Gary is easy to talk to and shares his knowledge. He showed me all the options he offered and I took his recommendations. My 2002 Toyota tundra (with 187,000 miles) looks (and feels) great. The truck shines in the sunlight! It looks completely different. I'm really happy with the ceramic coating. I will be recommending him to everyone.

I have known Gary personally for many years. It was a pleasure to get to know him professionally! I was not surprised to find he provides excellent craftsmanship and top-notch customer service. I purchased my vehicle new in 2023. I wanted to keep my vehicle looking new all the time. I washed my vehicle regularly. Occasionally I used local car washes. Unknowingly, this was not the best practice to keep my vehicle looking new. I noticed hard water spots and scratches on my paint. So I looked into the ceramic coating process to protect my vehicle's paint. I wanted to remove the water spots and get a paint correction to remove the scratches. I visited four ceramic coating businesses. Three in Charles County Maryland and one in Richmond Virginia. I didn't really feel comfortable with any of them. But once I spoke to Gary Best at Pro Ceramic - Best Auto Salon, that changed. Gary's detailed knowledge of everything related to the vehicle body, paint and clear coat, instantly, made me feel comfortable with the process. So, if you want to remove hard water spots, get a paint correction and ceramic coat your vehicle, I highly recommend you speak with Gary at Pro Ceramic - Best Auto Salon first.

Wanted to ensure that my 2016 Bentley received the best in ceramic coating. Did my research and found Gary. It was 10:30 at night when I submitted an estimate request via email and Gary immediately replied. We spoke that evening and scheduled the appointment. Gary explained the entire process, displayed the various equipment and gave a time for completion. I dropped the car off and Gary even gave me a ride back home. I received video and photo updates during the entire process. When I picked the car up, it looked totally different. If you are in need of ceramic coating, there is no one better than Gary Best!! He has earned my business and I have already recommended him to my friends and associates. He is the BEST in the business!!

Best. Service. Ever!! I had significant paint damage to my beloved Jeep baby from tape holding on my Christmas lights (charity Jeep parades at Christmas time). Gary was amazing! I emailed him at 9pm thinking I would get a call the next day. Maybe. But he contacted me immediately! We talked that night and the next day he met me at the shop and gave me a reasonable quote. His work FAR exceeded my expectations. The paint was like glass. The imperfections weren't noticeable at all! My Wonder Woman Jeep looks better than brand new! I highly recommend for any detailing job or paint correction issues. He can definitely make your ride look like you just drove it off the lot, and he only had it for one day!

My husband Ben took his 2008 Ford F250 to Gary and it had bad water damage. Gary restored the finish to how it looked when we bought it in 2008. Gary kept us informed at all times and provided great information for keeping the ceramic coating and finish pristine for many years to come. Thanks to Gary for a great job.

It's amazing how we live in a world where good customer service is rare to come across. Gary is one of those rare people who embody the spirit of hard work and great service.I was in the market for ceramic coating services, and much like most people I read (and youtubed) extensively on these products. After looking over many shops in the DMV, I was surprised to come across Pro Ceramic, especially because it wasn't too far from me. I contacted Gary on a late Friday evening, and he replied back to my inquiries quickly. After extensive texts back and forth, he was able to accommodate my schedule for the next morning. I was originally anticipating this getting done next month. He worked tirelessly on my vehicle all Saturday and into Sunday. He was even gracious enough to drop me off at home after I dropped off the vehicle at his shop.I just picked up my vehicle a couple of hours ago, and it looks better than new. The pictures don't do justice to what the human eye can see. It feels smoother than a 90s R&B song wrapped in silk and packaged in cashmere. I highly recommend Gary and his attention to detail. He texted me pictures throughout the process, educated me on products and processes, as well as made me feel as if my vehicle was in great hands. There are hands down zero services that I have encountered in my life that's comparable. He was very communicative throughout the process, and even after the process.Sure, ceramic coating is definitely an investment, and investments cost. If you are wondering about whether or not this is worth it, please read the other reviews as well. Gary is a genuine article, one of a kind type of person. His work speaks for itself. Do you and your car a favor and give him a call, and you'll be amazed at the results.

My son was gifted his first car for Christmas (2024 Honda Hr-V Sport). I was searching for a detailing shop and came across Best Auto Salon. I decided to jump on my Harley and stop by the shop. When I arrived the shop was closed so I text the number on the door. Before I could put my helmet back on Gary texted me back! He then called me and came to the shop to show me around. We talked for an hour! Not only about his services but about cars in general. You cannot have a conversation with Gary and not see he's passionate about his work. We decided on a service and scheduled a drop-off and pick-up time. He even texted me progress photos throughout the day. The entire process was top notch from beginning to end. The look on my son face was priceless when he saw his car. I HIGHLY recommend Best Auto Salon for your ceramic coating and protection needs. This is definitely one of the best kept secrets in Waldorf.

Gary Best, the owner, did an awesome job Paint correcting and Ceramic coating our brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Even though the truck was new, the paint had swirl marks from dealer prep (washing) which needed to be removed. The truck now has a deep shine with no imperfections and is protected from the elements for 5 years. This is our second vehicle that Best Auto Salon has Ceramic coated for us and we plan to do a third (69 Mach 1) in the near future. He is very professional and the thoroughness of the job he does is unmatched. I strongly endorse Best Auto Salon for your auto paint correction and protection needs.

I heard about Best Auto through my barber. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money on getting ceramic coating on my vehicle even though one of my friends said it was one of the best investments you can make on a newer vehicle. I had my friend check out Best Auto's website and reviews, and he said, "this guy is legit and his prices are actually really good."So I took a chance, and I'm glad I did. Gary was amazing with my OBX Bronco. I've had very few experiences in the auto space that deserved five stars and if I could give a 10 star, I would. He delivered on his product, educated me about how to take care of my Bronco after the coating was done, and went above and beyond to make sure my professional life wasn't affected by his work (he helped me schedule pick up and drop off to make it super easy). I can honestly tell you that my Bronco has NEVER looked better and my only regret is that I didn't get up with Gary sooner. Best Auto is true to its name and I can't recommend this business enough. If you have any hesitance, just give him a call and have him explain to you the process and read about people's experiences. I'm glad I did.

Brought my Mach-E to Gary since he has done our families other 3 cars. Just like our other cars, Gary made them shine. When I picked up the car, it look the the paint was glass. As always, Gary did a superb job.

Buyer Beware,It s likely that some reading this review have been thru something similar, but if you re not one of those you should pay particular attention.I don t want to drill to far into this but recently I spent a lot of money with a local shop to tint the windows, PPF the front end and ceramic coat one of my vehicles. When I got the vehicle back it looked great to my naked eye. A month and a half later I had some time to kill waiting for an event I wanted to see, while waiting for the event I found a detail shop that handwashed vehicles, I told them the front end had been PPF coated and the entire vehicle had been ceramic coated, the reason I brought that up was simply to make sure a neutral pH soap was used for the cleaning. About thirty minutes into the wash the tech came and asked me to come out into the shop (this shop was not only a professional detail shop but also did tint and ceramic coating.) In a nutshell he told me that in industry terms the vehicle was flat and that at best in his opinion a ceramic refresh spray might have been used. He then sprayed the driver s side rear quarter panel with water then attempted to blow it of using a hand blower only to have the water disperse over the quarter panel vs. run off as it should if it had been ceramic coated. Once I returned home, I called another local shop looking for nothing more than a second opinion.I called ProCeramic and left a message, later that evening I received the return call and over the course of an hour or so and had an eye-opening conversation with Gary, the owner. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning so as he could take a look at my vehicle. Gary did a once over then brought me into his shop and not only described the process of paint restoration and ceramic coating but took the time to show me the work he was doing on a customer s vehicle real time to include pictures of what it looked like when it first came into his shop. My only comment to him was the owner is going to be F_ing stunned! Gary works alone, every bit of the process, from start to finish is done by his own two hands one vehicle at a time.But most of all Gary never at any time had a bad word to say about the work or those he knew personally that performed the work on my vehicle instead he simply showed me the difference between what should have been done and wasn t. I left his shop that morning after writing him a check in advance to re-do if you will my entire vehicle and scheduling for my second vehicle to be ceramic coated.If you re looking for the consummate professional to do paint restoration - ceramic work on your vehicle, you don t have to look any further. Gary s honesty, integrity, and professionalism are on display in every interaction you will have with him, and his work is second to none. In addition to having a beautiful vehicle you will receive an education about the product itself, but also how to care for your newly ceramic coated vehicle.Could not be a happier customer...

Gary did an amazing job on my 2024 F250 Tremor. He went above and beyond explaining the details of the ceramic coating process and provided updates and pictures every step of the way. When he learned I was taking the truck to get under coated in a couple of weeks he requested that I bring it back to him so he could look it over and do any touch ups in case of overspray. Now that s exceptional service!

Gary was very straightforward and told me how bad in shape my paint was in with overspray and everything else but what he did with it was incredible. Made my truck look new again can't ask for a better correction and ceramic coat.

Gary did an amazing job of making my baby look better than brand new! She shines and is full of sparkle. He did a phenomenal job. I m ready for him to do my truck next. Would def recommend Gary to all. You may not get the cheapest price but you def get what you pay for and he will not let you down. His quality, his professionalism, his work ethic and his attention to detail makes his work 2nd to none! You ll be in awe when you see what he s done to make your baby shine! I rarely write reviews, but it doesn't get any better than this. Pro Ceramic - Best Auto Salon is AMAZING!!! I did a ton of research when looking to ceramic coat my brand new Caddy. As a person that relies heavily on customer reviews, I thought Gary's shop was too good to be true...it wasn't. From my first interaction with Gary, I realized this dude is super passionate about his craft. He made me feel like I was the most important customer in the history of his shop, provided me recommendations, explained his process, and never tried to upsell. And, when I told him I was going to add Paint Protection Film from another shop, Gary offered to coordinate the entire process with the other shop owner...even driving my car to/from the other location. He also provided me daily updates with photos and text messages. Gary is awesome. Seriously. And his work...perfect. I will add ceramic coating to every new vehicle I purchase, and I don't care where I am in the world, I am calling Gary to make it happen. He's that amazing!

I took my car to Best Auto Salon so Gary could touch up about a dozen paint chips, some of which were starting to rust (see pics). I chose to take my car to Gary's shop based on the Google reviews and the information on his website. His website emphasizes informing the customer and building a relationship with the customer to make sure the customer understands the service that is provided and how to maintain their car after the service. That focus on customer service caught my attention, and it turns out that Gary provides some of the best customer service of any business I've ever interacted with. On top of that, he is great at what he does. He quickly took care of the rusty spots and blended the touch up paint so well that I practically have to put my nose on the paint to see the touch up. He also fixed the areas the previous owner had "touched up" and made them nearly unnoticeable. He even found and repaired shallower paint chips that I hadn't noticed. It's amazing what a major difference it made to the appearance of my 7-year-old car all for much less than I anticipated paying. Even though I wasn't there to get my car ceramic coated or have the paint corrected, he gave me and my car same attention and care as if I was there for his top of the line service. I really appreciate that, and I'm looking forward to future business with Gary.Service: Paint repair

SEVEN cars later and still a loyal customer here. Gary not only did quality work on my vehicle, he went above and beyond to make sure it came out pretty much better than new. I told Gary I was in the market to buy another vehicle. I had noticed some damage to the vehicle when I test drove it. Not only did Gary come out to the dealership with me to inspect the vehicle, he came out even though he was feeling under the weather. He observed some overspray on the vehicle and also after further inspection, noticed the vehicle had hail damage. He helped me coordinate the repairs after purchasing and paint corrected the entire vehicle including some touch ups. He also helped me coordinate getting PPF put on the vehicle as well as the windshield protection film. After all of this work he ceramic coated my entire vehicle. (including wheels, trim, and glass) I only do business with people who do good work and people who I genuinely like. Gary is a hard working family man who takes pride in his work. I would strongly suggest hiring Gary to do work on your vehicle if these services are something you would need. The sad truth is that there are more people out there doing poor quality work than good quality work. Cars and trucks are not cheap. Having Gary make your cars look amazing will pay off in the end when and if you decide to sell/trade. It helped me greatly in the past. #belikegary

The service was absolutely phenomenal!! Gary is very personable and I felt extremely comfortable leaving my vehicle and he took pics and informed me of progress every step of the way. He is excellent at what he does and since it is appointment only, you know your car is getting all the attention. The turnaround for my caliber painting was 24 hours!! GREAT JOB and GREAT SERVICE!!!

Gary Best exceeded every expectation. He is truly a leading expert in the auto paint and coatings business. Out of all my experiences with cars Gary has made this one the best . His attention to detail was amazing. It was like purchasing a brand new car . My Ceramic coating is better than I ever could imagine. His customer service is fantastic. I brought my 2019 Gt350 to Gary and he did a great job. Throughout the whole process Gary kept me informed and all costs were upfront (nothing hidden). Gary provides pictures and videos while he goes through the process of making your vehicle look amazing. Very informative and knows his stuff. ***IF YOU NEED A SIGN TO GO TO GARY HERE IT IS***I had a terrible white paint overspray issue on my car that had me absolutely distressed. I started getting quoted around local body shops to repair the damages/remove the paint and was getting responses in the THOUSANDS due to the extent of the over spray.Due to the types of moldings on my car and how bad the over spray was, the shops were telling me that were going to just replace the parts instead of taking the time to remove the actual paint. Because the process of then removing the paint would cause the moldings to be discolored.I did not like the idea of my car basically being taken apart, but also the process of having a rental for who knows how long while everything was getting "replaced".That's when I was recommended Gary at Best Auto Salon. Gary not only provided an affordable solution but also did an outstanding job.On top of that he made the process super easy on my end and he also went out of his way to help communicate between myself and the responsible party (who caused the over spray).Not only did he take the time out of his day to explain the extent of the damages to them, but he also helped arrange payment that eliminated the need to go through anybody's insurance company.He really puts his customers first and goes above and beyond to help.My car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier.The quality of his work and the fair pricing are truly impressive. You can tell that Gary is truly passionate about his job and products and that really shines through in his work.I was so nervous going into this process, but Gary kept me in the loop while he was working on my car and sent me updates as he was removing the paint. He really turned a stressful situation into a positive one.I have attached a before photo to this review to show just how bad the over spray was. Just want to say that Gary Best & Best Auto Salon was Absolutely Aamzing!!! I purchased a new 2021 Ford 150 XLT which installed the ceramic coating on my truck and rims as well which made the truck paint look brand new all the time and protects from chips, rock chips on my paint which was well worth the investment. Also Gary Best Auto salon is backed by the insurance company for ceramic coating as well. Gary professionalism was outstanding, hia attention to detail & his expertise in the business helping me and guiding me meant the world to me! He definitely cares about his customers which his quality of work and craftsmanship is BEST in the business which I HIGHLY Recommend using Best Auto Salon and Gary Best is the MAN!!! Fantastic work! I had someone try to remove water spots from my gloss black 79 Camaro 28 and really left a terrible haze and swirl marks all over my car. I had really given up and just thought that there was really too much damage. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Gary. He came to me and gave me a very fair price with detailed description of what he could and would do. The car turned out much better than I ever expected. He sent detailed pictures of every step taken and even fixed several other items to really make it stand out. Not many people out there like Gary. people that take serious pride in there work, stands behind it, and treats it like it was his very own.
