This NTB location is the best location I have been to. I have been coming here for 4 years with both my cars and always have left satisfied. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When I've been to other auto shops, I've had issues but I come here and they never disappoint. I would recommend anybody that needs to service their car come here.

Great service, they got me in and out on time and with out any issues. They were honest, respectful and both the Leo and Tony took care of me. They offered me a discount on my tires for coming in today, they beat all of the competitors prices. I would highly recommend coming to NTB for any of your car needs.

The experience was amazing. I was able to get my tire rotation and wheel change done in 2 hrs. Tony was very nice and super helpful. Come down and check them out. I have a Telsa Model 3 and they do work on electric vehicles

Never had an issue here. Quick and reasonably priced for oil change. Leo was great and had great customer service.Ellis and Tony were great; they were responsive, polite, honest and their communication was a highlight. My brakes were repaired and I am a happy customer.Will definitely recommended this location for any car repair services. Great staff!!

Thank you both Leo and Jerome! I purchased 4 new tires from this location. I was misquoted on the phone (it happens sometimes, not a problem) but they were quick in finding and correcting the price with no complaints! The install took less than an hour (amazing) but after driving it, I heard a noise that wasn t there before the install. I came back the same evening and they were able to find cause of the noise and swiftly corrected it. Honestly, this NTB went out of their way this evening and made a long day into a better one with excellent service. Will recommend to others without a thought! Thanks again gentlemen!

Tony and Ellis were awesome! They were extremely helpful and ended up saving me tons of money compared to the estimate other places gave me! They were kind, helpful, quick, and wonderful. GO HERE for your tire needs!

Beyond blessed to have gone here tonight and receive such great service! I made an appointment at Mr. Tire for 8:30am today and by 9:45 I had to leave since no work had been initiated and I had to be to work. I rushed to NTB after work and was in and out within an hour. The employee was very accommodating and even lended me his charger while I waited. I got $150 off my service so I will definitely be back! Thanks guys.

Was a walk-in and had to be in and out soon because of another engagement occuring later that day. Leo the front desk associate ensured me i would be done within the hour. He was a man of his word and my vehicle was completed sooner than I thought. Service was impeccable and professional and kind. Will be returning for future services.

I was driving from North Carolina to Pennsylvania on March 15 when I noticed my brakes were having issues, granted I should have been more attentive to my car before making the trip, but I decided before I hit some crazy traffic around Baltimore I should get my brake s changed. My wife looked up NTB and we decided to stop I was grateful they were able to get us in. After a almost 3 hour wait we got out car back and I was happy I was able to continue my trip, we started driving down the road and I first noticed the brake peddle felt weird, then when I first had to really brake my car started to shudder and shake pretty badly. So we turned around and went back. I described what was going on to the manager and the person who serviced my car and they shrugged it off as residual oil on the brakes and it would take a little bit to burn off, having limited knowledge on cars I took him at his word. By the time I hit Baltimore I was white knuckling the steering wheel praying my family and I would reach our destination safely .. I reached my destination and the very next morning I took it to another NTB around where I was visiting, the informed , that whomever installed my brakes didn t grease anything and my new brakes were almost worn off and my rotor were warped, they told me I was lucky I didn t have a accident. Needless to say I will be contacting their corporate to file a complaint. Be wary of this location, their employees clearly don t know how to do their jobs, I m thankful my family wasn t hurt. If I could give a lesser star rating I certainly would!

This location is the best NTB I have used in Maryland. Exceeded my expectations and treated me with courtesy, respect and professionalism! No hidden charges, totally up front and honest. Bring your car here!

I came in for a routine oil change and the staff was extremely professional. First they gave me estimate and to when the work would be completed and associated costs. Then they inspected vehicle and informed me of other service needs. They were extremely professional and timely. I will be back.

I love this NTB. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and always smiling. The manager has a huge sense of humor and is professional. Tony and Cleo makes customers feel welcome. If you come here, I promise your experience will be as great as mine.

Excellent service. The store manager and staff were very friendly. I did not have to wait at all (important because I had my three kids with me!), service was quick. Another plus, lobby and restrooms were clean and well kept. Definitely recommend and will be back again.

Excellent customer service. I reserved and scheduled an appointment via the website on Sunday, November 26, for four new tires. I received a call from Leo on Monday and Tuesday letting me know my tires were available and I could come in to complete the service. During the call, I was informed I could receive an additional $100 off due to a company promotion. I was unable to make it in before my scheduled appointment; however, I was still able to take advantage of the promotion on my original scheduled day. I will be returning when I need to have my tires serviced in the future.

Had a great experience at Mavis Today! The staff was very polite and very helpful. I came in today to get tires added on to my vehicle they were able to assist me right away. Thank you Mavis I will be back for future maintenance s.

We were very upset when a planned tire install (5 tires) and alignment became an epic fail. Although I had spoken to Leo on several occasions regarding this service for my husband's F250 truck, he never once advised that some larger trucks cannot be serviced at their location. We arrived on the scheduled day only to be told they could not do the work because their lift is not large enough. This was very poor customer service, and they were not even apologetic for the massive inconvenience. We will never use this location again. The 3.9 miles further down the road to the next NTB is worth the trip.

Scheduled an appointment and was able to get my vehicle in at the scheduled time with 0 issues. Mr. Mike was extremely helpful, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Mr. Leo was very respectful and fast. They gave great advice and did NOT try to sell extra add-on or overcharge like some other places have (Chevy Dealership). This is the only place I ve been visiting for anything tire related and I do not plan to change that any time soon.

This past weekend I had two tires replaced in which my old tires in the back were to be rotated to the front and the new placed on the back however I did not notice until later in the evening that the front tires were never changed out because the low tire pressure notification alerted me. Prior to having those tires changed i removed the cap from the tire stem marking that tire on my front passenger side because it had a slow leak which was the reason why I wanted the back tires moved to the front. I called and spoke to Tony and informed him of the situation and was told to bring my car back the next day for him to look at the tire. I did so the following morning however when I arrived and spoke with him I was told by him that because of their new management he couldn t look at my tire and he didn t know what time his techs would be in , his attitude was very nonchalant like he didn t care, he couldn t look me in face and seemed like I was bothering him yet I m the one who s being inconvenienced by a situation that could ve been an honest mistake on the tech s part yet he didn t want try to rectify the problem. Mind you he told me he and another gentleman in the back were the only managers there and neither could look at my tire which I didn t believe and I stated that it s unacceptable to treat a customer like that and this would be my last time coming to that NTB although I ve been a customer for 10 years but I digress. My rating was 5 star because of Leo and Leo alone who is the manager. He did something that is unheard of in this day in age when it comes to customer service and treating a customer with respect, He called me on his day off and apologized, understanding my frustration and to also make it right which he did by ordering and replacing the tire that had not been taken off.

Found tires online that turned out not to be available at this store. I spoke with the manager, Leo, about comparable tires. He found some that were rated better and gave me a great price for them. To make my experience better, I had to reschedule for noon the following day. However, after arriving early with expectation of leaving my vehicle and picking it up later. Instead, he took it right away and my car was ready in about 1 1/2 hours later, and that's replacing all 4 tires and a front-end alignment. Thanks Leo, you and your crew did an excellent job, and the customer service was awesome. I will be returning for tires and other services.

I was in need of a new battery for my car, I went to autozone to find out they do not install batteries as I thought they did. I called into the Waldorf location to inquire about getting a battery for my Chevy Malibu The gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant and told me that I could bring the car in right away. Upon my arrival I was greeted & he explained the details & pricing. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Today I feel very blessed. Came into the shop stressed about a nail in my tire but as usual Mr. Leo and Mr Michael and staff took great care of me. As a veteran I highly recommend this place. Great customer service. Very professional and trust worthy .
