I had a phenomenal experience at Crash Champions, formerly Service King. The lady at the front desk was an absolute gem and deployed amazing customer service! The gentleman that took me out and did a review of my car was also amazing. Explained what he thought needed fixed and gave the whole car a once over to be thorough!I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and got my car back in a timely manner!! Overall wonderful experience! Would highly recommend!!

We have has 2 separate incidents where cuatomer service with the management was terrible. The lady at the front desk was awesome however behind the scenes not so much. This most recent time (I witnessed the markings of all areas that needed to be addressed relating to a car accident) and the manager talking down to me about what was and was not indicated from the front desk...anyway you look at it they were in the wrong because my wheel was slanted...long story short I ended up having to take it to ANOTHER shop to get my repairs fully completed, thankfully my insurance cooperated and understood. Never again.

King collision at Waldorf was the best they took care of my car like it was their own. They kept me updated on every detail that was going on with my repairs. Which was very relieving and I was at ease . I appreciate them taking the time out to repair my car. They cleaned my car It looked like a brand new car when I got it back. Thank you Everyone at crash collision. I will definitely be referring you guys to my coworkers and my family members.

I just had the WORST (customer service) experience of my life with the "manager" Ronda at Service king (Crash champions) of Waldorf MD in regards to my vehicle. I had explained to her throughout previous conversations my financial hardship with my husband being in the hospital still and being down to 1 income, having to my my mortgage etc. I had also reiterated this on Friday 10/20 when her co-worker had informed me the. vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. I had ALSO advised her of my situation and asked about a payment plan, or any kind of assistance/advice in regards to the deductible. Diane (very kind), had told me to call back Monday and speak with Ronda, which I was prepared to do. I had asked about storage fees (all of this was on speaker phone and my coworker heard the entire situation) in which Diane responded there are none.However, Ronda called me today 10/21 at 4pm when I am at work-and she started the phone call off with "you have not mentioned that coming up with the deductible was going to be a problem and you never should have had the vehicle repaired in the first place I am completely flabbergasted after again- having to repeat previous conversations to her-in which she spoke over me with no regard for my situation or what I was even saying.Save yourself the hassleI HIGHLY SUGGEST "COMPLETE AUTO BODY" in Waldorf, MD for any vehicle repair needs !!!!

This business does poor work and provides horrible customer service. When I first brought my vehicle in for repair it took twice the number of days to complete the repair than I was originally told. Then when I was given my car back, I arrived home and noticed there was a part missing on my fog light and the panel switch on the inside for the windows was upside down. The service and work performed was so poor the manager waived the portion (deductible) I was to pay so I wouldn't give him a bad review. This was in 2019. Today I took the vehicle back because for the last several years the fender they replaced is becoming unaligned on the right side. They say their work is guaranteed for life, but when I brought it in the manager, Rhonda, gave me a lame excuse and would not repair it. When I asked for corporate's number she told me to look it up and would not give it to me. Once I arrived home I did look up and call corporate and filed a complaint. Public be awarePlease do not support Service King now known a Crash Champions in Waldorf MDThis auto body shop are scammers and do very poor work.I brought by vehicle to get body work done in November they completed the work in 1 week,they informed me at the time of pick up one of my parts wasn t available (this wouldn t affect performance of my vehicle)and they would call me when the part was delivered. The part was delivered in December. I arrived to get the part installed and they this they ordered the incorrect color. At this time they apologize and ordered a new part and would call me when it arrived. Now it s the end of January and I m starting to have electrical issues with my car only to find out Service King Installed my light incorrectly and now I have to purchase an auxiliary battery and a regular battery for my car. I called the manager Rhonda Jones several times and left her messages which she ignored. Finally when I got through to her she denied any fault for improper installation and refused to return my money for my batteries.Ironically the correct color came in and the correct technician installed the part correctly. The new technician stated the person who installed prior got fired and wasn t the proper person to have done that type of workBecause they closed out the insurance claim in November I had no recourse. Rhonda was extremely rude and took no accountability for the poor work her staff did working on my car.They rushed my job to get paid and close out their booksPlease don t take your vehicle there.Service: Body & Trim

I had my vehicle at this location for service and we did not get the proper service and professionalism from Service King of Waldorf. See I took the vehicle there for bumper, undercarriage damage, and vehicle not performing properly after vehicle drove over a tractor trailer broken tire tread which flew under my vehicle damaging my undercarriage of my vehicle after damaging the front bumper which caused vibration and traction, vsc, and engine light on Service King of Waldorf did not have my vehicle inspected for damage underneath the vehicle for any additional damages caused by the broken tire tread. We explained that initially to the service writer Diane Bradley and the general manager Rhonda Johnson. We picked up the vehicle and the bumper was fixed , but a hole was still in the undercarriage and the lights I mentioned previously were still on and problem not resolved because the vehicle was not inspected . Rhonda Johnson the general manager came out to the vehicle getting on the ground in her dress slacks and saw the hole and advised we can take it to Toyota around the corner. Actually, this was the reason I brought the vehicle to this collision place to make the proper repairs. Not to go to multiple places. If Rhonda Johnson the general manager was providing proper customer service next step should have been. Yes, we see the issue lets take the vehicle back and do the additional service. Rhonda Johnson did not suggest that, at this point she wanted get our money and move on. Once we started asking additional questions regarding my vehicle. The attitudes of the staff changed. The two staff members Diane Bradley and Rhonda Johnson becoming aggressive in manner telling us to come in the shop pay for the unfinished work and leave the rental. Also, Diane Bradley gave us false information on pictures of the vehicle not being taken and not providing diagnostic information on my vehicle but it was noted on the invoice to the insurance company. I advised her photos have to be taken for insurance company to approve the work. No documentation is provided to the customer or insurance company. They replaced a fog light that did not need replacing. We drove with the fog light on coming home after the accident. They actually called the sheriffs department for me requesting documentation for my vehicle after we paid for the partial services that were rendered. Rhonda Johnson the general manager wanted to deny me entrance to the facility, because a Yelp review was going to placed and still will be about Service King of Waldorf. The general manager stopped me at the front door. It s not a crime to voice your opinion and advised the company a review was going to be made. No reason the police should have been called for requesting clarification and paperwork, unless the work wasn t done. Please do not give them your business. It s also undertones going on at Service King of Waldorf based on my experience. See when you ask for explanation, clarification, and documentation some employee(s) do not know how to answer questions and the employee(s) management gets frustrated . This happens when you are an educated customer and they can t say or do anything. Rhonda Johnson and Diane Bradley hated that they couldn t say anything to us that didn t make sense and we would accept it.

I was involved in an accident and I was referred to Service King because they guarantee their work. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Everything was clearly explained to me as far as what would be taking place. They also sent me updated via text to let me know the status of my vehicle. Very clean facility. will definitely use them again. My car looked amazing too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am very impressed with the care and customer service provided by Service King.My paint job came out spectacular. I also had a part that was only manufactured overseas and they made it happen and installed the equipment with grace.I was humbled with their timeline but it was best for the work to be truly great! I've been to other centers and they gave me a rushed job and it was noticeable. I'm appreciative and again leave it to the professionals...Service King! Grateful!

I had the worst experience with Service King Collison here in Waldorf. I dropped my vehicle off for window repair on my passenger side door on March 30th @ 7:30Am. While at work and after speaking with my insurance adjuster, the decision was made for the claim to be canceled and for me to pick up my vehicle before closing time which was 6:00 pm. I was even told, that to protect my car from the rain until I arrived that my vehicle will be under the tent. When I arrived I saw that my vehicle had no overhead protection as promised, luckily however I got there before the rain. Upon inspection, I noticed that my right passenger window strip was missing. (Side Mirror belt molding). The only person that was left at the shop was Russell, who not only was the person who handed me my keys, but also the personal Tech for my vehicle. I informed Russell before leaving, that my belt molding was not attached to my window and ensured that it was not broken when I initially dropped it off. (The pictures that both their front desk clerk Diane and I took prior to me leaving supports my claim). Russell insisted that If the new shop who is doing my repairs did not replace it then to come back and he will take care of it. The very next morning I came in to speak with Russell about the promises he had made in regards to my belt molding. Russell came to the front, he then told me to hold on while he looks for it, ran to the back and never returned. The manager Rhonda comes to the front about 10 mins later and pulls my molding strip right out of their garbage bin. She said " yeah it broke off as we were taking it off." I explained to Ms. Rhonda as I did Mr. Russell that when I brought in my vehicle, that piece was undamaged and now that I have picked up my vehicle from you all it is. She acknowledged that Yes, it was in tact and Yes, that they DID damage it -She refused to rectify the situation and told me that I can pay $80.75 for them to fix it. Again, this part of my vehicle was perfectly in tact when I initially brought it in for service. Rhonda then proceeded to tell me that since I am choosing for them to not perform the work on my vehicle that they can charge me for the parts that they d ordered knowing that the request was made through my insurance company and under no circumstances would they pay for parts that were never put on my car. I asked her for the information of their GM, and if there was a business card or email to contact them. Rhonda insisted that I go online and look for it myself . The customer service and unnecessary attitude displayed by the employees was very unprofessional. They showed an immense lack of integrity. I DO Not Recommend anyone to bring their vehicles here especially with the lack of customer service that they presented with me.Service: Auto glass repair

A+ customer service. Service King should be the model for all companies for customer service. Everyone I encountered on the phone and in person was very helpful and professional. The work on my car was completed a day early and it looks great. I wish Service King would branch out to doing other auto repairs so I can bring my car to them for regular maintenance. Chris was fantastic. He explained the process and that's exactly how everything went. No surprises. I'm sorry I dont know everyone i encountered at the Waldorf branch by name but they were all great.

This is the second time we have used Service King. Their customer service was excellent. We received frequent updates and our cars were ready on the date given. Service King worked with Enterprise for a car rental and that went very smoothly. I would definitely use Service King in the future if needed and will tell my friends about it.

I had my car worked on after an accident and not only are the people there very nice, they take care of all your needs promptly and keep in touch with you about how your car is coming along and when the pick up date is expected. The date they told me was the exact day and time I was able to pick it up. Service King is located on old Washington Rd. In Waldorf. I highly recommend this place to take your car. They did a great job on mine.

UPDATE: Just received a truly genuine apology from David, and I actually would consider returning. Just maybe with a different clerk...INITIAL REVIEW:Based off of many online reviews, I know the collision repair services your company provides are immaculate. What turned me away was the condescending, sarcastic, and frustrated tone of Diane, the front desk clerk.I came in asking for an estimate of damages to my car. Upon entering, Diane barely looked up, and came across as annoyed. I asked her for the service, and she proceeded to tell me "...it would be a waste of my time and yours..." if I didn't wait for the insurance company to take care of necessary procedures. I told Diane that I completely understand that process, but it is highly possible damages were not going to be covered for certain reasons (that I should not have to explain). Diane also said "...I know what I'm doing - this is my job" in a persistent condescending tone. I asked her to calm her tone and lower her voice. She then, after about 30 seconds of arguing, decided to take my appointment, and I told her that I hope she does not usually talk to her customers in this manner.As one of 345 locations in the United States, I'm sure another Service King location has superb customer service. However, there are no amends that can be made as services were rendered at the Waldorf Toyota Collision Center. I have contacted the general manager, David Roberts III, along with Service King guest relations. I am hoping to receive at the minimum, a sincere apology.

This place is amazing , awesome customer service best I've ever experienced. Both Chris & Russell went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. They need a raise . I'm sure that they will make sure that my car is well taken care of and that it'll be perfect when I pick it up. I'd most definitely recommend this place to anyone else. Great service once again.

This is the second time getting my car fixed from service king!!! They are so professional and give updates everyday!!!!! Chris and Dave are the best and so is the lady that takes the pictures and marks up the car (in a good way) lol but i will always go to service king and you should too!!! They are the BEST

Here we go again!!!!!! My truck was hit again in the back, Allstate sent me back to Service King to have it taken care of. As usual Diane and Chris Vann hooked me UP!!!!! They are the rock stars of Service King!!!!! Keep up the good work guys because I really appreciate the service. I had a piece on my truck that kept coming off and Chris had them repair that along with the repairs to the truck. THANKS!!!!!

So far so good. But only theough the admin & estimate process. I'll update once the vehicle is fixed. I will say it is taking over 8 days from time of estimate to the date Service King can get my vehicle in for work.Update: absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen (but this excludes Diane @ the front desk ). Haven't even picked up vehicle yet! Projection for work completion went from 5-7 days to 19! Asked for explaination & the service MANAGER hung the phone up on me! Twice! Really?!

Granted the customer service is admirable the overall work ethic is upsetting.I turned my car in and hadn't received any updates or a time frame in which my car would be ready for up to 5 days. I finally called to check on the situation and apparently my car hadn't even been looked at because the mechanic was out of town for a family emergency. So my car wouldn't be ready for almost 3 weeks since he was so behind. As apologetic as the staff was I was understanding and know that sometimes things happen but, it still is an inconvenience to have to pay for a rental for that long and annoying to not have been told this at the time of drop off so I'd be able rearrange options. Also why is there only one person doing this?Then I call around 3 the day before my car is supposed to be ready to check and see if it'd be available for pickup in the morning. NOPE! because they tried using recycled headlights my insurance company would not approve of they had to order new ones and wouldn't know exactly what time those would be in but it wouldn't until at least after 430 and they close at 6.Another inconvenience, another day using the rental due to work hours, and I had to make the effort to reach out yet again.

I brought my 50th anniversary convertible Camaro SS2 in for repairs. My experience was beyond expectations. I could not be more pleased with the way the car turned out and the attention to detail from the tech that did the work. Spot and looks incredible.Additionally the team kept me informed on the phone and via text each day. The correspondence was always positive and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend the team in waldorf for repairs. The camaro is something highly valued and important to me and they took incredible care of it and worked hard to make it whole again. Job WELL DONE! Thank you for all that you do!

Needed to have back bumper repaired due to another car bumping me. TheService King Collision of Waldorf, MDrendered excellent service and customerservice! I highly recommend them for any car repairs you may have. My car looked showroom clean when I picked it up!!
