I had called Mr. Muffler Auto Care on a Wednesday to find out if they could fabricate my Mother s muffler on the truck due another part being welded to the muffler, and the GMC dealer discontinuing the muffler. Matt, was extremely helpful and said with hesitation they could fix it. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, Thursday at 8:00 am. We had the truck there by 8 am. Matt and his technician looked at the vehicle and came back within 10 minutes to tell us the length of time and cost for the service. Matt s team was able to complete the work within an hour! I would recommend Mr Muffler Auto Care to anyone. They are reliable, professional and highly skilled at what they do. I would give them 10 stars. I had a great experience here. I would recommend calling to make an appointment rather than doing it online. They gave me great affordable service and even brought me in the garage to show me the work and explain what was done. 10/10 highly recommend great customer service and great workService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Money hungry. Really good mechanics.Went in for a cat converter. Told them to replace everything behind it beside muffler. Cashier told me she gave me a discount. 1,428 was the total, after the work was done and realizing I can also save a few bucks on my old converter. I asked for it back. The manager tells me I have to pay an additional 75.00 to get my old part back. ??????. She stated that if I told them in the beginning that I wanted my old part the discount wouldn't have been as much. I responded, the cashier didn't tell me anything about my old part contributing to my discount. At this point I realize, it's all about money. So I kindly told the manager not to worry about it and that I will never return. I hope 75.00 was worth loosing a customer who on one visit paid you 1,428.00. Viewers be weary and be careful when dealing with this business. Mechanics are good though.Service: Exhaust

Did a great job on my Cobra. Installed a cat back and a mid pipe at separate times. Price was fair and they did a great job. Aligned the tips of my exhaust perfectly. Quoted me on the high side, but then once they looked at it it was much less.

Took the vehicle twice, didn't fix the issue. Then called for the third time, they said the warranty had expired even though they could not fix the issue the second time.. don't take your vehicle here...

When I first drove up I thought it was a small place. When they finished the extensive work on my car the same day I brought it in I knew then the size didn t matter. They did an excellent job! They were honest and thorough and kind and professional. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She knows more about vehicles than anyone I know! She made me completely feel at ease and was up front and presented options before completing the job!! If I need work in the future I can promise you I won t be going anywhere else!! Fantastic!! Mechanics you can trust!!

This place did a phenomenal job on my 2020 hellcat. Colleen was very professional and punctual. The guy that did the work was very friendly. They both had great conversation and treated me with the utmost respect. I m glad I didn t believe the few bad reviews and took a chance on this place. My hellcat now screams the way it s supposed to thanks to this shop. Don t sleep on this place. They will take care of your exhaust needs.Service: Exhaust

Great people with a lot of good experience. Got my muffler deleted and added a straight pipe on my Infiniti and it sounded amazing. Charles really took the time to line up my exhaust tips and make them even and didn t take that long either. Definitely recommend this place for any exhaust work.

Colleen and the entire crew took really great care of my truck. They installed a top-notch quality Flowmaster Super 10 muffler + exhaust system and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and outcome. The process was smooth and fast (3 hrs) and sameday service. The price was unbeatable. Truly recommend this shop.

My girlfriend exhaust system was making a loud noise, we took it here to have them look at it and this is our first time visiting this place. They couldn't look at it right away so we left the car with them. When we returned they replaced a gasket and tightened it up and charged us nothing. You don't find companies like that anymore and in the middle of a pandemic unheard of bless their hearts.

Came in, got a quote and was completely satisfied! Resonator delete and got a flowmaster muffler install for under $300! The people here are really genuine and polite and they know what they re doing! Highly recommend.

Very friendly. One of the mechanics did a repair and messed up. It was a tideous job. Been going back and forth to get it corrected. No hazel from them though. I guess because they know he messed up. They did some muffler work done well. They Need to a bit more infoming. Overall rating 1 to 10 I give them a 6.50. I think I would still get work done there. Sometimes things just dont go according to plan. Their not bad.... Continuation.....Had to take my truck back for the same reapir and its still not fixed right. Had a manifold leak due to bolts broken off. The mechanic had to drill out the bolts and drilled to far and now oil is leaking through the new bolts. Oil is dropping on something hot and can smell it when the AC is on. Went back to them at lease 5 time and I live over 20 miles away. I have done work for many people for many years and I take pride in my work. This was a really bad job. Truck is in worse condition then when I brought it to them. They should just stick to muffler work and changing light bulbs. Most families are living from pay check to pay check.....and when a car repair is needed the mechanic got to get that job done wright. I payed for a service that was not rendered. My rating has changed...never going back rating....

Had these guys install a muffler years ago. The work was so bad and expensive I couldn't forget it and thats why Im still writing this review. I had to get my inspection that day at the same time and I had them install a light bulb for a blinker light.. got charged $20 for it - total RIP OFF.. I could have bought a screw driver nearby and installed myself but I was running short on time for the day.. my mistake.. So don't screw up like I did and end up at this shop.. you will get ripped off. And dont believe all the positive reviews because it is very obvious they are fake.

Mr. Muffler was suggested from my Chevy dealer because of the loud sounds that were coming from my truck. I had just visited a mechanic in Accokeek who told me the problem was my catalytic converter but the dealer over the phone suggested that it may be my muffler. I stopped pass Mr. Muffler to have them take a look at it, afraid of what the expenses may be. My vehicle was diagnosed with a hole in the flex pipe and they were able to repair it for less than $200 and within an hour. I was extremely grateful and satisfied with the service. I was ready to get rid of my vehicle because of the expenses but thanks to Mr. Muffler, they spared me the expenses.
