Joe was fantastic in helping me out with my breaks. He was knowledgeable and showed me some large gashes in the tread of my tires. Very satisfied with my service here. Not a shop that will try and pull one on you.

Excellent customer service. The manager was informative and went above and beyond to make sure my tire issue was handled in a timely manner. If you are in the Waldorf area this is the best place for tire services. I got a tire replacement on a holiday. They made it happen. Mr Tire thank you for quality service.

I went for a front alignment and brakes job and when they got done the salesman claimed my tires were bad and I needed more but I just bought my tires 5 months ago and the vehicle was sitting for about 3 months before I brought it there they are a scam the worst service ever who can we trust nowadays to fix your vehicle without doing something to continue to collect your money smh

My first visit to MR.TIRE was awesome because everyone conducted themselves in a professional manner greeting to the departure.Mr. Joseph Cusic, the manager was polite and explained the services needed for your vehicle based on what information about the vehicle given in a timely manner.His professional knowledge was polite and to the point and my vehicle was ready in a timely manner.I recommend this company and this location for great value and honesty.MPT

The tire replacement service on my vehicle was exceptionally efficient and expertly performed! I have never had service accomplished so quickly and well! The technician was done before I could arrange a ride home. So there was no need to leave. Joe (Front End Manager) was friendly and thorough! He provided great customer service! The price for four tires was great and service was equally great!. Overall, an awesome experience!

I would leave no stars if possible. I used to live in Frederick Maryland. I have gone to Mr Tire in Mount Airy Maryland for over 17 years. I have moved to Pennsylvania 4 years ago, and I still take the hour and a half trip to go to the Mount Airy Maryland store.I called the week before to make an appointment for a front end alignment at the Waldorf location. I arrive for my 8:30 a.m. appointment to find an employee cutting up pieces of pretzel to feed to the birds in the parking lot. I was then informed that they would not even be able to get to my car until well after 10:30. I was visiting relatives in Waldorf Maryland and made it quite specific that I would be waiting for the front end alignment to be completed. I was told to show up at 8:30. I guess I was supposed to be there at 8:30 to watch no one working on cars, but to sit and watch the birds get fed. I wouldn't go to this location again if it was the last tire place on the planet.

I had such a great experience here with Joe and Milton. Joe is funny and makes sure he communicates thoroughly about the process. Milton was thoroughly as well. He showed me what was wrong with my tires, gave recommendations and answered all questions I had. I am coming back for any other needs in the future.Thank you Joe & Milton

Whomever is answering the phone here is extremely rude and unwilling to help customers. I had a service done to change one tire and the wrong mileage was reported to carfax. I am currently trying to sell my car and the carfax is not matching my current mileage and is causing me issues. This company entered 69,321 miles for a car that was brand new with only 6,932 miles. I called, obtained my receipt and asked to receive a letter from the company to send to carfax explaining the mistake. Which is what carfax has asked for. The person on the phone refused with a terrible tone and attitudec and insisted I spent more money with them instead of them doing their part to fix the mistake. If you think I d put more money into this business after being talked to this way, you guys are sadly mistaken.

Spent multiple days searching for a place where could get new tires for my mom. This Mr. Tire was the only spot with tires in stock and availability for an appointment. I was able to pull in, get 4 new tires, and be on the road before lunch. I highly recommend.

My cousin and I had a tire issue on Saturday and we called and they took us right away. From the moment we pulled up to speaking to the man in the inside. The service was superior and I would definitely recommend if you have a tire issue THEY GOT YOU!

Came to this Mr. Tire after being told that the tires on my truck were "obsolete and haven't been made since the 90s" by someone at tires plus. That was simply untrue because I have a very common tire size. They wanted me to buy a more expensive tire.I didn't catch the man's name, but the man at the front desk on Saturday August 6th assured me not only did they have my size here, they had multiple to choose from to ensure I was getting the best tire possible for my budget. There was no upselling. No gimmicks. Just straight up helpful to get me back on the road. And it only took them 2 hours to get me in and out, On a Saturday!! They even put air in my spare and put it back under the truck.I will absolutely be exclusively coming to these guys for anything I need on my truck from now on. 10/10 service and customer service that was unmatched here in Waldorf.

Great Customer Service, Very Professional, and Same Day Service without an Appointment. The Manager (Joe), the Assistant Manager (Brian), and their automotive technicians are very knowledgable, courteous, and professional, which makes this Mr. Tire location on 301 the best automotive shop within a 40 mile radius period. Their pricing is very competitive and fair. Do yourself a favor and make this Mr. Tire your start stop/call when you need work done on your brakes, mufflers & exhaust services, shocks & struts, tune-ups, wheel alignment, and battery & Electrical services.

Very good service! My husband and I came here over the weekend to get my tire patched. They took their time to show us what was going on, and even share some advice about when we have to turn the car in. My husband has been coming here for years, and needless to say I will be as well. They are just very customer oriented and nice people all around. I definitely be recommending them to my friends!

Very good customer service, always helpful. Hit a pothole and needed a new rim - they pointed me to the best deal for a replacement and saved me hundreds. The car needed new tires anyway, and the ones they suggested are great - far superior to the ones that came on it and have made driving even more enjoyable. Get my oil changed here regularly too and it is fast, convenient, and there's always a coupon. Can't say enough good stuff about these folks.

These people are the best!!! They are the only ones I trust my car to. They re courteous and are more than happy to explain everything that is going on.I had to bring my car in without an appointment (emergency) due to the sounds it was making. They got me right in, helped me out, fixed my car as much as they could, and walked me through my options.They have always been great to work with, but after their assistance today, they got a customer for life.

I just had the best car service at Mr Tire in Waldorf. The manager Joe was absolutely the best, very informative, patient, funny and pleasant. He's exactly what you hope for when you are concerned about your car and cost. Put me right at ease. Didn't take long and I lingered and finished watching the television show. I highly recommend this business in Waldorf!

When others couldn t, they did! Joe was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As a young woman, I fret at getting my car serviced but Joe made me feel confident and treated me as if I were family. I will be coming back whenever I need service again. Thank you to the team!

My experience was amazing! I went in thinking I needed new brakes, but then I was told that I needed 4 new tires! Definitely not what I was expecting. Jo and all the other employees were so nice and they even gave me $50 off since I wasn t expecting it. :) Go to Mr.Tire if you have any trouble with your car.

I received fast and friendly service. They payed attention to detail. Every one was willing to go above and beyond to make sure was comfortable. They are very knowable when it comes to there trait. I would recommend this place because they get right on the first try. The best part is they don't hassle you and can make sure you stay on budget. I thank you all !
