East Coast Collison in Waldorf MD will be my vehicle's second home for all of my future repairs and needs. I was recently rear ended by another driver which caused more damages than I expected. From the time my vehicle was dropped off up until the time that damages were repaired, I was consistently informed of each step that was taken to complete the repairs and when the repairs would be completed. I have to shout out April for walking me through each step and keeping me up to date. My experience was absolutely amazing with the customer service and care that I received. I highly recommend East Coast Collison for all of your repair/car needs.

Someone had damaged my car while on a trip in DC, go figure. But the body shop my insurance recommended was this one and when I looked them up I saw they had great reviews, and let me tell you they live up to their 5 stars I m giving. I read a few comments mentioning April and yea she really is great, very explanatory and great communication. Helped me the whole way through! My car looks beautiful.. they cleaned the inside and out even.. I m Not sure if that is policy or what they do but I was taken by surprise. My car literally looks brand new all over again, she will be 4 next may!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't say enough good things about this company. From the first day dropping my vehicle off until the day I picked it up they took care of everything. I received updates on what was going on with my truck. My truck looks absolutely amazing. You can tell they take pride in their work. I can not recommend them enough. 5 stars across the board! Cannot stress enough of how satisfied I was with their service! David was a huge help and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. What stood out most to me was how fast and efficient they were ensuring I got my car back in a timely manner in the best condition. My car is running smoother than it has ever ran! The service here is great! I didn t have to wait long to get a quote or the service done. I got a quote with in like 30 minutes and I could bring in my car into the shop next day for the repair. The repair was quick and easy, the experience working with the whole team was seamless. Everyone working here was very professional and willing to help. My car is back to looking brand new as well. Excellent customer service! Repairs were completed as promised & even wash & waxed car the car. Service manager is excellent communicating what had to be done, giving pricing information, contacting insurance company & making sure you understand the scope of work... Highly recommend East Coast Collision whether you have insurance or not. You will not be disappointed!

Kyle and the Team at East Coast Collation is amazing in many ways. I've had work done by them 3 times for differrent reasons. What stood out the most was their paint job and customer service. I had previous work by passport and the color didn't match after being told it did and it would over time due to the bumper being plastic and the body metal. East Coast made it match. In addition their Customer Service given by the two ladies at the desk. Their friendly, helpful always willing to assist attuide and ethics that follows through to the job is complete is true service. Last but not least their mechanics always willing to listen to your needs and willingness to go the extra mile. They dropped.my car off because the repair took longer than it should. I really appreciated that. I would recommend East Coast ANYTIME!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

East Coast collision services my car after a collision claim and they were very Efficient, Professional, timely and the office was very welcoming to waiting customers. Tim kept me abreast with my car's progress every step of the way, also the staff was very friendly. I will use East Coast collision again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

My vehicle was TOWED to this shop with a full tank of gas, I received my vehicle back 2 weeks later on E with fresh cigarettes in my drink console along with the ashes sprinkled all over including my gear shift. My car smelled of fresh cigarette smoke & I do not smoke.. when I went to speak to someone about this the man claimed no one at their shop smoked as he was lying I look up and see one of his employees come out of the building go towards the side of the building to smoke a cigarette. My vehicle was sent to have the passenger door repaired they also claimed they painted my vehicle however the passenger side mirror is still broken, the inside door handle is hanging off and my vehicle now makes a rattling noise. There are still scratches on the passenger side door that were there when my vehicle was sent off for repair. I m very glad I have picture of what my vehicle looked like before. They also left oil stains on all of the upholstery of the doors and on my back seats. My vehicle was sent here thru my insurance company and I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

David made the whole process so much easier with his communication and expert information and advice. Repairs were fine but they forgot to put coolant in my vehicle. Released my truck to drive home bone dry. What could they Do? Say I'm sorry and if something else happens call us. Nah I'm good I will definitely pass. You guys can make your own choices
