This place does EXCELLENT work, I went to the dealer to get my issues diagnosed I had to replace brake sensors, rotors, breaks, break fluid, four new tires, and balance and rotate my tires, this was easily a 2600$ quote at the dealers. I took it hear and that did it for about $1,000 dollars less. THANKS JASON for the great customer service.

Great! Needed two tires changed. My car was dropped off by a tow truck and was finished within a couple hours. I was given options on tire prices and brands, that alone I really appreciate because I didn t feel like a burden tryin to find the right tires without physically being there. Customer service was great. The warranty is also promising. I would recommend this shop.

After getting an oil change here, they gave the car back to me with the oil light and check engine light on. When asked about it, they shrugged and offered excuses saying I needed a new battery. I took the car to the jeep dealership today to find out they put the wrong filter in.

Scheduled an appointment online just to tell me that they re fully booked. Why allow someone to schedule and get a confirmation email if you don t have any open appointments? Waste of time.

I purchased tires with lifetime rotation and balance and I go there today at 5 to get that done and the guy behind the counter tells me he can't do it today. There were no cars in the bay and they close at 7! What was he going to do for 2 hrs? I will not be giving them my business ever!

I will never come back here they put the wrong size tires on the front of my car and caused the car to veer off the side of the road. So dangerous especially since I drive my baby around.

The guy at the register was rude and had a strong unpleasant attitude. The service and experience at this location 11085 Mall circle, Waldorf Md was just unsatisfactory. I will NOT be returning for any car service here again.When asking him questions it felt like it bothered him to answer the questions. He didn t make any recommendations and his demeanor was if he hates his job. I wish I can tell you his name but he is rather short and heavy set with big frog looking eyes. I started to go with my instincts when I approached the business and turn around. I sure regret visiting. My anticipation was focused on the no wait. I guess the service was the downfall of why there was no wait. There were no cars as, if no business. This made me very hesitant, but I insisted. Now I see why!!!!! My car still isn t right, and now I have to take it somewhere else. I m sure I ll be greeted with professionals willingly and ready for business and not just to rip me off. Yes by the way he was my technician. Even WORSE

HONESTY & INTEGRITY goes a long way with me. I went in for an oil change & for what I thought was a leaking tire, I was certain that I'd either have to pay for a tire repair or worst case, the purchase of a whole new tire. The gentleman told me there was no leak and that the low pressure could've been the results of cold weather. I realize, a less than honest service-tech would've tried to make me buy a new tire. I appreciated his honesty and told him because of that, I'll ALWAYS bring all of my vehicles to him for service. I'd give then 10 stars if I could. Tim

I recently came into Mr. Tire as a result of having a flat tire. When I came into the store I was immediately greeted by Amanda with a smile and very pleasant attitude. Amanda remembered me bcuz I had purchased my tires a few months back at the store. Amanda quickly assessed the damage to the tire and quickly checked to see if a tire was in stock. Amanda is the PERFECT example of Customer Service at its best. Amanda deserves to be commended and a bonus if applicable!

I sure hope there in person service is better than the tech I talked to on the phone. Jason was very unconcerned on my issue. I may just go to another Mr. Tire. I see why the reviews for the Mall circle location are so low

This review is specifically for the Mall Circle location in Waldorf. The manager DeLonte was very friendly and helpful. Got an issue fixed that has been problematic for a long time, and did so quickly. Great customer service, I will definitely be returning. Give that man a raise!

Unbelievable whole atmosphere is just wrong store is just Dark,not family friendly at all tv doesn t work no candy in container in waiting room chairs dirty,and the service just not good,its like they bring problems to work,different prices over the phone,and when you come totally different then what you have been told,oh there for tires new got them put on,ok Good Right (WRONG)put on yes ,but TIRE Pressure,on all four new tires,were completely wrong,it was supposed to be 35psi on all four tires,instead they were 35,47,48,and 44 .COME ON MAN ..

I am absolutely livid after my visit to Mr. Tire on Mall Circle. It was hands down the most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced. I came in with a tiny nail in my tire, expecting a simple patch job, but instead, these crooks tried to swindle me into buying two new tires for an outrageous $300, even though I had just bought a full set of brand new tires.This disgusting attempt at an upsell was not only unnecessary but also an insult to my intelligence. The Mr. Tire staff clearly have zero respect for their customers and no regard for honesty or integrity. I walked out feeling ripped off and angry, with no solution to my original problem.I cannot stress enough how much I recommend steering clear of Mr. Tire on Mall Circle. Their unethical business practices and abysmal customer service are downright unacceptable. Don't let these con artists take advantage of you. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, perhaps Economy Tire on Leonardtown road.

I was really unhappy with my overall experience. I had all new tires put on two vehicles. The first vehicle had no issues. The second vehicle had the tire pressure light come on and would not go off. I brought the vehicle back and they said they did not have the reader in the store, that they would need to schedule an appointment for me to come back to have it done. I scheduled an appointment and came back, they checked it and they found 3 sensors batteries were dead and needed to be replaced. I ask why didn't they tell me when they put the new tires on. They said it's not their policy to tell customers because they might get upset. He explained they get complaints from customers that know the light is on and do not want it fixed. I understand that there are some people that might not want it fixed. However, inspecting a car and providing service is the business you are in. So this is now my fourth visit to find out they don't have the part and it needs to be ordered. Then I had to schedule another appointment to come back for install. When I come back they replace the three sensors. Then they get a reading the 4th sensor is bad and it would take another 20 minutes to get another sensor. So I am little confused at this point. It took days to get the three sensors but 20 mins to get the fourth sensor. Something seems off here. I ended up waiting in the store for over 2 hours. They come out and tell me that everything is good to go. I drive home and 1 mile from my house the tire sensor light comes back on. This of course did not make me happy. I turn around and come back to the store (5th visit) . They recheck the sensors and even show me the sensor readings. However when they try to program the car it wasn't excepting the program. The guy tells me he was going to call me the next day so he can get a different reader and check the TSB s for the car. No call the next day. I ended up taking it to Nissan and have them check it. Which they found no problems with the computer or the sensors. However that cost me $80 dollars.We have been going to the same store for years and we normally don t have an issue. However this time there has been a lot of this that s just don t add up. The level of service just wasn t really up to par. On top of I the amount of my time wasted and my expenses since Mr tire could not perform what I believe is supposed to be their job. How is it possible for the tire place not to have more then one reader? The readers are not that expensive. Why is it a policy to not tell customers of problems?

I want to shout out Flo. Her customer service is excellent. She communicated with me from the time my truck arrived at the shop (towed) until they were finished repairing my tire. She s very friendly. I recommend going to this location and if Flo is able to assist you, you won t be disappointed. Keep up the good customer service Flo. Thank you.

Both the gentleman at the front desk and the gentleman who did the repairs on my truck were exceptional. I was a walk-in at the last minute and they happily took care of me. This is where I have been bringing my vehicles for years and with great customer service like I received I will continue. Thanks guys

I needed new tires on this past Sunday due to a blowout. Kevin was awesome. He was pleasant on the phone, accommodating and offered a competitive price for 2 unexpected tires. I felt comfortable with his store and the services being rendered. I will definitely use this store again.

The technicians and customer service professionals at Mr. Tire in Waldorf, MD always do a great job when I need an auto repair. I have had an oil pan replacement, always get my oil changes there, air condition diagnostic and repair as well as tires. Each time, the service was handled professionally and was well done and to my satisfaction. Great customer service techs who always work to do their best and fit you in for any service. Rick and Arthur always aim to please their customers.

I want to acknowledge a young lady her name is Zena for her professional, her compassion and her outstanding customer service she provided to me yesterday. She should be a manager at her own Mr. Tire. I watched her multi-task as she worked. I was so upset about my car problem and she was so reassuring and by the time by car was fixed and I walked out of Mr. Tire a very Happy customer. I don t know who Zena Upper Manager is but I do know if she was shadow for a day just to see how professionally she conducts herself and to actually talk and listen to her customers concern, she was able to make me and I m sure other customers feel happy with the service she provided when we walk out of Mr.Tire. I know amazing customer service when I see it because I m in the hospitality business.The mechanics that work with her yesterday from what I witnessed had the utmost respect for her. I was quite pleased with the service they provided. During my initial visit they were courteous and there was a very short wait. I got an oil change. There was a modification that had been done bolt of the oil pan. They took me to the shop and showed me where a previous service shop had replaced the bolt without telling me. The gasket that had been put on was loose so they replaced it and assured that I had no leaks. I was very satisfied with the service and I will be returning in the future.

I was able to make an appointment within 24 hrs. Amanda was very professional and ensured that I was comfortable and that I was in and out in a reasonable time. Warning! Do not take your vehicle to Mr. Tire in Mall Circle unless you want broken tie rod ends and damaged upper control arms. This will be the ride home to risk your life. The initial maintenance was four tires installed and an alignment. The worst part of service is that they broke the tie rod ends, didn t take responsibility and acted as if they didn t know. When I took it back because the car was all over the road the mechanic had the nerve to tell me I needed tie rod ends and upper control arms. The dealership informed me that Mr. Tire broke the upper control arms and tire rod ends by over tightening them during the alignment. They are the absolute worst, BEWARE!!
