Where do I begin. In June of 2021 I dropped of my VW Bus to have some fab work done and a paint job. I gave them 4500 at the time to begin my project. They gave me a quote of 9k. I left my bus with the understanding that the fab work included a 21 window conversion from a 11 window also included some rust repair to the body and paint. During that time they changed locations and the manager took my bus to his house. 1 year later they had barely touched it. In December of 2022 I drove to see my bus and found they had only worked on the quarter panel and tapping 1 rear window in, nothing else (I had to pull my bus and take it to Grumpys Metal in Huntington Beach CA paid them 6k to do the job Eternal Trendz was supposed to do the roof conversion) that's also when the manager asked for an additional $1500 to finish my fab work so I gave it to him under the assumption that the work would be done within months. It s now January 2024. And my bus is no where near done. I requested a partial refund but William the owner is dodging my calls. I am ok with them keeping partial payment but I deserve my money back. They re crooks. Be careful.Spoken to Kaitlin who is very rude when all I want to do is get my money.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to schedule some tires and wheels mounted to my car an hour before arrival. I arrived there and was told it would be an hour hour and a half max. I returned two hours later and was told the car would be ready by closing. I called an hour before closing and then was told my one my tires had a defect and would not be ready until morning.Brand new tires mind you custom made. The lady on the phone was very rude and would not let me speak nor ask questions about my car I am paying for. She then told me I didn't have an appointment and told me I had it wrong on what time my car would be ready. I immediately asked for my car and told them I wasn't paying for anything. I arrived and found my $5000 rim and tires sitting outside my car in the lot open for anyone to steal or take something. I asked for keys and the lady who I spoke with earlier tried to gaslight me and switch into victim mode because I am upset about my car and how I found my expensive wheels and tires outside like discarded trash. I get home my tires except one is still in the wrapping and no defects on any of the them. If you truly value your car stay away from place!!! I hope they go out of business!!!New update: Took my wheels and tires to another shop. The guy showed me where one of the wheels was bent, and the tire was shredded on the inside. Apparently they damaged the lining on the wheel and it won't hold air. They tried to fill the wheel with bead filler. I ended up having to order another custom tire and wheel setting me back another $1000.

I came here as a local who wanted to support a local business. WORST MISTAKE. I told Jay to text/call me to let me know how much it would cost me to put the grill on. I get a call saying the car is ready with an astronomical bill. They did not tell me the price up front like I asked. (What if I didn't have the money?). On top of that I also got the side air intake vents wrapped from chrome too black. They did not remove them to install the wrap causing some of the chrome to still show from certain angles. I would not recommend this shop nor will I return. Do better and don't try to hustle your customers.

Don t go to this place. They severely overcharge you. Went to them a week ago and they charged me $300 to mount and balance my tires on my car. I go back today to support them and they charged me even higher for my wife s car $330. My car is a high performance damn near race car and my wife s car is a Mercedes. Don t know how it was higher. Furthermore, I ve never paid over $300 to have some tires installed. Avoid this place! I won t go back!Service: Tires

This is the worst place to get your windows tinted. I will NEVER give this company any sort of business whatsoever. Tried to keep my consumer dollars local since moving to Waldorf, but had to take my vehicle back up to D&L Tinting in Baltimore County to get my windows redone. This is the second car in which I had to make three... That's right, three trips to get the tint right, and it still wasn't 100%. They charged me $250 for what looked like a $100 tint job. Also wanted me to pay $50 extra to cover the dot matrix on my rear window, whereas other places like D&L include this in their price. This place sucks with everything. Customer service is lacking as well. If I could give a negative rating of this place, I would.

I would like to say that our experience with Eternal Trendz Customs was GGGGRRREEEAAATTT!!! We took our Corvette there and Will was able to create a wonderful package for us.Will was able to tell us things about the car we thought we knew and made some good affordable recommendations for us. He and the Staff made GREAT things happen!!Their Customer Service was Outstanding as well as their Product Knowledge and attention to detail. Quick turn around and fair Prices!!We really enjoyed the work that was done to our car and the way we were meant to feel as we were more than just customers, more than friends, Eternal Trendz made us feel like Family and no we are not getting paid for this or getting a discount on my next repair, just really good folks, and we had to share it!

Great service! After getting turned away by five different tire shops in the area, these guys where able to knock it out quickly at a very fair price considering the shop equipment required ( no they don't use the slandered tire shop machine). I needed to install low profile tires to gold rims for my project car and all other shops where afraid to scratch the rims. These guys got it done quick wail I watch with no marks what so ever on my rims.I also looked at some of the other projects that where being worked on. Top notch work and I wish i would have found them sooner. I will be back.

Went in with little to no money for some black wheels, they told me that i can use there layaway system to make payments. That was really helpful for people like me who want what they want but can't buy it right away.After i saw how cool the wheels looked i asked if they can tint my windows, and they were able to squeeze me in and tint them in less than an HR. 10/10 will get my next cars windows tinted there again.

I had 4 tires installed for $250 + $10 charge to use credit card+ taxes = $275, then $40 to dispose of tires. It took almost 2 hours to install tires. Shop around before going here.

Had my truck detailed here. Night and Day difference!! I would recommend!! Taking 1 star off. Went back to have front windows tinted to match rear windows. Nice clean cut on tint, everything is good, except the tint doesn't match. Random people notice the difference. All in all a good place to go.

I purchased my own lift kit, they installed, experienced unforeseen issues but worked with me to totally exceed my expectations. Definitely recommend.

Over charg for everything $400 for tpms another $150 for setting them (i should say trying to set them) and never were able too! After the 3rd attempt I refused to let them touch my car especially after they scratched my 15k wheels mounting the tires! Fast and affordable service. Jay is the man!!!! To me as a walk in during this pandemic. Installed my custom rims and tires when other tires shops told me they couldn t do it. Well he did it with no issues. Thank Jay and Eternal Trendz Customs. Great customer service as well. Delivered as promised.

First I would say the customer service was EXCELLENT!!! As I waited to receive my tires and rims delivered, they stayed in constant contact with me letting me know the status on where the tires and rims are, and when I should receive them. Today (4/27) I picked up my Audi A8 with my new 20 inch Asanti rims and brand new tires and a fresh washed and wax car. Jay did a great job!!! I would recommend Eternal Trendz Customs to all my friends or anyone who ask me about where I got my rims from. GREAT JOB TO ALL INVOLVED!!! Thanks.

Went here based on the Google reviews, not so bad right? LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON YELP! Just like the majority of the reviews there, this is the worst place to order custom rims from. I ordered rims 6 weeks ago (after being promised they would arrive in two weeks or less) and they still have not come in. When I requested a refund, I keep getting the run around because only "the accountant (that never comes in) can do refunds". This place is quick to take your money and refuses to give it back. So if you have the free time to have your money taken, get horrible customer service and love to file lawsuits, this is the place for you.

Previously had my car wrapped by a different shop in Maryland but they completely ruined my car. What made it worse was that I was deployed overseas. Entrusted EternalTrendz to not only un-do all the damage but completely remake my car. Not only did they exceed expectations but also gave me something to look forward to when I returned. Went with a full wrap, star headlight install & Forgiato rims. *chefs kiss* Everything came out perfect.

I had rims and tires that needed mounting and balanced for a custom car. No tire stores would help. Here we got a next day appointment and had them completed quickly. Customer service is friendly and very helpful. Would recommend everyone to come here.

I have to come back and give them a great review. The last time I was in here, I gave them a bad review because they wasted my time on a Saturday. Jay called me can apologized about the customer service and told me to bring my vehicle back and the tint would be done for free and he would wash the vehicle for free. What can I say, Jay is a man of his word and delivered 5 star work and customer service!!!!! If you have any issues with the service, talk to Jay and he will make it right!!!!

Bought rims and tires for my truck. Had to special order them and even then the delivery time was fast and the install was perfect. Stuff is very knowledgeable for anything that you would want for your ride. Great environment with a nice customer lounge area. Highly recommend.

I dropped off my 2021 Hyundai with less than a couple thousand miles at 8am with an appointment to get the windows tinted. The car wasn't done until around 8pm that evening. Never got a call once. When I did pick up, the glass was so dirty and covered with streaks that I could barely see out of the windshield, also the interior was covered in water spots. Got the car home and in the garage, I inspect it and I find numerous new dings on both quarters, scratches on the front and back glass from cutting the tint on the car, scratch on my fender, swirl marks on the paint around all window openings.I have called and given the shop the chance to things right. So far to no avail.I definitely do not recommend bringing your car here, I am in the collision repair business and this situation could have easily been resolved. Be aware of tint shops in waldorf!

This place is trash. I wish ZERO STARS was an option. I just purchased a car 2 weeks ago. I went to get my windows tinted for $150. I left 3 hours later. The next morning I realized there were small scratches all around my windows. When I took my vehicle back they only offered to buff the entire vehicle for $200. The owner never took responsibility for the horrible scratches on my car. I'm disgusted by the lack of quality customer service. If you care about quality customer service and care for your vehicle, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Excellent customer service; friendly staff; will research the right solution to meet your individual needs; patiently wait for customers to make the right choice for their preference; does not force the sell; know their craft; help customers with rims and tires to best fit an array of vehicles; sell ceramic for entire vehicles and rims only if that is your preference; vinyl wrap vehicles; tink windows; installs audio equipment and more.

They put an MMD V Series spoiler on my Mustang GT and it looks beautiful! It only took them about 2 hours to do it. The person who called me from the shop tried to charge me more than what I was told but Jay stuck to the agreed upon price. I am happy with the customer service and the work.Will definitely be back for more! That is my go-to place now for custom work.

I went to have speakers installed, didn't have an appointment but they were very friendly and were able to accommodate me as a walk in. It took about 2 hours but they did a phenomenal job. I will be back to have other speaker work done by them. Highly recommend

I went here 2 days ago to get an estimate on wrapping an 04 Chevy Corvette. This was the third place I stopped at for an estimate. To my surprise they were by far the most expensive. I was quoted $5500. I told the staff that the quote was a little pricey, especially for a small car. The staff began explaining that wraps need to be done perfectly, which I understand. But here's where they lost me. They said that the costs of materials are high. Umm..... Smaller car means less material, less material means lower cost, but apparently not here. I told staff that $5500 was almost paint prices. They agreed saying that it's a little less than painting. For the price, I'd rather paint my car than have them rip me off. Just for reference, I went to a high end shop in Sterling, Va whose price was considerably cheaper than here.I've been to this shop before for car audio but unfortunately they've now lost my business. Do your self a favor and shop around.

These guys are terrible. Wanted to do front windshield tint, they don t stock it so I bought it. Didn t even take a look at it, talking bout it s not enough. Guess that s what he s used to hearing (it s not enough) dam fool. No wonder they don t have nobody there today. Terrible service

This was my first visit but I was very happy with the work. Removed most of the scratches from my wife hitting a pillar parking and streaks from snow removal. Would ve been a 5 but it was my first visit and some cleaner was left on the window from cleaning the dash. But to be fair I didn t see it until I pulled off. They were more than willing to correct anything I asked.
