I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at 1100 and arrived 15 minutes early. It took until 1200 before they even looked at my car. What is the point of appointments if they don t even follow them

Terrific customer service!! Excellent Firestone Representative!!I recently had a less than acceptable experience with a different Firestone service center, but I wasn t ready to give up on the company. As it turns out, my decision was the right one.Brian at the Firestone located at 2565 CRAIN HWY WALDORF, MD is providing the type of personalized care and treatment that used to be the norm. I watched him extend a friendly greeting to each customer as they entered, was able to hear how helpful and respectful he was when speaking with phone customers, and how patient and detailed he was with the associate he was training.Four days ago, I experienced a delay when my vehicle was being serviced. Brian explained the reason for the delay and because I had another vehicle in need of a diagnostic, he asked me to bring it in and he d give me priority because of the inconvenience. Upon returning, my second vehicle was on the lift in less than 15 minutes of my unscheduled return.I recommend this location, you ll feel like a valued customer.

I had a10:30 appointment on yesterday with Firestone Waldorf, I was greeted immediately by Chris, he pulled up my information, went over the service I requested and asked if there were any other concerns I required. After checking my car he wrote my ticket up. In less than 10 minutes Larry, the assigned technician, began servicing it. Even though the phones were ringing and other customers required attention, Chris gave me excellent customer service. Larry performed my alignment perfectly and timely. I was informed of the results of the alignment (it was pretty bad) and courtesy check. Asked if I was putting it on my Firestone account, which I did and said I would return for my next service. I was in and out a little more than an hour. I will return for the professional service I received from Chris and Larry both. Very impressed and satisfied.

First of all the young guy working customer service is rude. I had an appointment at 11 o clock arrived at 10:45 at 12 o clock, He still does not have my key to the car so I go back up and give him the key to my car by this time everybody else is coming in and all those people that are coming in after me are getting their cars serviced. Atleast one customer comes in 2 hours after me/ doesn t come into the store, but some how manages to get one of the technicians to work on her car outside of the bay- a rides off. At 1:15 I go back up to the desk to inquire about when they can get arpunf to my car, he said he would check to see what s taking them so long to get to my car, he never did. I left a 1:30. Entire Saturday wasted after waiting a week gor this service.

I took my car to see if there was a nail in my tire. The guy with the dreads showed me the nail and told me I needed a new tire. They said they do not plug tires which was a lie because he gave me a quote to get the tire fixed. This place is a complete ripoff and they need better workers.Service: TiresService: Tires

Charged my husband $300.00 to change his break light bulb. We where told it was hard to change and that's why it cost so much. I took less than 5 minutes. What a rip-off !!! Please shop around. Thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach.

I called Firestone to confirm that my tires had been delivered because I had an appointment in the morning. The person (with dreads) that answered the phone placed me on hold to check for my tires. Twenty minutes later, I arrived at the location and still holding on the line. This was close to closing time, but not yet there. The person ignored me and when I asked if they were the only person answering the phone they said yes. I told them about holding and they replied that the tires were there. I asked for the tires (I will take the stress and direspect to make the money, but not to spend it). They told me that it's 7 and I can get the tires in the morning. They provided the manager's information like that's the norm.This is the worst place. I am shocked that the rating is this high.

I reached out to Firestone to get my car aligned.They have one of the best deals going where you can get a lifetime of alignments for what it would cost to align your car 2 times elsewhere.The warranty is good for the life of the vehicle. Their machine was down. However, they did refer me to Tires Plus, which is a sister company, and I found out so is NTB. I went to Tires Plus, and they took care of me. Everything was done within a couple of hours. If there is a negative ...... it's they're gonna find something to recommend you repair. Even with that.. Nobody is going twist your arm and force you to make a decision.

Unable to do an alignment on a Tesla. Said it was a Tesla on the phone prior to showing up for appointment and verified it wouldn t be an issue.

I had a scheduled appointment for 10:00 am on a Thursday. I arrived at 9:55 am for my appointment. I waited over 3 hours for my vehicle, for just an OIL CHANGE. Ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location for any type of vehicle service or refer anyone to this store.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone.Had to call back several times to confirm services. Picked up the car when ready and you still didnt perform all requested services. Manager was supposed to call me to rectify...never received a phone call. Tech also refused to perform tire rotation. Save your time and money..Go to another location with proper and professional communication.

terrible ,took my Bmw to get valve cover gasket fixed, they charged me said they fixed it. A couple of months later the same problem occurs . You'd think easy to look at it a make the repair. No manager says the person that fixed my car is no longer working there and I, me , need to look for him on his new job to re-fix it. I took my car to get fixed at Firestone not to the individual that works there. So after dropping my car off , with an appointment, they refused service , saying no one would look at my car which they are responsible for said repairs , at least look and see what I am talking about, I spent over 4k at this place and this is how they treat customers. Even the woman at the front THAT took my appointment acted like she had no evidence of my appointment . She acted ignorant to any record of her making an appointment to get my car looked at, but they send an email acknowledging it .. glad I keep records ...service is horrible and I'd advise against using them to anyone ..ever .

I asked that the 2 newest tires go to the front. They were placed on the back. I was disappointed. To their credit, they offered to correct it when they were notified. I have since then elected to purchase 2 more new tires elsewhere and take them to Walmart for a mere $18.00 per tire for balance and install. Others charge as much as $50.00 each.

If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. I had an appointment at 1:00PM for a wheel alignment and a complete care package. Adam, the guy I spoke to said my appointment was at 1:30PM. My confirmation email says otherwise. I waited for more than 2 hours and my car was still in the parking lot! I spoke to a lady sitting at the computer and said I ve been waiting more than 2 hours, her response: I ll see what the holdup is. Still waiting! There are 2 other people who had appointments at 2:00PM and 3:00PM also here. I told them I ve been waiting over 2 hours. This place has bad management and bad time management. This is why I schedule appointments so I don t have to wait 2 hours to get the work done. I have other obligations to take care of. They don t care about their customers for sure! Don t waist your time coming here.Service: Wheel alignment

Great Facility - Great Staff. My second time getting tires here and they are the same caring and thoughtful staff. To have to weather Covid for two years and now the staff shortages that are plaguing all businesses is a LOT!They gave me fair pricing and all available discounts, told me when to expect me vehicle to be ready. The Manger was doing Triple-Duty trying to keep things moving, even helping with tire installations.I will definitely be returning.

I had an appointment for 8am and arrived by 7:45. After waiting for over an hour I asked the person at the desk when they would be taking my car back as it was over and hour after my appointment time. He told me that I would still be waiting a while. Meanwhile they were taking back cars that didn t have an appointment before taking back my car. Appointments should take precedent!

Just a general warning if you take your car here make sure to double check the service you received because they tend to forget to finalize repairs. I paid for a TPMS parts and reset they order me the parts I needed which was great, but they just manually reset the sensors without the machine even though I asked for reprogramming with the machine. Also, a bolt was loose yet stuck on my wheel stud on the day of pick-up nobody told me of any issues. so, I left with these issues, and I had to come back the next morning and stay three hours with them trying to fix it; the bolt they did(after I provided my own stud) the sensors they couldn t, but I could ve known earlier if they would ve done it properly and thoroughly. This is the second time I ve had issues with a Firestone different location I m getting tired of having issues with them and coming back again.

Total fraud. Told me I needed several things fixed (worth thousands) but was a complete lie. Took the car to another place for a second opinion and they said everything looks good

JUST LEFT THIS PLACE AND THE TEAM IS AWESOME!!! Went there to get a tire repair. We didn t think they would get to us tonight so we were prepared to leave it over night. They examined the flat and realized it was an easy fix. They stayed a little late to repair. A customer pulled up with questions on a job she had done. They staff seemed life a functioning family. Service was great. THANK YOU!!

Originally, I made an appointment at one of Firestone other site locations in the area in a few days to purchase one new firestone weathergrip tire to match the set purchased prior. When making the appointment the amount of the tire online as well as what was stated on the call was the exact same amount. I was then asked, where did I purchase the full set of tires and I said Tirerack. I was told my warranty was accepted for an discount. Very pleasant call other than I had to wait a couple of days for the one tire replacement the appointment was made.I thought to check around and see if I can get one tire replace the same day instead of waiting a couple days. I contact the Waldorf site spoke with Phillip verify if the tire was available and was told a nearby site have it and will call back when it arrives. The tire arrived and I headed towards the Waldorf site. When I arrived and spoke with Phillip and while he was ringing up the order I automatically thought the same tire, same store chain but different location, and stated online, the price would be the exact same. Phillip charged $5.00 more than what is listed and told everywhere else.I also mentioned about my warranty from Tirerack, he automatically told me my warranty will not be accepted there went on and on how I had to go through Tirerack and it s a lengthy process. He went on with this long drawn out story & complications bottom line my purchased warranty discount was not accepted by Phillip.Then, Phillip had the nerve to automatically charge me for Roadside Total Protection service which is optional for an additional $25 more without asking if I wanted this optional service.I paid the extra charges imposed graciously but I felt like I should have waited for the appointment made at their other location in just a few days. Phillip at the Waldorf site definitely made me fell like he was getting over on me by over charging, adding optional charges without my knowledge and acceptance first, and lastly not offering the discount covered under the purchased warranty.

I am terrible with names. I will edit this later, but the man with blue gorgeous eyes took really good care of me. He squeezed me in for my car to get serviced, even when they were booked all this morning. I sure was in a bind of my tire. It was a blessing from GOD I tell you. Even though I was late to work, it was just a half of an occurrence. Well worth it! Thank you so very much for the help and I want to thank the young man that completed the work. You have done an excellent job.

This place took horrible care of my vehicle as soon as they found out that I had lifetime alignment on my car. They were willing to help until they found out I had purchased the lifetime alignment package and then totally did not want to do the job. They ended up putting my car in a bay to do the alignment and then took it right out the shop and said they were giving us a "rain check" to get the tires balanced and vehicle aligned. If you are not willing to honor your company's programs- you probably should open up a private shop not a chain. The Firestone in Springfield, VA is WELL worth the drive to be properly taken care of. Springfield Firestone appreciates your business and takes great care of their customers.The Waldorf Firestone also tried saying that my brake lines and radiator needed to be flushed when my husband literally just did that over this past summer. They were just upset that I was coming in for routing MX on a package that was already paid for and they weren't going to make any extra money that day. Crooks like that don't deserve your business.

I went because I had an accident and thought something was wrong with my suspension. The manager was really nice and helpful he gave me an estimate for repairs for over $1200 that his employee said I needed and an estimate for new tires. My insurance company sent me for a second opinion and they said that it was nothing wrong with my suspension and all I needed was tires. Put the tires on there and the car ran like new. I feel Firestone chump up the charges . Or the guy that checked my car out was an idiot.

The Waldorf Firestone is a great vehicle maintenance establishment. I have been to this location two times in the last two weeks with two different vehicles and each visit has been pleasant. The professionalism and quality of work at this location is outstanding.During my first experience, I dealt with the GM, David Washington. It was about 7am on a workday and my wife realized we had a nail in the tire. Pressed for time and not anxious about spending money on a fairly new vehicle, we pulled into Firestone by accident. We were expecting Firestone to plug the tire and charge us, so we could keep it moving. However, David expressed that the position of the nail prevented the technician from just plugging the tire. If the nail punctured the tire, the tire would have to be replaced--$200! BLOWN to say the least. Long story short, David, and his team did not try to swindle us; they removed a nail that was barely a quarter inch long, checked the tire for any signs of a puncture and charged us a VERY reasonable fee! Regardless of my frustrated demeanor, David never lost his composure.This past week, I took my Tahoe to the same location, given the great experience the first time. This time I encountered the Service Manager, Mike Cook. I explained to Mike that my brakes were grinding. I dropped the vehicle off at about 8:30am; Mike called about 9am with a diagnosis and I requested all recommended services be completed. At about 2pm, I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I had a brake line flush along with the replacement of the front/rear brake pads and rotors, and two engine belts for a great price. I was offered all of the online deals applicable to my service needs without having to look for myself.I have dealt with many sketchy mechanic shops in the past. The Waldorf Firestone is by far the best experience. All staff members are courteous, responsive, and helpful. I would recommend this shop 100%!

I had a wonderful experience here with Megan and Glen after I ran over a bolt with my Jeep Compass and needed to have my tire repaired. They were very courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. They also gave me a great deal! I would definitely recommend this Firestone to anyone! Thanks!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in for a 10$ special to check car AC, spoke to Phillip the manager and from the time I called without anyone even seeing the car I was told I would have a leak. So not- to -my- surprise after the appointment I was told I had a leak from my evaporator core that would cost me $1500 to fix. WOW! I took my car to a Pep Boys and was charged $250 to recharge my AC and it s been working every since. If you want to get ripped off go to Firestone Tires in Waldorf and speak with Phillip.
