I first approached by Brian he was so pleasant to me very professional service. Greeted me with a smile on his face on and a very warm hello. I was satisfied how he informed me about my car and things that was going to take place. Told me about a special Nissan was having. He is a jewel to this company and a person that showed great concern to his customer.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would.1) a simple VIP service took four hours and made us late for an appointment that Chaun was made aware of.2) oil filter gasket was torn. It has been replaced, but why was this area being handled so roughly that the gasket was torn.3) gas flap was opened and left open during the car wash. All prior tension in gas flap is gone and it is loose now. It needs replacement.4) i called and left a message for Chaun to return my call about what happened and to date, i have not received a return call from anyone.Update: I went back to have them look at the broken tensioner in the gas flap and Chaun looked at it again. In the end, he refused to fix the gas flap because it was still working but with a broken tensioner and blamed it ok the placement of the gas flap release compared to the hood release inside. Additionally, he sugges Taking it back to the dealership we bought it from to have them lookat it. A call to the dealership we purchased it at quickly cleared that up, and now I have a broken tensioner on the gas flap that Sheehy Nissan is refusing to fix even though they broke it through their negligence.I will not be returning and I will not recommend this place for work on your vehicles.

Had my first scheduled service for 2023 Sentra purchased in June. Although purchased at a different Nissan dealership, Sheehy Nissan in Waldorf treated me like family. Service was quick and thorough and staff professional and friendly. Brian helped me and was great.

Was given an estimated time of 3-4 hours. They got me out under 3 with the additional work added from their multipoint inspection. They honored my discount and provided all around great service throughout my visit. I do miss the bonus window cleaning and vacuum that was provided here or at another Nissan dealership I used to go to.

The staff was friendly and worked with me. I bought a used truck and they stayed open late for me to drive in from out of state. They lowered the price and beat my best APR, and beat my local sheehy s price. My only complaint is that the cleaning of the truck wasn t up to par. I found trash in it including old hard candy stuck to the interior, an empty plastic water bottle, and old sunglasses. Not the end of the world but when they tell me that they are cleaning the truck to get it pristine for me I would hope that they would be more thorough and get old trash out. Just not a good look.I m taking the truck in to get it thoroughly inspected and I will update after that.

Horace really changed my perspective on your whole location. Normally going to the Waldorf location is uneventful... even awkward at times. I felt so taken care of by the level of service he provided. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and overall had great energy... even on that cloudy day.

Wonderful customer service from Jocelyn and Mr. Larry. They were very knowledgeable, patient and had a great sense of humor to easy my nerves. Not only that, there was a tall gentleman (I didn t catch his name) who walked me to my car gave me some great advice. Reasonable pricing and great service is why I would have my Maxi serviced here again.

My experience with Chevy Nissan of Waldorf is all over the place to be quite honest. I have been going to this location for several years now, I have purchased 3 cars from this location specifically. But over the years I have seen a decrease in the customer care and servicing. Anytime that I schedule a servicing appointment, the advisors are never able to answer generic questions regarding my vehicle. Especially if there are additional recommended servicing that is needed. The customer services is a hit our miss. Sometimes I m able to get someone who has a lot of knowledge about cars and most of the time the time I dont. It can be frustrating especially when you re just trying to understand what is needed.

Brian Cain was my Service Advisor. Very professional and kind, which made it a great experience. Also, assisted with a quick fix with my mapping/Pandora and showed me how to use the startup feature. Hope he stays around, he's definitely an asset to the Service Department.

My dad and I arrived around 9:15am. My appointment was for 9:40am. No one came and greeted us, asked if we can be helped, nothing. Then when I got out someone was like I was about to come to you. I didn t appreciate that customer service. It took about 2 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation, there was no communication about the duration of service. Next time I will take my business else where.

I had the pleasure of working with a service advisor whose first name is Brian. He was extremely courteous, polite, and efficient. He kept me posted regarding the progress of the services performed to my car while I was waiting!

My only issue is the repair cost was at a very expensive price point. So much so that I was forced to select another, more reasonably-priced, shop which was not at all ideal. Even after paying $108 for a diagnostic, which would have went towards the cost of repair if Nissan had completed the service.

The service was great. Everyone I dealt with was polite and courteous except the ladies answering the phones. I spoke to three different ladies and they were rude and acted like they didn t want to help me at all. Damon was great at his job and very polite and respectful.

I came to the dealership due to my right rear tire bouncing. The service advisor had an inspection done on my car and told me that my tires wasn t balanced properly. The advisor informed me that they balanced all 4 of my tires. After receiving my vehicle my right rear tire is still having the same issue after leaving my car at this dealership. I feel as though the mechanics of the dealership didn t fully inspect the tire that was having the issue. My car doesn t ride smooth due to the lack of them fully inspecting my car and having me ride back on the road with the same problems I had before I gave them the car. In addition, I came in the dealership for a oil change and the dealership overcharge me for things I didn t ask for such as windshield wiper fluid and etc.

It s all about making the money but you forget about the customer..Over charge compare to other car services I was going to purchase a new car from your Dealership but because of services I am not please with I will take my business else where..You want to do better ?Do the work requested - quality workAnd be more reasonable on the cost.. in the long run you will have more customers staying with your brand..Waldorf Nissan To be honest I would not recommend to any one.Now this is a strait up no chase review .. do what you wish with it.

Mr. Horace assisted me on October 2 2023. He was very helpful, caring, and professional. I was very pleased, and because of his actions, I've decided that I will use this Nissan dealership to service my vehicle. Nissan should be so proud to have him as part of the Nissan Team! Great people, EVEN BETTER customer service! The team at Nissan Waldorf helped me find the best vehicle for me and were sooo patient with me when I was indecisive. Many thanks to my sales rep, Paige! EVEN MORE, they accommodated me when I got a flat tire unexpectedly. I truly appreciate the great work of Paige who kept me up-to-date on everything! It's truly refreshing to be treated so well especially by a car dealership. 10/10 I'll recommend them for sure!

I have only had one time good customer service since I ve been going to this location. They don t have respect for your time. I had 7:20 am appointment and dropped off my vehicle, I had to call to see if my vehicle was ready at 10:45am for oil change service. I missed half day of work just for oil change. That s ridiculous!!

The diagnostic took 5 days, they removed my remote start that was installed at thier dealership said it was the reason for the electrical issues. Said they replaced my cigarette fuse that allowed me to charge my phone they didn't, but I was charged for it. Told me the rep that could replace it was on vacation for 2 weeks, after telling me my car wouldn't be looked at, because the rep had a family emergency and would be out for 2 days.Didn't let me know my car was picked up from tireplus and had an attitude when I called to inquire. The experience was one of the worst sadly they are the closet nissan to me. The lack of communication and professionalism is astonishing.
