I was very pleased with the service provided by Myers Auto Service. I have an 05 Dodge Ram 1500 and it was difficult locating some of the parts. I opted to obtain some parts and have them complete the work. I returned to Myers over 6 months later when I was ready to have all the work completed, they still had my information in their system. They worked with me to get my truck road worthy again and I m a happy customer.

Five star operation. I have used Myers to maintain my vehicles for over 40 years and my dad before me when they opened in the sixties. Excellent work, fair prices, and great customer service and follow-up.

The first go round was disappointing. I've personally changed the motor oil 3 times and never had an issue. So having to bring the car back after finding a pool of oil on the garage floor was a setback. There was also some unexpected miscommunication about the leak when I returned with the car and it basically took the entire day to address the oil leak after I got the car to the shop for 8am. Secondly, was the malfunctioning alarm. It was given a hard reset but seems to not have been diagnosed until after bringing the car back with oil leaking as noted previously.As of today (4 days since picking up) it appears that both items are fully resolved and no apparent side effects. I would however suggest that care be taken to cover a vehicle's interior to avoid dirt from mechanic labor. Even if the vehicle is dirty it's often easy to tell if it's worsened... it was in this instance.

I have been going to Myers for many, many years. They are the most honest, and hard working folks Ive had the pleasure to deal with. They ve never tried to get over on me, always courteous and respectful, and I will continue to take my business to them!!!!

In the first week of January 2024, we had 2 cars serviced at Myers. As normal they were very professional and friendly with excellent service and cost. We have been using Myers for over 10 years now servicing our three cars & trucks and have never had any problems with Myers. Their service and prices are the BEST! I recommend them to all my friends and family. We drive past numerous other car service places to go to Myers because we trust them to fix what is needed to be fixed without upcharging just to make more money.

The crew at Myers are so personal, honest and wonderful to deal with! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. I dropped my car off after hours and it was ready early the next morning. I dealt with Heather regarding everything that needed to be done and what the cost would be. She kept in touch to let me know the status. From the work bays to the office- amazing people to do business with l!

My car would cut off while going down the road so, I had it towed to Myers and they had it ready to go in two days. We have used them for 30 years and are very satisfied with their work.

About 6yrs ago, my car started making this loud noise as I'm driving, I took it to a popular car spot and they wanted to charge me over $1k to fix it.. I went to Myers and they only charged me half of that and explained what the issue was. I've been staying with Myers ever since. Car runs smooth and I trust what they tell me. Thank you Myers!

My very first time having my vehicle diagnosed by Myers because of a clicking, vibrating sound that occurred each time I made a sharp turn. I feared it may have been an issue with my bearing but Myers said my rotor shield kept making contact and had to be adjusted. I greatly appreciate their honesty and I d highly recommend them.

We have been going to Meyer's for years. They are trustworthy and dependable. They always do a great job. Their customer service is excellent and they have fair prices. They will tell you the truth about what needs to be fixed on your vehicle. I recommend them to everyone.

I always trust Meyer s with all my vehicle maintenance needs because they are dependable, trustworthy and very reasonable with costs. Plus, they alert you to potential future mechanical issues. I like their maintain the whole car attitude. When I drive my car home from maintenance at Meyer s, I feel confident that my vehicle is in good shape and I m worry free. E. Excellent customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else after finding this place. Mr. Neil is so nice and helpful! Thanks to Brandon for checking to see how my vehicle was running a couple days later and the other gentleman for hooking up and towing my van in the pouring rain.

Myers has been our go to mechanic for years. We trust them to give great service and more importantly, they do things with integrity. Tim, who usually answers the phone is always pleasant, too. It s an overall good experience.

Myers Auto Service did an excellent job on my vehicle. I was seen right away. I made an appointment the day before. I arrived and my car was taken back. No wait. Great customer service, reasonable pricing. Have both my pickups serviced there one for check engine light and the other for state inspection both vehicles required some additional work which Myers took care both vehicles are back on the road thanks to the service provided by Myers. I even referred my sister to them for her auto repair service.

Took my car into the shop very quickly when my car broke down for an ongoing steering problem that 2 dealerships and 1 other auto repair shop couldn't fix. Went farther and did more than all other shops. Fingers crossed the problem is solved

Wow! Without an appointment they got my car in and out very quickly. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. The crazy thing is, I m a certified technician but just didn t have the time to complete the repairs on my vehicle. We had a catalytic converter replaced last year and it failed. Went back to Myers and they discovered the part was defective. They ordered the new one under warranty and installed it and car runs great. The support and service has been nothing but outstanding. Especially from Tim. Great work thanks to all.

I had to have my car towed to Myers on a Friday. They told me they were pretty booked up, but would try to get to my car to at least see what was wrong with it. I was prepared to be without my car for the weekend. They called that afternoon with a quote, I ok'd, and was able to pick up my car that evening! Thanks for the prompt service!

When I called, they got me scheduled within the same week. They identified the issue and serviced the vehicle within the requested time. They have been very engaging from the initial call until the serviced was provided. Everything is operational and back to normal with no issues.

Took my Jeep to Tj who works here after wanting a second opinion when another shop told me I'd need a torque converter and quoted me over $2,000. Come to find out there were 2 bolts that were over torqued causing a leak from the transmission pan. Tj was quickly able to fix the problem and in the process saved me a ton of money that I thought I was going to spend. Highly recommend him!

I DO NOT recommend going here. I came here to get a MD inspection on my new car and after they were finished my car had scratches on it. They claim they didn t see anything on the cameras. The guy even said he could see how the man could ve done it. But I can t prove it! Like what? And said it was nothing they could do! Bad business. It went from we can wash it to see if it comes out to we can t do nothing. Which is crazy! I know for a fact them scratches were not there! Bad experience! I don t know if it s because I m a woman they tried to play with me or maybe something else. But I definitely DONT recommend them! And I will be telling anyone with ears about this experience.
